Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a recyclable pumping sealing device, which overcomes the defects of the prior art, and can effectively solve the problem that the recovery of the device is blocked by the possibility that solid components in liquid used for fracturing are deposited on the top of sealing equipment when the communication and connection between underground sealing equipment and ground equipment are required to be maintained in the existing fracturing construction process.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized by the following measures that the recyclable pumping sealing device comprises a joint assembly, a detection assembly and a setting assembly which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
the detection assembly can obtain the position of the detection assembly in the well according to the change of materials of adjacent casings and casing couplings in the well;
The joint assembly is capable of connecting the detection assembly and the ground equipment together;
The setting assembly can seal the target position, can leave the sealing state of keeping the target position in the pit after being separated with the detection assembly when retrieving, and simultaneously the fracturing fluid can make the setting assembly drive the detection assembly and the joint assembly to move in the horizontal well after acting on the setting assembly.

The upper end of the coil sleeve can be provided with an upper mounting groove with an upward opening, the lower part of the upper magnetic steel is sleeved in the upper mounting groove, a plurality of mounting clamping grooves which are vertically penetrated are arranged on the outer side of the upper fixing ring table along the circumference at intervals, an upper elastic sheet which is propped against the outer side of the upper part of the upper magnetic steel is fixedly arranged in each clamping groove, the middle part of each upper elastic sheet is outwards protruded and then propped against the inner side of the outer tube, the lower end of the coil sleeve is provided with a lower mounting groove with a downward opening, and the upper part of the lower magnetic steel is sleeved in the lower mounting groove.
The inner side of the upper end of the upper connecting rod can be fixedly provided with a first insulating sleeve, the inner side of the first insulating sleeve is fixedly provided with a wiring terminal, the lower end of the wiring terminal is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first connecting cable, and the upper end of the wiring terminal is in contact with the joint component.
The connector assembly can comprise a salvaging head, a middle connector, a second insulating sleeve, a contact pin, a jack seat and a contact, wherein the outer side of the lower end of the middle connector is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the upper end of the outer tube in a sealing manner, the upper end of the middle connector is fixedly arranged together with the lower end of the salvaging head of a hollow structure, the contact pin is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the middle connector, the second insulating sleeve is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the lower part of the middle connector corresponding to the lower position of the contact pin, the jack seat is arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the second insulating sleeve, the inner side of the upper end of the jack seat is tightly sleeved with the outer side of the lower end of the contact pin, the contact is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the second insulating sleeve, and a sixth elastic resetting piece which can enable the lower end of the contact pin to be propped against the upper end of the connecting terminal is arranged between the lower end of the jack seat and the contact pin.
The connector assembly can also comprise a gland bush, a sealing socket, a third connecting cable, a fourth connecting cable, a locking mechanism and a centralizing elastic piece, wherein an outer annular groove is arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the middle connector, a connecting sleeve which is arranged in half and half is sleeved in the outer annular groove, the outer side of the upper part of the connecting sleeve and the inner side of the lower end of the salvaging head are fixedly arranged together, a gland is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the middle connector, the gland is sleeved with the sealing socket of which the inner side of the lower part is tightly sleeved with the outer side of the upper part of the contact pin, the inner side of the middle part of the salvaging head is sleeved with a wiring sleeve, the lower end of the wiring sleeve is connected with the sealing socket through the third connecting cable, the upper end of the wiring sleeve is fixedly provided with a cable sleeve, the upper end of the fourth connecting cable passes through the salvaging head and is positioned above the salvaging head, the inner side of the upper part of the salvaging head is provided with the locking mechanism which can fix the fourth connecting cable, the upper sliding sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the upper part of the fishing head corresponding to the position of the upper centralizing groove, a plurality of upper sliding blocks which can move up and down in the upper centralizing groove are fixedly mounted on the inner side of the upper sliding sleeve along the circumference interval, an upper telescopic groove with a downward opening is formed between the outer side of the lower part of each upper sliding block and the inner side of the upper sliding sleeve, a lower sliding sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the lower part of the fishing head corresponding to the position of the lower centralizing groove, a lower sliding block which can move up and down in the lower centralizing groove is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the lower sliding sleeve corresponding to the position of each upper sliding block, a lower telescopic groove with an upward opening is formed between the outer side of the upper part of each lower sliding block and the inner side of the lower sliding sleeve, centralizing elastic pieces are inserted in the lower telescopic grooves corresponding to positions, and the middle part of each centralizing elastic piece is outwards arched.
The locking mechanism can comprise a first taper sleeve, a second taper sleeve, a third taper sleeve, a locking sleeve and a pressing sleeve, wherein the thread sleeve is fixedly installed on the inner side of the upper part of the fishing head, the outer side of the lower end of the thread sleeve is fixedly installed on the inner side of the upper end of the first taper sleeve, a plurality of anti-rotation grooves are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the middle part of the first taper sleeve along the circumferential interval, anti-rotation screw holes which are communicated internally and externally are formed in the outer side of the upper part of the fishing head corresponding to the positions of each anti-rotation groove, anti-rotation screws with the end parts positioned in the corresponding positions are in each anti-rotation screw hole in a threaded manner, the inner side of the lower part of the first taper sleeve is a conical surface which is small at the upper part and large at the lower part, the inner side of the lower part of the first taper sleeve is sleeved with the second taper sleeve, the inner side of the second taper sleeve is a conical surface which is matched with the inner side of the first taper sleeve, the inner side of the third taper sleeve is sleeved with the inner side of the third taper sleeve, connecting wires between the outer side of the second taper sleeve and the inner side of the first taper sleeve are respectively provided with anti-rotation screw holes which are communicated, and the upper ends of the connecting wires between the inner side of the second taper sleeve and the inner side of the third taper sleeve are respectively corresponding to the inner side of the second taper sleeve and the inner side of the second taper sleeve are fixedly installed on the lower end of the locking sleeve.
A fifth connecting cable can be fixedly connected between the lower end of the locking sleeve and the upper end of the middle joint.
The insulating layer can be arranged between the outer side of the upper part of the third connecting cable and the outer side of the lower part of the fourth connecting cable, the inner side of the middle part of the centralizing elastic piece is provided with the wear-resistant base, the outer side of the wear-resistant base is fixedly provided with the U-shaped wear-resistant block with the cross section being opened inwards, the inner side of the wear-resistant block and the outer side of the wear-resistant base form a fixing hole, and the outer side of the middle part of the centralizing elastic piece is fixedly arranged in the fixing hole.
The invention has reasonable and compact structure and convenient use, provides pumping force through the fracturing fluid, realizes the setting of the horizontal well, meets the requirement of fracturing work, pumps the setting component to the underground target position, then seals the target position after the setting component is acted by the fracturing fluid, lifts the joint component by the winch after the sealing is complete, can realize the mutual separation with the setting component, thereby recovering the joint component and the detection component, and the detection component can measure the number of casing joint hoops used for connecting two adjacent casings in the well, thereby determining the depth of the detection component in the oil well and being convenient for detecting the position of the detection component in the underground.
