when the identity identification fails, detecting whether the biological characteristic data of the user is a new user or not;
when the biological characteristic data of the user is detected to be a new user, an authorization request is sent to a user terminal;
the user terminal acquires authorization management information according to the authorization request, verifies the digital signature in the authorization management information, and determines authorization range information and authorization use information according to the authorization management information if verification is passed;
generating a user authorization code according to the authorization range information and the authorization use information;
and controlling the unlocking of the automobile according to the user authorization code.
4. The method for managing a digital key of an automobile according to claim 1, wherein: the biometric data is a combination of one or more of the following: facial feature data, fingerprint feature data, iris feature data, and tone feature data.
5. The method for managing a digital key of an automobile according to claim 1, wherein: the digital key comprises a smart phone and wearable equipment with NFC function.
6. An automobile digital key management system, which is characterized in that: the digital key system comprises a vehicle identification module, a key identification module and an identity matching module;
the vehicle identification module is used for carrying out vehicle information identification when the digital key is connected with the vehicle to obtain a vehicle identification result;
the key identification module is used for sending a wake-up request according to a vehicle identification result and acquiring a key identification code according to the wake-up request;
the identity matching module is used for acquiring and identifying the biological characteristic data of the user, judging whether the biological characteristic data is matched with the key identification code and the pre-stored original biological characteristic at the same time, obtaining an identity matching result, if the identity matching result is the simultaneous matching, the identity identification is successful, and controlling the unlocking of the automobile; if the identity matching result is different in matching, the identity identification fails, and reminding information is sent to the user terminal;
the method for sending the wake-up request according to the vehicle identification result specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring vehicle identification data according to a vehicle identification result, and inputting the vehicle identification data into a pre-trained vehicle identification model to obtain a vehicle confidence coefficient; the vehicle identification model is a long-term and short-term memory cyclic neural network;
when the vehicle confidence coefficient is larger than a preset first confidence coefficient and smaller than a preset second confidence coefficient, identifying the vehicle as a matched vehicle, and sending a wake-up request;
and when the vehicle confidence coefficient is smaller than the first confidence coefficient or larger than the second confidence coefficient, identifying as a non-matching vehicle, and sending reminding information to the user terminal.
7. The automotive digital key management system of claim 6, further comprising:
the identity detection module is used for detecting whether the biological characteristic data of the user is a new user or not when the identity identification fails;
the authorization request module is used for sending an authorization request to the user terminal when the biological characteristic data of the user is detected to be a new user, the user terminal acquires authorization management information according to the authorization request, meanwhile, the digital signature in the authorization management information is verified, and if the verification is passed, authorization range information and authorization use information are determined according to the authorization management information; and the system is also used for generating a user authorization code according to the authorization range information and the authorization use information and controlling the unlocking of the automobile according to the user authorization code.
8. A computer device, characterized by: comprising a processor and a memory, the processor being connected to the memory, the memory being for storing a computer program, the processor being for executing the computer program stored in the memory to cause the computer device to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized by: the computer readable storage medium has stored therein a computer program which, when executed, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
