With the development of new energy industry, the requirement on the energy density of the battery is higher and higher, and the safety requirement is also improved; the improvement of energy density requires lightweight design of the battery, and many lightweight designs do not pay attention to safety requirements, such as mechanical performance, sealing performance and the like, so that the safety of the battery is reduced. And some light-weight designs adopt new materials, so that the weight of the battery box body is reduced, but the cost and the processing difficulty of the battery are increased, and the battery box body is not favorable for batch production.
In order to solve the technical problem, chinese patent CN214313378U discloses a lightweight box structure for power battery, including upper cover, sealing washer and lower casing, fixed connection between upper cover, sealing washer and the lower casing, upper cover and lower casing are made by the plastics material, and the lower extreme of lower casing is connected with the braced frame who supports usefulness, and braced frame adopts the steel material to reach and realize lightweight purpose from structural, guarantee holistic structural strength through braced frame simultaneously.
