Background
In order to keep the automobile clean, the automobile needs to be cleaned frequently, more automobile cleaning products are needed to be cleaned, and people can not easily carry the more automobile cleaning products at one time by hands, so that carrying equipment is needed.
The patent publication number is searched: CN208150248U, a handling device comprising: the traveling device is arranged at the bottom of the carrying equipment and automatically travels to a preset position based on a traveling path received by the carrying equipment; the body is arranged above the travelling device and is used for supporting the article grabbing device; the accommodating device is connected with the body and can slide, the accommodating device comprises a plurality of accommodating positions, the accommodating positions are interlayer overlapped along the vertical direction, and one interlayer can accommodate at least one target object; the article grabbing device is arranged above the body, and is used for grabbing the target article from the article storage device and automatically placing the target article in the accommodating position of the accommodating device or grabbing the target article from the accommodating position of the accommodating device and automatically placing the target article in the article storage device based on a carrying task received by carrying equipment. Through this scheme, improved the efficiency of article transport. Although this patent can assist the transport car cleaning article, the holding device in this patent does not have and carries out spacing function to placing good car cleaning article to in-process that transports car cleaning article, car cleaning article easily falls the damage from holding device.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is necessary to provide an auxiliary conveying device for an automobile cleaning article, which can limit the automobile cleaning article and prevent the automobile cleaning article from being broken by falling.
The application provides auxiliary carrying equipment for automobile cleaning products, which comprises the following components: the lower parts of the two sides of the connecting frame are rotationally connected with two travelling wheels; the pushing handle is connected with the upper part of the other side of the connecting frame; the clamping mechanism is arranged in the connecting frame and used for clamping the automobile cleaning articles; the clamping mechanism comprises: the upper part in the connecting frame is connected with two rows of placing frames which are used for storing automobile cleaning products; the sliding clamping plates are connected with the two sides of the placing frame in a sliding manner and are used for clamping the automobile cleaning products; and a first spring is connected between the sliding clamping plate and the placing frame.
Preferably, the automobile cleaning device further comprises an unlocking mechanism, the unlocking mechanism is used for controlling the sliding clamping plate to loosen the automobile cleaning device, and the unlocking mechanism comprises: the sliding clamping plate is connected with a first driving rod; the bottom of the placement frame is connected with a guide frame, two sides of the guide frame are connected with a first sliding driving plate in a sliding mode, and the first sliding driving plate is matched with the first driving rod; and a second spring is connected between the first sliding driving plate and the guide frame.
Preferably, the vehicle cleaning device further comprises a material returning mechanism, wherein the material returning mechanism is used for pushing out vehicle cleaning articles, and the material returning mechanism comprises: the middle part of the guide frame is connected with a material returning plate in a sliding manner, the material returning plate is in sliding fit with the placing frame, and the material returning plate is used for pushing out automobile cleaning products; the third spring is connected between the material returning plate and the guide frame; the lower parts of the two sides of the material returning plate are connected with driving blocks, and the driving blocks are matched with the first sliding driving plate.
Preferably, the automobile cleaning device further comprises a rotary driving mechanism, wherein the rotary driving mechanism is used for controlling the material returning plate to lift and push out the automobile cleaning product, and the rotary driving mechanism comprises: the sliding driving frame is connected with two rotary connecting plates at two sides of the inner bottom of the connecting frame; the upper part of the rotary connecting plate is rotationally connected with the rotary driving rod; the torsion spring is connected between the rotary driving rod and the rotary connecting plate; the sliding drive frame is arranged between the tops of the four rotary connecting plates and is connected with the connecting frame in a sliding mode, and the sliding drive frame is connected with the material returning plate and is used for controlling the material returning plate to lift and push out the automobile cleaning articles.
Preferably, the automobile cleaning device further comprises a sliding driving mechanism, the sliding driving mechanism is used for controlling the sliding driving frame to enable the material returning plate to push out the automobile cleaning product, and the sliding driving mechanism comprises: the upper parts of the two sides in the connecting frame are connected with two second connecting rods; the second sliding driving plates are connected between the two corresponding second connecting rods in a sliding manner; a fourth spring is connected between the second sliding driving plate and the second connecting rod; the third connecting rod is connected between the two second sliding driving plates and is in contact fit with the rotating driving rod; and one of the second sliding driving plates is connected with a first handle, and the first handle is connected with the connecting frame in a sliding manner.
Preferably, the locking mechanism is further included, and the locking mechanism is used for locking the second sliding driving plate, and the locking mechanism includes: the second handle is connected to one side, close to the pushing handle, of the connecting frame in a sliding mode; the other side in the connecting frame is connected with a fourth connecting rod, a sliding clamping rod is connected to the fourth connecting rod in a sliding mode, the sliding clamping rod is connected with the second handle, and the sliding clamping rod is used for locking the second sliding driving plate; and a fifth spring is connected between the sliding clamping rod and the fourth connecting rod.
Preferably, the pushing handle is connected with an anti-slip sleeve, and the friction force between the anti-slip sleeve and the hand can be increased by the anti-slip sleeve, so that the anti-slip handle can be anti-slip.
Preferably, the shape of the placement frame is cuboid, and the automobile cleaning articles are better placed.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that:
1. the connecting frame can be used for accommodating more automobile cleaning products at one time, the clamping mechanism can clamp and fix the automobile cleaning products, and the pushing hands are matched with the traveling wheels, so that the automobile cleaning products can be conveniently and rapidly carried, the automobile cleaning products which can be carried more at one time are achieved, the automobile cleaning products can be limited, and the automobile cleaning products can be prevented from being broken due to falling.
2. The sliding driving mechanism can drive the material returning mechanism to work, the material returning mechanism can drive the unlocking mechanism to work, the unlocking mechanism can enable the clamping mechanism to loosen the automobile cleaning articles, and the material returning mechanism can push out the automobile cleaning articles in the clamping mechanism, so that an operator can take out the automobile cleaning articles conveniently.
3. The locking mechanism can lock the sliding driving mechanism, so that an operator can take out the automobile cleaning product more conveniently, and then the sliding driving mechanism is locked without manual operation, so that the labor can be saved more.

The application provides auxiliary carrying equipment for automobile cleaning products, which is shown in the drawings in combination with figures 1-5, and comprises a connecting frame 1, travelling wheels 101, pushing hands 102 and a clamping mechanism 2, wherein the lower parts of the left side and the right side of the connecting frame 1 are respectively connected with the two travelling wheels 101 in a front-back symmetrical manner, the upper part of the right side of the connecting frame 1 is connected with the pushing hands 102, the pushing hands 102 are connected with anti-slip sleeves, friction force between the anti-slip sleeves and the hands can be increased, the clamping mechanism 2 is arranged in the connecting frame 1, the clamping mechanism 2 comprises a placing frame 21, a sliding clamping plate 22 and a first spring 23, the upper part in the connecting frame 1 is connected with two rows of placing frames 21, the two rows of placing frames 21 are respectively arranged in a front-back symmetrical manner, the placing frames 21 are respectively arranged in a rectangular shape, the automobile cleaning products are better placed, the left side and the right side of the placing frames 21 are respectively connected with the sliding clamping plate 22 in a sliding manner, and the two first springs 23 are respectively arranged between the sliding clamping plate 22 and the placing frames 21 in a front-back symmetrical manner.
When more automobile cleaning articles are required to be carried at one time, the device can be used, the two sliding clamping plates 22 are pushed outwards, the first springs 23 are stretched along with the sliding clamping plates, then the automobile cleaning articles are placed between the two sliding clamping plates 22, the sliding clamping plates 22 are loosened, and under the action of the first springs 23, the two sliding clamping plates 22 can move inwards to clamp and fix the automobile cleaning articles; the above operation is repeated until all the placement frames 21 are fully filled with the automobile cleaning products, so that the device can accommodate more automobile cleaning products at one time, then the pushing handle 102 can be pushed or pulled, the traveling wheels 101 rotate along with the pushing handle, the device moves along with the pushing handle, and accordingly the automobile cleaning products can be carried, and when the automobile cleaning products in the placement frames 21 are to be taken out, the operation is repeated. As shown in fig. 2, 3, 6 and 7, the device further comprises an unlocking mechanism 3, the unlocking mechanism 3 comprises a first driving rod 31, a guide frame 32, a first sliding driving plate 33 and a second spring 34, the outer side of the sliding clamping plate 22 is connected with the first driving rod 31, the bottom of the placement frame 21 is connected with the guide frame 32, two first sliding driving plates 33 are symmetrically connected on the guide frame 32 in a sliding mode, the first sliding driving plates 33 are matched with the first driving rod 31, two second springs 34 are connected between the first sliding driving plates 33 and the guide frame 32, and the two second springs 34 are symmetrically arranged front and back.

As shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 11, fig. 12 and fig. 13, the device further comprises a rotation driving mechanism 5, the rotation driving mechanism 5 comprises a sliding driving frame 51, a rotation connecting plate 52, a rotation driving rod 53 and torsion springs 54, two rotation connecting plates 52 are connected to the left side and the right side of the inner bottom of the connecting frame 1, the two rotation connecting plates 52 are symmetrical front and back, the rotation driving rod 53 is rotationally connected to the upper portion of the rotation connecting plate 52, two torsion springs 54 are connected between the rotation driving rod 53 and the rotation connecting plate 52, the two torsion springs 54 are bilaterally symmetrical, the sliding driving frame 51 is placed between the tops of the four rotation connecting plates 52, the sliding driving frame 51 is connected with the connecting frame 1 in a sliding mode, and the sliding driving frame 51 is connected with the material returning plate 41.
As shown in fig. 2, 14 and 15, the sliding driving mechanism 6 is further included, the sliding driving mechanism 6 includes a second connecting rod 61, a second sliding driving plate 62, a fourth spring 63, a third connecting rod 64 and a first handle 65, two second connecting rods 61 are connected to the upper portions of the left side and the right side in the connecting frame 1, the two second connecting rods 61 are symmetrical front and back, a second sliding driving plate 62 is connected between the two corresponding second connecting rods 61, a fourth spring 63 is connected between the second sliding driving plate 62 and the second connecting rods 61, a third connecting rod 64 is connected between the two second sliding driving plates 62, the third connecting rod 64 is in contact fit with the rotating driving rod 53, the right side surface of the right side second sliding driving plate 62 is connected with a first handle 65, and the first handle 65 is connected with the connecting frame 1 in a sliding manner.
When the automobile cleaning product in the placing frame 21 is to be taken out, the first handle 65 can be pushed downwards so that the right second sliding driving plate 62 moves downwards, the right second sliding driving plate 62 moves downwards to drive the third connecting rod 64 to move downwards, the left second sliding driving plate 62 moves downwards along with the fourth spring 63 to be compressed, the third connecting rod 64 moves downwards to push the rotating driving rod 53 to rotate, the torsion spring 54 compresses along with the fourth spring 63, the rotating driving rod 53 rotates to push the sliding driving frame 51 to move upwards, the sliding driving frame 51 moves upwards to push the material returning plate 41 to move upwards, the third spring 42 compresses along with the third spring, the material returning plate 41 moves upwards to push the first sliding driving plate 33 to move upwards through the driving block 43, the second spring 34 compresses along with the first sliding driving plate 33 moves upwards to push the first driving rod 31 to move outwards, the first driving rod 31 moves outwards to drive the sliding clamping plate 22 to move outwards to loosen the automobile cleaning product, and the first spring 23 stretches along with the rotation; and the material returning plate 41 moves upwards to push the automobile cleaning articles out of the placing frame 21, so that the automobile cleaning articles are conveniently taken out by operators. When the automobile cleaning article is taken out, the first handle 65 is loosened, the second sliding driving plate 62 can be moved upwards to reset under the action of the fourth spring 63, the rotating driving rod 53 can be rotated reversely to reset under the action of the torsion spring 54, the material returning plate 41 can be moved downwards to reset under the action of the third spring 42, the sliding driving frame 51 can be moved downwards to reset under the action of gravity, the first sliding driving plate 33 can be moved downwards to reset under the action of the second spring 34, and the sliding clamping plate 22 can be moved inwards to reset under the action of the first spring 23. So slip drive mechanism 6 can drive material returning mechanism 4 and work, material returning mechanism 4 work can drive release mechanism 3 and work, release mechanism 3 work can make clamping mechanism 2 loosen the car cleaning articles, and material returning mechanism 4 work can release the car cleaning articles in clamping mechanism 2 to the operating personnel of being convenient for take out car cleaning articles.
As shown in fig. 3, 16, 17 and 18, the locking mechanism 7 further comprises a locking mechanism 7, the locking mechanism 7 comprises a second handle 71, a fourth connecting rod 72, a sliding clamping rod 73 and a fifth spring 74, the second handle 71 is connected to the right rear side of the connecting frame 1 in a sliding manner, the fourth connecting rod 72 is connected to the right rear side of the connecting frame 1, the sliding clamping rod 73 is connected to the fourth connecting rod 72 in a sliding manner, the sliding clamping rod 73 is matched with the right second sliding driving plate 62, the sliding clamping rod 73 is connected with the second handle 71, and the fifth spring 74 is connected between the sliding clamping rod 73 and the fourth connecting rod 72.
The second sliding driving plate 62 on the right side moves downwards to push the sliding clamping rod 73 to move backwards, the fifth spring 74 stretches along with the sliding clamping rod, when the second sliding driving plate 62 on the right side is positioned on the lower side of the sliding clamping rod 73, the sliding clamping rod 73 can move forwards to reset under the action of the fifth spring 74 to clamp and fix the second sliding driving plate 62 on the right side, and therefore the first handle 65 is not required to be limited manually, and therefore an operator can take out automobile cleaning products more conveniently, and labor can be saved; when the right second slide driving plate 62 is to be released, the second handle 71 is moved backward so that the slide detent lever 73 is moved backward to release the right second slide driving plate 62. So locking mechanical system 7 can be with the locking of slip drive mechanism 6 to can be convenient for more operating personnel take out car cleaning articles for use, and then need not artifical manual with slip drive mechanism 6 locking, can be laborsaving more.
