(4)附着力测试:依据《GB/T9286-1998》,在50umPET原膜上涂布涂层,涂层厚度控制在3-5um,用1mm间距的百格刀刮出100个细小方格,用M600或610的胶带黏贴于百格中,快速拉起3M胶带,测试脱落数量,脱落数量≤5%(即4B级以上),即判定合格进入下一步测试。(4) Adhesion test: According to GB/T9286-1998, apply the coating on the 50um PET original film with a coating thickness of 3-5um. 将实施例1~7与对比例1~5在表1中的测试指标进行对比,可以发现,实施例1~7提供的单组份聚氨酯底涂剂均能提升基材层的电晕值,且结构稳定、储存稳定好、耐溶剂性佳。其中,在实际生产测试过程中,对比例1~3提供的单组份聚氨酯底涂剂存在明显的储存稳定性较差的问题,这是由于对比例1~3中的反应R值过大,形成的聚氨酯反应规整性差,且成膜较硬、易脆。因此虽然对比例1~3提供的底涂剂可在短时间内提升基材层的表面电晕值,但结构稳定性较差,无法长期提供高电晕值。By comparing the test indicators of Examples 1 to 7 with those of Comparative Examples 1 to 5 in Table 1, it can be found that the one-component polyurethane primers provided in Examples 1 to 7 can all improve the corona value of the substrate layer, and have stable structure, good storage stability, and good solvent resistance.
