Disclosure of Invention

step S6: the heating plate is electrified to heat, and the rolling brush which rolls continuously after self-cleaning is baked and dried;
step S7: the on-off test circuit detects the circuit states of the 2 supporting blocks and the rolling brush in real time and sends the detected circuit bodies to the controller, when the rolling brush is in a wet state, a circuit group consisting of the on-off test circuit, the supporting blocks and the rolling brush is in an on state, and when the rolling brush is dry, the circuit group consisting of the on-off test circuit, the supporting blocks and the rolling brush is in an off state;

step S8: after the roller brush finishes baking and drying, the control panel sends a self-cleaning completion signal to the controller, the controller and the control panel respectively correspondingly stop the work of the gearbox assembly, the water pump, the air pump and the heating plate, and meanwhile, the controller enables the current of the charging input end to be connected into the battery and charge the battery.
Preferably, the step S3, the step S4, the step S5, the step S6 and the step S7 are performed synchronously, the preset parameters of the controller include the working time of the water pump and the gearbox assembly during self-cleaning, the preset parameters of the control board include the temperature value of the heating plate and the temperature value of the roller brush after surface drying, and the temperature value of the roller brush after surface drying is lower than the temperature value of the heating plate.
Compared with the prior art, the self-cleaning system of the floor scrubber provided by the invention has the following advantages:

It will be appreciated that the separate arrangement of the clean water tank 222 and the foul water tank 223 in the tank 22 allows the roll brush 231 to clean the floor with clean water while operating, and allows the foul water tank 223 and the foul water pipe 239 to generate negative pressure by the operation of the air pump 221 to suck the foul water on the floor into the foul water tank 223. Further, the heating temperature value of the heating plate 33 is 70 ℃, the preset temperature value of the control board is 60 ℃, the temperature sensor detects the surface temperature of the rolling brush 231 in real time, the heating plate 33 is heated to 70 ℃ to bake and dry the rolling brush 231, after water stains adhered to the rolling brush 231 are evaporated, the surface temperature of the rolling brush 231 is gradually increased and the rolling brush 231 is gradually dried, when the surface temperature of the rolling brush 231 reaches 60 ℃, the rolling brush 231 finishes drying, the temperature sensor sends the detected temperature signal to the control board, and the control board stops the work of the heating plate 33 according to preset reference.
The invention also provides a self-cleaning method of the floor washing machine 2, which is suitable for the self-cleaning system 1 of the floor washing machine 2 and comprises the following steps:
step S1: the charging seat 3 is electrically connected with commercial power, and the floor cleaning machine 2 after cleaning the ground is correspondingly placed on the charging seat 3, so that the charging output end 31 is electrically connected with the charging input end 224;
step S2: the floor cleaning machine 2 enters a self-cleaning mode through the key 211, the controller 215 and the control board respectively detect that the charging input end 224 is electrically connected with the charging output end 31, and the controller 215 and the control board mutually send working signals;
and step S3: when the controller 215 receives a working signal sent by the control board, the controller 215 controls the water pump 237 to work according to preset parameters, the rolling brush 231 is washed by clean water, meanwhile, the controller 215 controls the gearbox component 236 to work, and the gearbox component 236 drives the rolling brush 231 to synchronously rotate;
and step S4: one side of the scraper 233 presses the roller brush 231, and when the roller brush 231 rotates, the scraper 233 scrapes off the sewage of the roller brush 231 through the portion where the scraper presses the roller brush 231;
step S5: when the controller 215 controls the gearbox assembly 236 to work, the air pump 221 is synchronously controlled to work, and the air pump 221 sucks the scraped sewage into the sewage tank 223 from the inlet end of the sewage pipe 239 in a negative pressure mode;
step S6: the heating plate 33 is electrified to perform heating work, and the rolling brush 231 which rolls continuously after self-cleaning is baked and dried;

step S8: after the roller brush 231 finishes baking and drying, the control board sends a self-cleaning completion signal to the controller 215, the controller 215 and the control board respectively and correspondingly stop the operation of the gearbox assembly 236, the water pump 237, the air pump 221 and the heating plate 33, and meanwhile, the controller 215 connects the current of the charging input end 224 to the battery 214 and charges the battery 214.
Specifically, the steps S3, S4, S5, S6 and S7 are performed synchronously, the preset parameters of the controller 215 include the working time of the water pump 237 and the gearbox assembly 236 during the self-cleaning, the preset parameters of the control board include the temperature value of the heating plate 33 and the temperature value of the surface of the rolling brush 231 after drying, and the temperature value of the surface of the rolling brush 231 after drying is lower than the temperature value of the heating plate 33.
It can be understood that the floor cleaning machine 2 which finishes the cleaning of the ground is correspondingly placed on the charging seat 3 for charging, the floor cleaning machine 2 is switched from the charging state to the self-cleaning state through the key 211, the controller 215 and the control panel send self-cleaning signals, the controller 215 respectively sends working signals to the water pump 237, the air pump 221 and the motor 2361, the water pump 237 receives the working signals of the controller 215 to start working, the roller brush 231 is washed by clean water, the controller 215 controls the motor 2361 to work, the roller brush 231 is rotated, the roller brush 231 which finishes the washing is scraped by the scraper 233, the air pump 221 sucks the water stains scraped by the scraper 233 into the sewage tank 223 through the inlet end of the sewage pipe 239 in a negative pressure mode, meanwhile, the heating plate 33 receives the control panel signals to start working, the roller brush 231 is baked by heat, and the aim of drying the roller brush 231 is achieved. Further, when the floor washing machine 2 is self-cleaning, the controller 215 controls the working time of the water pump 237 to be the preset time, so that the water pump 237 is prevented from continuously working after the rolling brush 231 is washed clean, water source waste is avoided, and the time for drying the rolling brush 231 is also prevented from being prolonged.
The working principle is as follows: the charging base 3 is externally connected with the commercial power, the floor cleaning machine 2 which finishes the floor cleaning is placed on the charging base 3, and the controller 215 and the control panel respectively correspond to the time when the current of the charging input end 224 and the current of the charging output end 31 are conducted.
The floor washing machine 2 part: the water pump 237 starts to work, and the clean water in the clean water tank 22 is uniformly sprayed to the rolling brush 231 in a pressurizing mode, the rolling brush 231 is washed by the clean water, meanwhile, the gearbox assembly 236 starts to work, the motor 2361 drives the rolling brush 231 to rotate through the gear train 2363, and due to the fact that the rolling brush 231 is pressed by one side of the scraper 233, most of water stains attached to the rolling brush 231 are scraped by the scraper 233 through relative movement of the scraper 233 and the rolling brush 231. The controller 215 presets the length of time that the water pump 237 and air pump 221 are operating while the scrubber 2 is self-cleaning.
The charging seat 3 part: the control board controls the heating plate 33 to perform heating work, and the roller brush 231 is baked through the heating plate 33. Further, the control board detects the on-off test circuit in real time, when the roller brush 231 attached with a large amount of water stains contacts the supporting block 32, the supporting block 32 is in current conduction with the water stains on the roller brush 231, the surface roller brush 231 is not dried yet, the heating plate 33 continues to work at the moment, when the supporting block 32 is not in current conduction with the roller brush 231, the roller brush 231 is dried, the motor 2361 and the heating plate 33 stop working at the moment, meanwhile, the control board sends a drying completion signal to the controller 215, and the controller 215 charges the battery 214;

the charging seat 3 part: the control board controls the heating board 33 to perform heating operation, and the roller brush 231 is baked by the heating board 33. Further, a temperature sensor arranged on the supporting block 32 detects the surface temperature of the roller brush 231 in real time and sends a detected temperature signal to the control board, and when the temperature signal sent by the temperature sensor received by the control board is consistent with a preset temperature signal, the controller 215 controls the motor 2361 and the heating plate 33 to stop working. At the same time, the control board sends a signal to the controller 215 that drying is complete, and the controller 215 charges the battery 214.
