The Chinese patent document (CN 215323055U) discloses a battery box structure for an electric vehicle and the electric vehicle, wherein the battery box structure is formed by fixing a pedal and a battery box of which the upper part covers the pedal on the pedal frame by utilizing a supporting part arranged on the pedal frame, so that the gravity center of the whole electric vehicle is reduced, the running is more stable, the weight of the whole vehicle is also effectively reduced, the combination of the battery box and the pedal in the scheme not only ensures that the strength of the pedal provides good support for a driver's foot rest or a placement object, but also effectively reduces the height of the whole structure, and improves the driving comfort of the driver and the passing of the whole vehicle.
On the electric vehicle, the outer decorative parts are all made of plastic materials, so that the electric vehicle is easy to have relatively low overall strength, and the anti-collision effect and the service life can not reach satisfactory effects in the application process.

The cross section of the connecting groove 13 is concave, the cross section of the connecting convex body 12 is convex, and the connecting convex body 12 is inserted in the connecting groove 13 in a sliding way.
The front wall plate 41 adopts a split type preparation mode and comprises two single bodies 411 with equal sizes, the cross sections of the two single bodies 411 are L-shaped, and the upper side parts of the two single bodies 411 are connected together in a buckling mode. At their connection locations, coupling pieces 412 are integrally formed to protrude downward, and the coupling pieces 412 are bonded together. The connection of the two coupling pieces 412 is generally achieved by means of bolts passing through the two coupling pieces 412, so that the two single bodies 411 are connected to one-piece dash panel 41.
The faucet tube 8 of the electric vehicle is fixedly connected with a connecting frame which extends forwards, the connecting frame is loaded with a connecting seat 9, and the upper part of the front wall part 4 is connected with the lower end face of the connecting seat 9 through bolts. In order to adapt to the covering and decorating of the lower side part of the front end tap 1 of the electric vehicle, a cylindrical upper protective cylinder 3 is sleeved between the front surrounding part 4 and the front end tap 1 of the electric vehicle, and the upper protective cylinder 3 is also made of aluminum alloy.
The connecting seat 9 is ring-shaped, the lower end of the upper protective cylinder 3 is supported on the connecting seat 9, and the bolt penetrating through the connecting seat 9 is connected to the lower end of the upper protective cylinder 3, so that the upper protective cylinder 3 is firmly fixed on the connecting seat 9. The upper end of the upper casing 3 is provided with a sealing connecting piece 2 made of plastic material, the sealing connecting piece 2 is disc-shaped, and the sealing connecting piece 2 is sleeved on the periphery of the electric vehicle faucet tube 8. The upper casing 3 is also in a split type preparation mode and comprises two semicircular bodies 31, and the two semicircular bodies 31 are buckled together. The above-mentioned coupling groove 13 and coupling boss 12 are also integrally formed between the fastening surfaces of the two semicircular bodies 31, and the coupling groove 13 and coupling boss 12 extend in the axial direction of the upper casing 3.
In order to further enhance the strength of these exterior parts, the dash panel 41, the side panels 71 and the back surface of the upper casing 3 are integrally formed with a plurality of hollow joint bars 11 protruding, and both ends of the joint bars 11 extend to the side edges of the parts in the front-rear direction of the electric vehicle, respectively.
