Description

Even aerosol generation device and aerosol generation system of flue gas production
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of novel tobaccos, in particular to an aerosol generating device and an aerosol generating system for generating uniform smoke.
Background
Smoking articles (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, etc.) burn tobacco during use to produce tobacco smoke. Attempts have been made to replace these tobacco-burning products by making products that release the compounds without burning.
An example of such a product is a heating device that generates an aerosol by heating, rather than burning, a smokable material. For example, the material may be tobacco or other non-tobacco products that may or may not contain nicotine. There are aerosol-generating devices, for example so-called electrically heated non-combustible smoking articles, which together with a cigarette-like consumable inserted therein can form an aerosol-generating system. The known electric heating non-combustion smoking set only considers the temperature condition of a single point in the heater in the heating process, and the accurate design of the distribution of the thermal field in the heating pipe in the using process is not considered, so that the smoke generated after the smokable material is heated is uneven, and the suction experience and effect are affected.
For example, patent specification CN108185537B discloses an aerosol-generating device, which comprises an outer shell, a built-in power supply and a control circuit board electrically connected with the power supply, wherein the outer shell is provided with a jack, a fixed cylinder for accommodating an aerosol-generating product is arranged under the jack, a vent hole is arranged at the bottom of the fixed cylinder, an air inlet and a control switch connected with the power supply are arranged on the outer shell, the air inlet is communicated with the vent hole through an air passage, a heating part is arranged in the fixed cylinder, a conductive part is further arranged on the fixed cylinder, the conductive part comprises at least two power supply electrodes arranged on the side wall of the fixed cylinder, the power supply electrodes are electrically connected with the control circuit board, and when the aerosol-generating product is inserted into the fixed cylinder, the conductive part is electrically connected with the aerosol-generating product.
Or an aerosol-generating system comprising an aerosol-generating device comprising a battery and a heater for generating heat by means of electric power supplied by the battery, and an aerosol-generating article housed in the aerosol-generating device to generate an aerosol when heated by the heater, as disclosed in patent specification publication number CN112822953a, wherein the aerosol-generating article comprises a base portion configured to generate the aerosol when heated, a medium portion arranged at a downstream end of the base portion, and a thermally conductive wrapper surrounding at least a portion of each of the base portion and the medium portion, and configured to transmit heat from the heater, wherein the heater is arranged around the aerosol-generating article such that the surface area of the base portion surrounded by the heater is larger than the surface area of the medium surrounded by the medium portion.
The two schemes have the problem that the smoke generated after the smokeable material is heated is uneven, and the experience and effect of the smoking are affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an aerosol generating device for generating uniform smoke, which achieves the effect of generating uniform smoke by accurately designing the distribution of a thermal field in a heating pipe.
The utility model provides a flue gas produces even aerosol generating device, includes the casing, the top of casing is equipped with the inserted mouth that is used for containing the consumable of aspiration material, is provided with the heater that is used for carrying out the heating to the consumable in the casing, the outside cover of heater is equipped with the heat insulating tube, the length of heat insulating tube is greater than the length of heater, and the axis center misalignment of heating pipe and heat insulating tube.
In this scheme, the axis center of heating pipe and thermal-insulated pipe misalignment, this kind of asymmetric arrangement can change the inside thermal field distribution of heating pipe in the use for the flue gas that can suck the material and produce in the use is more even.
Preferably, a mounting seat is also included, the mounting seat defining a first axial spacing length of the top end of the insulating tube above the top end of the heater.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-3, an aerosol-generating device for heating smokable material to cause the smokable material to generate an aerosol. Consumable 200 containing smokable material is typically in the form of a cigarette comprising smokable material 201 at the front end, an intermediate cooling structure 202 and a filter structure 203 at the mouth end. The aerosol-generating device 100 and the consumable 200 of smokable material inserted therein constitute an aerosol-generating system.
The aerosol-generating device 100 comprises a housing 1, the housing 1 is formed by combining a front housing, a rear housing, an upper top cover 11 and a lower bottom cover 12, a sliding cover 13 and an insertion opening 14 are arranged on the top cover 11, the sliding cover 13 can be moved to expose the insertion opening 14 when in use, and therefore a consumable 200 can be inserted, and the sliding cover 13 can cover the insertion opening 14 from entering foreign substances when not in use.
A clamping part 2, a fixing seat 3, a heater 4, a heat insulation pipe 5, a sleeve 6 and a stop piece 7 are sequentially arranged below the insertion opening 14.
In use the consumable 200 can be removably inserted into the aerosol-generating device 100 via the holder 2 and held by the holder 2. The clamping part 2 is not in thermal contact with the fixing seat 3 and the heater 4, so that the clamping part 2 is prevented from being scalded in the use process, and the clamped part of the consumable 200 is prevented from being heated. Typically, when the consumable 200 is fully inserted into the aerosol-generating device 100, the holding portion 2 holds the non-smokable material portions, such as the cooling structure 202 and/or the filtering structure 203, and because the aerosol-generating smoke temperature generated by the smokable material 201 portion is high, it is necessary to cool the aerosol-generating device by the cooling structure 202 and/or the filtering structure 203, and if these portions are also heated by the scalding holding portion 2, the smoke temperature entering the mouth of the consumer is too high, which affects the experience and effect of the inhalation.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the holder 3 has a reserved portion 31 corresponding to the holding portion 2, a heater connection portion 32, a through hole 33 for facilitating insertion of the consumable 200, and a housing connection portion 34. The reserved position 31 on the holder 3 is in one embodiment represented by a recessed structure, and when the housing 1, the top cover 11, the holder 3, the heater 4, etc. in the aerosol-generating device 100 are mounted in place successively, the holder 3 can be kept in a certain gap with the clamping part 2 by means of the reserved position 31 so that no thermal contact takes place.
A heater 4 is provided in the housing 1 for heating the smokable material 201 in the consumable 200, the heater 4 may take the form of resistive heating, electromagnetic induction heating, infrared heating or the like.
The length L 2 of the heater 4 needs to be designed according to the length L 4 of the smokable material 201, and generally, the length L 2 of the heater 4 is larger than the length L 4 of the smokable material 201, the longer the length L 2 of the heater 4 is, the more uniform the heating of the smokable material 201 is, the better the sensory experience is, and the more easily and fully heating the whole smokable material 201 is, but too long the length L 2 of the heater 4 also causes waste of electric energy, and the reduced number of times of use after the aerosol generating device is fully charged, and meanwhile, the safety hazard exists due to heating of the consumable non-smokable material part. The ratio of the length L 2 of the heater 4 to the length L 4 of the smokable material 201 is between 1:0.98 and 1:0.70, preferably between 1:0.95 and 1:0.75, more preferably between 1:0.90 and 1:0.80.
Examples 1 to 5
The flue-cured functional flavor raw materials are prepared by referring to the method of example 1 in the application with publication number CN110959901A, respectively wrapped into cigarettes with the same total length but different smokable material lengths L 4, and are heated by a smoke evaluator by adopting the same infrared heater to suck respectively, and sensory evaluation is carried out according to GB5606.4-2005 and Chinese cigarette sensory evaluation methods.
Table 1 sensory test data for different heater lengths L 2: smokable material length L 4:
The outer side of the heater 4 is sleeved with a heat insulation pipe 5 to prevent heat energy from leaking, and the heat insulation pipe 5 can be made of high-temperature resistant heat insulation materials or vacuum heat insulation pipes. For infrared heating heater 4, an infrared reflecting surface may also be provided inside insulating tube 5.
The top end of the heater 4 can be inserted into the inner side of the heater connecting part 32 of the fixing base 3 to realize fixed connection, the heater 4 is aligned with the through hole 33 of the heater connecting part 32, in use, the consumable 200 can extend into the heater 4 through the through hole 33, the fixing base 3 can bear the high temperature generated by the heater 4, and high temperature resistant materials such as PEEK and the like can be adopted. Meanwhile, the top end of the heat insulation pipe 5 can be inserted outside the heater connection part 32 of the fixing seat 3 so as to realize fixed connection, and the heater 4 and the heat insulation pipe 5 are arranged at concentric intervals. A sealing structure is arranged between the fixing seat 3 and the heater 4 and the heat insulation pipe 5 to prevent heat from leaking.
The fixing base 3 can be connected and fixed with the shell 1 by utilizing a point contact mode such as convex column and concave hole joint, screw fixation, buckling, welding or bonding, and the like, so that the rotation of the fixing base 3 around the axis of the heater 4 or the movement of the fixing base 3 along the axis direction of the heater 4 can be limited.
The holder 3 defines that the top end of the heat insulating tube 5 is higher than the first axial spacing length L 1 of the top end of the heater 4, and the first axial spacing length L 1 needs to be designed according to the diameter D of the consumable 200, generally, the longer the first axial spacing length L 1, the better the heat insulation performance and the higher the temperature of the top end of the heater 4, the more uniform the heating of the smokable material 201, the better the sensory experience, and the easier it is to fully heat the whole smokable material 201, but too long the first axial spacing length L 1 also causes the aerosol generating device to be too bulky and costly. The ratio of the diameter D of the consumable 200 to the first axial spacing length L 1 is between 1:0.2 and 1:1, preferably between 1:0.4 and 1:0.8, more preferably between 1:0.5 and 1:0.75.
The shell 1 is also internally provided with a plugging ring 8, the bottom end of the heater 4 can be propped against a heater supporting table 81 of the plugging ring 8, the plugging ring 8 needs to bear the high temperature generated by the heater 6, and high temperature resistant materials such as PEEK and the like can be adopted. Meanwhile, the bottom end of the heat insulation pipe 5 can be inserted into the heat insulation pipe connecting part 82 of the plugging ring 8 so as to realize fixed connection, and the heater 4 and the heat insulation pipe 5 are arranged at concentric intervals. Sealing corrugations 83 are arranged between the sealing ring 8 and the heat insulation pipe 5 to prevent heat from leaking.
The sealing ring 8 defines that the bottom end of the heat insulating tube 5 is lower than the bottom end of the heater 4 by a second axial spacing length L 3, the second axial spacing length L 3 needs to be designed according to the diameter D of the consumable 200, and generally the longer the second axial spacing length L 3, the better the insulation performance of the bottom end of the heater 4, the higher the temperature, the better the sensory experience of the smoke generated by the smokable material 201, but the longer the second axial spacing length L 3 will also result in an excessively large and costly aerosol generating device. The ratio of the diameter D of the consumable 200 to the second axial spacing length L 3 is between 1:0.5 and 1:1.5, preferably between 1:0.75 and 1:1.25, more preferably between 1:0.9 and 1:1.1.
In one embodiment, the first axial spacing length L 1 is less than the second axial spacing length L 3 such that the heating tube 4 is not coincident with the axial center of the thermal-insulating tube 5, and such an asymmetric arrangement may alter the thermal field distribution within the heating tube 4 during use such that the smoke generated by the smokable material 201 during use is more uniform.
In one embodiment, wrapping a consumable 200 having a diameter D of 6.5mm and a length of smokable material 201 of 42mm, inserting the consumable 200 into an infrared heating appliance having a first axial spacing length L 1 of 4mm, a heater 4 length L 2 of 49mm, and a second axial spacing length L 3 of 6.5mm, performing a sensory evaluation according to GB5606.4-2005 and a Chinese cigarette sensory evaluation method, and finding that sensory evaluation indicators such as aroma, coordination, miscellaneous gases, irritation, aftertaste, stiffness, etc. are better in combination than using other infrared heating appliances.
The stopper 7 is removably arranged at the bottom of the heater 4, passes through the stopper 8 and enters the heater 4, and the stopper 7 can abut against the consumable 200 when the consumable 200 is inserted into the heater 4 during use, thereby positioning the consumable 200. The stopper 7 can be removed during cleaning and the cleaning tool can be extended from the bottom of the heater 4 and cleaned.
The aerosol-generating device 100 is further internally provided with a power supply 9 for supplying electrical energy to the heater 4, and a circuit board 10 which controls the power supply 9 to supply electrical energy to the heater 4 as required.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and changes may be made without departing from the spirit and principles of the present invention.
