Shoes generally have an outsole and an upper. The function of the outsole is to protect the wearer's foot from the effects of the ground or the environment in general - be it temperature or surface quality. In addition, the sole of the shoe acts as an adhesion promoter, so that feet cannot slip on surfaces.

Shoes - in contrast to sandals - are intended to enclose the foot. Depending on the materials used for the outsole and upper shoe, a situation may arise in which sweat in the shoe contributes to odor formation and / or an unpleasant feeling of wetness.

Insoles are known from the prior art to bind sweat. Some of these soles are equipped with sweat-suppressing materials.

Nevertheless, it turns out that these insoles lose their effectiveness after some time.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide an improvement in terms of odor formation / wetness sensation.

The object is achieved by a shoe insole according to claim 1 or a shoe according to claim 9. Further advantageous configurations are specified in the dependent claims, the description and the figures.

One or more suction openings can e.g. intentionally pulled up on the back strap of the shoes or boots so that water and moisture cannot get into the shoes. For this purpose, a tubular extension can be provided. With a shoe-integrated construction, the tubular extension can also e.g. be arranged in the rear cap or the outer rear part.

Air can be drawn in / expelled through the bellows-like hollow region through the one or more suction openings. A one-way valve is arranged between the hollow area and the suction opening so that the air in the hollow area does not flow back into the “source areas”. If several suction openings are used, then a separate one-way valve can be provided for each of the suction openings. However, it is also possible to provide a one-way valve for several intake openings or all intake openings. These one-way valves can be designed as check valves. It is also possible to provide a throttle function to prevent the air from escaping too quickly, which could otherwise be perceived as an unpleasant draft on the foot or as an unpleasant hiss.

An additional advantage of a raised suction opening is that it can end immediately below the flaps of your pants, which means that pleasant warm air is also sucked into the body in winter so that cold feet do not appear. In addition, the shoe insole according to the invention also allows a combination with known foot warmers, e.g. heated insoles.

In a preferred embodiment, a one-way valve is provided with respect to the at least one suction opening. This one-way valve has the task of not allowing sucked-in air to flow back again. This fills the bellows-like cavity when the load is removed. A "fresh air" access can be achieved by dimensioning the intake opening in relation to the outflow opening. Is e.g. If the diameter of the suction opening is comparatively large in relation to the diameter of the outflow opening, more air will be able to enter the cavity through the suction opening than through the outflow opening. The air is distributed throughout the entire closed front area of the shoe and also has an effect on the other areas until it expands laterally and then slowly evades.

I.e. With this arrangement, air is conveyed in the boot space by means of the (first) bellows-like hollow area, so that “used” / moist air flows out of the shoe.

Without restricting generality, the shoe insole with ventilation function can alternatively or additionally also have an opposing arrangement.
