A glaze spraying device for ceramic tile production process as claimed in claim 4, wherein a second sealing ring (27) is arranged at the periphery of the lower part of the spherical adjustable spray core, the second sealing ring is in sealing contact with the minimum diameter end of the inner peripheral wall of the spray core cavity (23), a third sealing ring (28) is arranged at the periphery of the upper part of the adjustable spray core, and the third sealing ring is in sealing contact with the conical surface at the top end of the installation cavity; the diameters of the first pore canal and the first mode spray hole are larger than those of the second pore canal, and the diameters of the second mode spray hole and the third mode spray hole are larger than those of the third pore canal.

The glaze spraying apparatus for ceramic tile production process as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first mode spray hole, the second mode spray hole and the third mode spray hole respectively have different hole patterns, including circular spray hole, rectangular spray hole, sector spray hole, elliptic spray hole or straight spray hole.

The glaze spraying apparatus for ceramic tile production process as claimed in claim 6, wherein the glaze spraying apparatus comprises a plurality of spray heads which are arranged on a moving frame in a row and array, the moving frame can move in one dimension or two dimensions under the driving of the driving device, and the glaze spraying apparatus is arranged above the roller type ceramic tile conveying device.
8. A method for adjusting a glazing device for a tile production process, comprising a glazing device for a tile production process according to claim 6 or 7, comprising a plurality of slurry supply modes and/or a plurality of slurry spray modes, comprising in particular:
the various slurry supply modes include:
the mode A, the first control valve (7) and the second control valve (9) are all opened, and the first slurry source and the second slurry source supply slurries with different pressures, concentrations and/or temperatures and are sprayed out through the adjustable spray core (3);
one of the mode B, the first control valve or the second control valve is opened, and the first slurry source or the second slurry source supplies slurry and is sprayed out through the adjustable spray core;
mode C, cleaning mode: the first control valve and the second control valve are closed, and the gas channel (6) is respectively connected with the negative pressure fan and the compressed gas source through the third control valve (10); firstly, supplying a compressed air source to the air channel to discharge the residual slurry in the channel of the adjustable spray core, and then switching the air channel to be communicated with a negative pressure fan for suction dredging so as to prevent larger impurities from possibly blocking a second channel (35) and a third channel (36) with small diameters;
the plurality of slurry injection modes include:
mode a, first injection mode: the first mode injection hole (32) is arranged towards the lower direction, namely the axis of the first mode injection hole is collinear with the axis of the mounting cap (2) or the diffusion hole (24);
mode B, second injection mode: the adjustable spray core (3) is rotated by a flexible tool wrench, so that the second mode spray hole (33) or the third mode spray hole (34) is arranged downwards, namely the axis of the second mode spray hole or the third mode spray hole is collinear with the axis of the mounting cap or the diffusion hole;
mode C, auxiliary cleaning mode: in the second injection mode, the second slurry channel (5) can supply slurry by opening only the second control valve, and one of the two third channels (36) can be dredged while injecting, so as to prevent that larger impurities may block the third channel with small diameter.
