Background

As shown in fig. 1-5, the invention provides a container for a marine vessel, which comprises a container main body 1, a first positioning frame 2, a second positioning frame 3 and a marine vessel deck 19, wherein the outer walls of the container main body 1, the first positioning frame 2 and the second positioning frame 3 are fixedly connected with a connecting frame 4, the inner wall of the first positioning frame 2 is fixedly provided with a band-type brake stepping motor 5 and a storage battery 6, the inner wall of the first positioning frame 2 is close to two side edges and is fixedly connected with a bidirectional ball screw 7, one side of the bidirectional ball screw 7 is fixedly connected with the band-type brake stepping motor 5, the outer walls of the two side bidirectional ball screws 7 are fixedly connected with chain wheels 8, the outer walls of the two side chain wheels 8 are in meshed connection with chains 9, the outer walls of the bidirectional ball screws 7 are close to two sides of a middle position and are in threaded connection with screw nuts 10, the opposite sides of each side screw nut 10 are fixedly connected with an adjusting plate 11, the bottoms of the two side adjusting plates 11 are uniformly and fixedly connected with an L-shaped positioning plate 12, the tops of the second positioning frame 3 are provided with a positioning groove 16, and the inner walls of the positioning groove 16 are close to the middle position and the two sides of the corresponding L-shaped positioning plate 12 are uniformly and fixedly provided with a limiting frame 17.
Preferably, bolt holes are uniformly formed in the outer wall of the connecting frame 4, and the cargo box main body 1, the first positioning frame 2, the cargo box main body 1, the second positioning frame 3, the marine vessel deck 19 and the second positioning frame 3 can be connected through bolts or screws configured on the frame 4.
Preferably, the storage battery 6 is connected with the band-type brake stepping motor 5 through a wire, the band-type brake stepping motor 5 is connected with a stepping motor driver through a signal, and a motor remote control module is arranged in the stepping motor driver.
Preferably, the bearing rods 13 are uniformly and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the first positioning frame 2, the adjusting plate 11 is provided with sliding holes matched with the bearing rods 13, and the inner wall of each sliding hole is in sliding connection with the bearing rods 13.
Preferably, the middle position of the inner wall of the first positioning frame 2 is uniformly and fixedly provided with a middle plate 14, the outer wall of the middle plate 14 is provided with a mounting hole matched with the bearing rod 13, and the inner wall of the mounting hole is fixedly connected with the bearing rod 13.
Preferably, a positioning clamping groove 15 matched with the second positioning frame 3 is formed in the bottom of the first positioning frame 2.
Preferably, the limit frame 17 is provided with a limit clamping groove 18 adapted to the L-shaped positioning plate 12.
The specific working principle and the use method of the invention are that the second positioning frame 3 can pass through screw holes of the connecting frame 4 to be arranged at the marine vessel deck 19 through screws, the top and the bottom of the container main body 1 are respectively provided with the second positioning frame 3 and the first positioning frame 2 through the configuration bolts of the connecting frame 4, the container main body 1 can be lifted to the second positioning frame 3 at the top of the marine vessel deck 19, the positioning clamping groove 15 of the first positioning frame 2 is sleeved at the top of the second positioning frame 3 and then can start the two-way ball screw 7 at one side of the band-type brake stepping motor 5, the chain wheels 8 of the two-way ball screws 7 are connected through the transmission of the chain 9, so that the two-way ball screws 7 can synchronously rotate to drive the two-way adjusting plates 11 to move to the opposite side, the L-shaped positioning plates 12 can be clamped into the limiting clamping grooves 18 of the limiting frames 17, the first positioning frame 2 can be stably connected with the second positioning frame 3, the bottom container main body 1 can be stably arranged at the top of the marine vessel deck 19, then the first positioning frame 2 of the container main body 1 can be connected with the second positioning frame 3 of the bottom container main body 1 through the same mode, the two positioning frames of the band-type cargo body 1 can be conveniently connected with the band-type brake motor 5 through the chain 9, the two-type brake stepping motor 5 can be conveniently connected with the carrier body 5, and the carrier body can be conveniently connected by a remote controller, and the carrier body can be conveniently and connected with the step motor 5 through the step motor, and the carrier can be conveniently and connected by a remote controller.
