The following describes the technical scheme of the embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-4, the card-throwing type self-service payment mechanism comprises a panel 1, a bottom plate 2, a tray 3 and a card reading module, wherein the panel 1 is used for connecting self-service payment equipment, an opening is arranged on the panel 1, and the opening is arranged at the middle lower part of the panel 1 and is communicated with an inner cavity of the self-service payment equipment.
The bottom plate 2 is arranged at the opening and can extend outwards from the opening, and is used for supporting the tray 3, the card reading module and other components. Specifically, the size of the bottom plate 2 is slightly smaller than the opening, in order to enable the bottom plate 2 to be convenient to extend or retract, the card throwing type self-service payment mechanism further comprises a telescopic motor and a telescopic screw rod, the telescopic motor is arranged on the inner side of the panel 1, the telescopic screw rod is connected with the output end of the telescopic motor, the bottom plate 2 is connected with the telescopic screw rod, when the telescopic motor rotates positively, the telescopic screw rod is driven to rotate, and then the bottom plate 2 is driven to extend outwards through a nut on the telescopic screw rod, and when retraction is needed, only the telescopic motor is required to rotate reversely. The tray 3 is arranged on the bottom plate 2, the bearing area of the tray 3 is far larger than the area of the pass card, the pass card is convenient for a user to throw into the tray 3, and the card reading module is arranged at the bottom end of the tray 3 and used for reading the information of the communication card in the tray 3. The tray 3 is illustratively fixed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 2, and the size of the tray 3 is 250mm by 200mm, which is far greater than 85mm by 55mm of the pass card, so that a driver can easily throw the pass card into the tray 3, and the problem that the driver is inconvenient because of the need of accurate card insertion in the prior art is effectively solved.
Further, in order to prevent the driver from sliding out of the tray 3 when putting the pass card into the tray 3, the card-putting self-service payment mechanism further comprises a blocking part 4 arranged at the opening, and the blocking part 4 is used for blocking the pass card from sliding out under the action of inertia. Specifically, the blocking part 4 comprises a connecting rod 41 and a plurality of blocking rods 42, wherein the connecting rod 41 is transversely arranged at the top end of the opening, one end of each blocking rod 42 is fixed on the connecting rod 41, the other end of each blocking rod is close to the tray 3, and the distance between each blocking rod and the tray 3 is smaller than the thickness of the pass card, so that the pass card can be effectively limited in the tray 3. Still further, in order not to influence the expansion and contraction of the bottom plate 2 and the tray 3, the card throwing type self-service payment mechanism further comprises a lifting motor 5, a lifting screw rod 6 and a plurality of grooves 7, wherein the lifting motor 5 is arranged on the inner side of the panel 1, the lifting screw rod 6 is connected with the output end of the lifting motor 5, and the connecting rod 41 is fixedly connected with a nut of the lifting screw rod 6, so that the blocking part 4 is driven to lift by forward and reverse rotation of the lifting motor 5. The grooves 7 are formed in the tray 3 and are matched with the stop rods 42, so that when the tray 3 is retracted, the stop rods 42 are located in the grooves 7, and damage to the stop rods 42 and the tray 3 due to collision is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, the card-throwing type self-service payment mechanism further comprises a code scanning payment module 8 and an invoice printing module 9, wherein the code scanning payment module 8 and the invoice printing module 9 are both fixed on the bottom plate 2 and are sequentially arranged along the driving direction. The code scanning payment module 8 is provided with a clear code scanning window, so that payment codes can be clearly displayed, and a user can pay rapidly. The invoice printing module 9 comprises a small thermal printer and thermal printing paper, a paper cutting device is arranged in the printer, a user can conveniently obtain a printed invoice after finishing paying, and the invoice printing module 9 further comprises a ticket printing button 102, wherein the ticket printing button 102 is arranged on a tray, and the user can take the invoice by pressing the ticket printing button 102 after finishing paying. Further, in order to facilitate the driver to request assistance from the staff, the card-throwing type self-service payment mechanism further comprises a help-seeking button 101, and the help-seeking button 101 is arranged on the tray 3 and faces the lane. Still further, in order to provide multiple payment methods, the card-throwing self-service payment mechanism further comprises a card-swiping payment module 103, wherein the card-swiping payment module 103 and the code-sweeping payment module 8 are arranged on the tray 3 side by side, so that a user can pay by directly swiping an ETC (electronic toll collection) through the payment.
Further, in order to facilitate clear understanding of the payment process, the card-throwing type self-service payment mechanism further comprises a prompt identifier 104, wherein the prompt identifier 104 comprises characters 1041, hollowed-out arrows 1042 and lamplight, and in an exemplary embodiment, in the card prompt identifier 104, the characters 1041 and the hollowed-out arrows 1042 are sequentially arranged on the panel 1 from top to bottom, the arrow direction points to the position of the tray 3, the lamplight is arranged at the position of the hollowed-out arrows 1042, the content of the characters 1041 is "please throw-in a toll card", the lamplight can adopt a green LED lamp strip, and when the tray 3 stretches out, the LED lamp strip is lighted to illuminate the hollowed-out arrows 1042, so that the operation of a user is guided. In addition, help seeking characters can be arranged beside the help seeking button, code scanning and payment characters can be arranged beside the code scanning and payment module, ticket printing characters can be arranged beside the ticket printing button, and ticket taking place characters can be arranged beside a ticket taking port of the invoice printing module.
Working principle:
when the vehicle is detected to reach a payment station, the telescopic motor rotates positively to drive the telescopic screw rod to rotate, the tray 3 on the bottom plate 2, the invoice printing module 9 and all functional modules (such as the code scanning payment module 8, the help button 101 and the card swiping payment module 102) arranged on the tray 3 are synchronously driven to move outwards until the tray 3 stretches out completely, in the process, the lifting motor 5 rotates positively to drive the stop lever 42 to descend until the stop lever 42 descends to the lowest point, then the LED lamp is lightened to light up a hollowed-out arrow 1042, a prompt driver inputs a toll card into the tray 3, when the driver inputs the toll card into the tray 3, the stop lever effectively prevents the toll card from sliding out, when the toll card reading module detects the toll card, the code scanning module 8 prompts the driver to consume after calculating fee information according to the information, and displays a two-dimensional code, the mobile phone is convenient to scan the stop lever 42 to descend until the stop lever 42 descends to the lowest point, and the invoice printing module 5 is convenient to read out when the toll card is required to be reversely rotated, and the invoice printing module 3 is required to read out from the invoice box 3, and the toll ticket box is withdrawn into the tray 3, and the toll ticket box is convenient to read. It should be noted that, the driver can pay through the code scanning and the ETC can also prevent the payment module 103 from swiping the card.
