In particular, due to lack of guidance in traditional home-based exercise, exercise may not be performed properly, affecting exercise performance and safety. And the services provided by the traditional gymnasium are often standardized, and the requirements of individual differences are difficult to meet. In addition, professional fitness coaches are limited in resources and are expensive. And performing the same exercise or lesson for a long period of time may lead to boring and tiring of the user. The traditional exercise mode often lacks innovation and change and cannot continuously attract the interest of users, so that the enthusiasm of exercise is further reduced. In order to solve the problems, the application monitors and records the gesture of the user in real time (as shown in fig. 2 and 3) after the target user starts to move, and compares the gesture with the correct action, when the action difference is larger than a set reference value, the body-building system judges the gesture to be the wrong gesture, and the correct gesture is displayed in the intelligent interaction screen through voice prompt, so as to achieve the effect of correcting the gesture of the user. Meanwhile, the electrode plates and the sensors on the intelligent blanket can stably monitor and record various data of a user in real time, and the user is guided to exercise correctly and effectively.
The invention adopts a high-precision optical motion capturing technology and combines AI visual analysis, thereby being capable of accurately capturing and analyzing each motion detail of a user in the body-building process. Through real-time tracking and analysis to human key point, body-building manager can evaluate user's gesture accuracy to correct in time through pronunciation and visual feedback, greatly promoted the security and the effect of body-building. Through the optical three-dimensional reconstruction technology, the fitness manager can create a three-dimensional model of the user, so that gesture analysis is more stereoscopic and visual, and more personalized fitness guidance can be provided. The application of this technique enables the exercise manager to understand the user's physical structure and exercise habits more in depth, thereby providing a more accurate exercise regimen.
Specifically, first, a user performs exercise activities under the monitoring of four high-speed optical motion capture cameras, which synchronously capture specific points on the user, recognize and track the motion trail of the user in three-dimensional space, and provide accurate motion data for the system. The captured images are then synchronized and preprocessed to enhance the accuracy of subsequent analysis. Then, a three-dimensional model of the user is constructed by utilizing a three-dimensional reconstruction technology to intuitively display the body posture and the motion. The accuracy of the human body key point assessment action is further identified and analyzed, and the human body key point assessment action is compared with a standard movement pattern. The system tracks the key points in real time, evaluates and feeds back the actions of the user in real time, and provides correction guidance.
The method marks the key parts of the user by utilizing optical motion capture, compares the marked gesture with the correct gesture, and corrects the motion gesture of multiple users according to the comparison junction.

The method comprises the steps that a plurality of cameras shoot an object with tracking points, a calibration equation is established according to the corresponding relation between 3D coordinates in space and 2D coordinates in camera images, certain transformation is carried out on the calibration equation, a linear equation which is relatively simple and quick to calculate is obtained, and finally six camera internal parameters and external parameters (rotation matrix and displacement coordinates) used for restoring the 2D points to the 3D points are obtained.
Further, the home fitness management method provided by the invention further comprises the following steps: selecting one muscle relaxing mode from a plurality of different muscle relaxing modes according to the body building process or the requirement of a target user, and adopting the selected muscle relaxing mode to irradiate red light to the target user so as to stimulate muscles and skin tissues and achieve the purposes of relaxing and recovering; each muscle relaxation mode corresponds to a red light intensity and a time period of irradiation.
Specifically, the invention adopts the photo-biological massage method, after body building, a target user can select different modes in the intelligent interaction screen to relax muscles, each mode has specific light intensity and irradiation duration, the user needs to lie in an appointed area of the intelligent blanket (as shown in fig. 4), muscle fatigue is relieved through red light, and meanwhile, the system can play relaxed music to help relax mind and body.
Meanwhile, the data such as muscle tension, heart rate, skin temperature and the like can be continuously recorded through the electrode plates and the sensors on the intelligent blanket, the data are used for analyzing the body building process, and when the body building process is finished, the relaxing process is finished, and the system can send out voice prompts.
The principle of analyzing the body-building progress of the human body is as follows: the human body fitness process can be divided into: a preparation stage, a movement stage, a high-strength stage and a recovery stage. The fitness course is determined according to the muscle tension, heart rate and skin temperature of the target user.
Specifically, the heart rate is 60-100 times/min and gradually increases while the human body is in the preparation phase (warm-up). Muscle tone rises from a lower level, ready for more intense activity. The skin temperature may rise slightly from normothermia (about 36.5-37.2 ℃). The exercise phase is medium intensity exercise with a heart rate of 60% -70% of the maximum heart rate (e.g., 60% -70% of the maximum heart rate 220 minus the age (manual input)). The muscle tone gradually increases and the muscle is continuously working. The skin temperature increases significantly, possibly to above 37.5 ℃. The caloric consumption during this exercise phase can be up to about 0.01 kcal/kg body weight per minute. High strength stage: the heart rate approaches or exceeds 80% of the maximum heart rate. The muscle tension is higher and the muscle works with high intensity. The amount of heat consumed per minute increases, the amount of heat consumed depending on the type and intensity of exercise; the skin temperature also increased significantly further. Recovery phase (relax): the heart rate gradually decreased to near resting heart rate (60-100 beats/min). Muscle tone is gradually reduced by stretching and relaxing. The skin temperature also begins to drop.
After the data processing module acquires relevant data such as the muscle tension, the heart rate and the skin temperature of the target user, the data processing module respectively compares the muscle tension, the heart rate and the skin temperature with baseline data (the reading of the user in a relaxed state) so as to evaluate the changes of the muscle tension, the heart rate and the skin temperature; and then determining the fitness progress of the target user according to the change result.
Wherein for muscle tone, the pressure sensors on the smart blanket can capture the pressure exerted on the blanket by various parts of the user's body, and by analyzing the distribution of these pressures, the muscle tone area can be identified. A stress threshold is set to indicate the level of muscle tone based on the physical characteristics and historical data of the user. For example, the baseline pressure reading may be between 0-50N. Low tension: the pressure reading is between 50-150N. Medium tone: the pressure reading is between 151-300N. High tension: the pressure reading exceeds 300N. When the pressure detected by the data processing module belongs to a certain interval, the data processing module indicates which stage the muscle tension is in. While for calories consumed, energy expenditure can be estimated by monitoring the heart rate during exercise, in combination with the age, weight, sex and exercise intensity of the user.
The photo-biological massage utilizes light waves with specific wavelengths to perform deep stimulation on a human body in a non-thermal electromagnetic radiation mode. The photo-biological effect can promote metabolism of cells, accelerate blood circulation, and stimulate muscle and skin tissues to achieve the purposes of relaxation and recovery. The body-building robot can monitor the physical condition of the user in real time through the precise sensor and algorithm, intelligently adjust the intensity and the irradiation mode of red light according to the physique and the requirement of the user, ensure the maximization of the massage effect, and avoid any possible side effect. The biological massage method not only can provide the effect of whole body relaxation, but also is helpful for accelerating cell repair and promoting wound healing, and is a safe, effective and noninvasive rehabilitation means.
