The urine flows into the convex tube 18 from the water outlet channel 24, flows into the adjusting cavity 34 through the side opening 19 on the convex tube 18, finally flows into the sampling bottle 3 from the bottom of the adjusting cavity 34, increases along with the urine in the sampling bottle 3, increases the downward pressure of the elliptic piston 11, presses down the elliptic piston 11 to the position where the through hole 40 is opposite to the water outlet 17, the sampling bottle 3 is in a state of being fully collected, at the moment, when the urine in the bladder of a patient is not emptied, the urine of the patient is not lost after the probe 7 is pulled out, and then the urine leakage phenomenon occurs, so that the handle 15 needs to be rotated at the moment, the bending hole 13 is communicated with the water inlet 14 and the through hole 40, the urine in the sampling bottle 3 is guided to the water outlet 17 to be discharged to the bending tube 10, the outside air can be prevented from entering the inside of the sampling bottle 3 from the bending tube 10 when the urine is discharged, the urine in the sampling bottle 3 is reduced, the downward pressure of the elliptic piston 11 is reduced after the urine in the sampling bottle 3 is reduced, the urine in the bladder of the patient is discharged, the urine in the first place, the elastic force of the elliptic piston 16 can be raised under the action of the first spring 16, and the urine in the sampling bottle can be prevented from being displaced from the urine in the through the sampling bottle 3.
Principle of operation when drawing urine from inside patient's bladder: when the medical device is used, firstly, the probe 7 is required to be inserted into the bladder along the urethra of a patient, in the process of inserting the probe 7 into the bladder of the patient, after the probe 7 reaches the bladder of the patient, urine in the bladder enters the inner top surface of the first rectangular cavity 20 under the guiding action of the guide holes 25, as the bladder of the patient has a certain outward extrusion force on the urine in the bladder, when the urine reaches the inner part of the first rectangular cavity 20, the sealing slide block 22 is pushed downwards, when the operator observes that the sealing slide block 22 slides downwards, the probe 7 is required to be inserted into the bladder of the patient, purified water in the first rectangular cavity 20 is pushed into the second rectangular cavity 26 in the downward sliding process of the sealing slide block 22, the sealing regulating block 27 can be lifted upwards along the second rectangular cavity 26 in the pushing process, in the upward lifting process, when the openings at the two ends of the U-shaped flow channel 29 are opposite to the water outlet channel 24 and the water inlet channel 28, the water outlet channel 24 and the water inlet channel 28 are communicated, so that the urine in the bladder of the patient enters the U-shaped flow channel 28 into the U-shaped flow channel 24, the water outlet channel 24 enters the water inlet channel 28, the probe 26 through the water inlet channel 28, and then enters the water outlet channel 24, and the elastic membrane 32 is formed in the expansion membrane 32, and the elastic membrane is pressed upwards along the second rectangular cavity 26, and the elastic membrane is formed between the two sides of the bladder and the bladder, and the elastic membrane is pressed into the expansion membrane 32, and the expansion membrane is formed between the expansion membrane and the expansion membrane, and the expansion membrane is formed between the expansion membrane and the expansion membrane.
