Heating non-combustion cigarette paper for electromagnetic heating and preparation and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of heating non-combustion cigarettes, and particularly relates to heating non-combustion cigarette paper for electromagnetic heating and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to their health problems, and in recent years, the attention on the health problems of smoking is high. In order to meet the changing consumption requirements of various large enterprises at home and abroad, various completely hollow tobacco products for replacing the traditional cigarettes are developed in a dispute. Among these growing fully hollow tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and heat-not-combusted cigarettes are superior.
The electronic cigarette serving as an electronic product is expanded and applied in the tobacco industry, and has the advantages that the smoking variability is strong, the smoke smoking taste can be randomly regulated and controlled by adjusting components of tobacco tar, but the taste, particularly the heat sensation, of the smoke is generated mainly through an electronic atomizer, and is still different from the traditional cigarette which generates smoke through heating, so that the acceptance of old smokers is poor.
The cigarette without burning is heated to generate smoke by heating the loaded spice loaded on the tobacco sheet, and the generation principle of the cigarette has certain similarity with that of the traditional cigarette, so the acceptance of the smoke taste is better. The currently marketed non-burning cigarette is mainly divided into a central heating type (such as IQOS) and a circumferential heating type (such as GLO) from a heating position; however, both of these types of cigarettes have some drawbacks that cause them to be a series of troubles in production and consumption:
firstly, because a central heating type non-burning cigarette is inserted into a heater, a substrate (usually reconstituted tobacco) for generating atomized smoke is required to be orderly arranged along the radial direction of the cigarette, and most typically IQOS series products of Femo company; in addition, a support section (usually a central hollow round tube) must be provided at the rear end of the substrate to prevent backward movement of the substrate section that might be caused by heater insertion;
secondly, although the circumferential heating type non-combustion cigarette can avoid the defects of the central heating type cigarette, the heating source is contacted with the cigarette paper, so that the burning taste of the cigarette paper is obvious;
the two heating modes have a great defect that the resistance wire heating mode is adopted for both heating modes, and the electric energy utilization rate of the modes is less than 50 percent, so that a battery with larger capacity is needed.
At present, a smoking set or a cigarette adopting an electromagnetic heating mode is provided, ferromagnetic substances are arranged in a tobacco section of the cigarette for a metal pipe arranged in a smoking set heating cavity or directly arranged in the tobacco section, and the ferromagnetic substances are heated by the electromagnetic induction principle. However, in the process, the ferromagnetic substance generates metal smell, and the ferromagnetic substance is communicated with the suction airflow channel, so that the finally generated smoke has obvious metal smell, and the suction feeling of a user is seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is proposed in order to solve at least one of the above-mentioned problems.
The invention provides the cigarette paper for electromagnetic heating aiming at the cigarette which is not combusted in circumferential heating, which can avoid the design defect of the central heating type cigarette, reduce the burnt smell of the cigarette paper and improve the utilization rate of electric energy. In particular, the bad metal smell peculiar to the electromagnetic heating mode is also eliminated.
The invention provides a cigarette paper for electromagnetic heating non-combustion cigarette, which contains ferromagnetic powder dispersed therein, and the surface of the cigarette paper is coated with a gel film.
Preferably, the cigarette paper is coated with a gel film on both sides or the cigarette paper is coated with a gel film on the side that is in contact with only the tobacco material.
Preferably, the cigarette paper also comprises sodium stearate and inorganic filler dispersed therein.
The inorganic filler may be selected from calcium carbonate powders.
The gel membrane can be selected from alginate membrane, gelatin membrane, polyethylene glycol membrane, chitosan membrane, such as sodium alginate membrane. The sodium alginate film has high safety, and can be selected from food-grade sodium alginate.
Preferably, the particle size of the ferromagnetic powder is 0.5-1.5 microns. The ferromagnetic powder may be selected from iron powder, cobalt powder, nickel powder.
In a more preferred embodiment, the micron iron powder has a particle size of about 1 μm on average with a tolerance of ± 500 nm. The micron iron powder in the range does not have the high activity of the nano iron powder, and is favorable for ensuring the stability in the production process; but also can be uniformly mixed with calcium carbonate, so that the quality of the cigarette paper product is guaranteed.
Preferably, in the cigarette paper, the mass of the ferromagnetic powder: the sum of the mass of the ferromagnetic powder and the mass of the calcium carbonate powder is 0.1-0.2.
Preferably, in the cigarette paper, the mass of the sodium stearate is 5-10% of the mass of the ferromagnetic powder. The sodium stearate is mainly used as a dispersing agent, the agglomeration of ferromagnetic powder and inorganic filler is prevented, the uniformity of paper is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the limited adding amount can guarantee that no obvious miscellaneous gas appears after the cigarette paper is made into a cigarette which is not heated and combusted.
Preferably, the sodium alginate film has a sodium alginate viscosity of 650 cps.
The gel film such as sodium alginate film can be coated by flexo printing, gravure printing, screen printing, etc., and can be coated on the front side (i.e. the side facing upwards during production) or on both sides, preferably by flexo printing and double-sided coating, and one side is coatedThe coating weight is preferably 3-5g sodium alginate/m2. The flexo printing mode is matched with low-viscosity sodium alginate, so that a coating film can be thinner, the heat transfer loss is reduced, and negative smell such as paper paste smell, metal smell and the like possibly occurring in the electromagnetic heating process can be inhibited.
The reason why the gel film of the present invention can suppress the paper mush may be: in the electromagnetic heating process, the gel film is heated and melted to play a role in cooling the cigarette paper, and in addition, even if the cigarette paper is burnt by heating, the gel film on the surface can lock burnt smell and prevent the burnt smell from leaking into the air flow channel. The reason why the gel film of the present invention can suppress metallic odor may be: the gel film locks the ferromagnetic substance in the cigarette paper from leaking into the air flow channel due to the metal smell emitted by electromagnetic induction. Thus, preferably, both surfaces of the cigarette paper are coated with a gel film.
Another function of the gel film is: can slow down the oxidation of the ferromagnetic substances in the cigarette paper.
In the second aspect of the invention, in the manufacturing process of the cigarette paper, part of the inorganic filler is replaced by ferromagnetic powder according to the gram weight designed by the cigarette paper, sodium stearate is added as a dispersing agent, and after the cigarette paper is manufactured according to the normal cigarette paper manufacturing process, a layer of gel film is coated on the surface of the cigarette paper.
In a third aspect the present invention provides the use of a cigarette paper according to the first aspect to avoid the production of paper mushy and metallic notes in electrically heated cigarette smoking. The electric heating includes electromagnetic heating, resistance heating and the like.
The cigarette paper of the first aspect may be used in particular to avoid electromagnetic heating means, paper burnt flavors and metallic flavors generated in cigarette smoking.
When the cigarette paper is used to wrap a non-burning cigarette, the tobacco shreds are brought into contact with the front surface (i.e., the surface facing upward during production). The calcium carbonate adhesion amount of the front surface is obviously larger than that of the back surface, so that heat transfer is facilitated, and heat loss is reduced.
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. after the cigarette paper is used for manufacturing the cigarette which is heated in the circumferential direction and does not burn, compared with the conventional cigarette, the cigarette paper adopts a resistance circumferential heating mode and an electromagnetic circumferential heating mode, so that the smoke gas amount can be obviously increased, the satisfaction is improved, and the impure gas is weakened. The reason for the large amount of flue gas may be: the heating element is ferromagnetic powder dispersed in the cigarette paper, is in closer contact with smoke substances, and has higher heat transfer effect and high electric energy conversion efficiency compared with a heating mode of arranging a metal pipe in the heating cavity.
In particular, when cigarettes made from the cigarette paper of the present invention are used to circumferentially heat smoking articles, the paper mush is greatly reduced, probably due to the presence of the gel film. When the cigarette made of the cigarette paper is used for electromagnetic heating, the metal smell influence which cannot be avoided by conventional electromagnetic heating of heating non-combustible cigarettes can be greatly weakened, and the sensory quality of the cigarettes is improved.
2. The cigarette paper can be used for an electromagnetic heating smoking set, so that the conversion efficiency of electric energy is improved from less than 50% to more than 95% (theoretical value), the utilization rate of the electric energy is improved, and the pressure of limitation of the size of a battery in smoking set design is reduced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
A conventional manufacturing process for making cigarette paper is as follows: mixing the pulped pulp with calcium carbonate to make paper, sizing after drying, adding a combustion improver to perform secondary drying, and then coiling, rewinding and slitting to obtain the spare cigarette paper. Different parameters of the cigarette paper can be controlled according to different adding amounts of raw materials and sizing coating amounts, and generally, the conventionally concerned parameters mainly comprise the gram weight and the air permeability of the cigarette paper. For comparison, the base paper (without iron powder and sodium alginate film) parameters of the cigarette paper used for comparison in all the examples of the invention are 32g/m in gram weight2Air permeability of 70CU。
A heating non-combustible cigarette paper for electromagnetic heating is disclosed, in the above conventional cigarette paper manufacturing process, micron iron powder is added in the embodiment 1 to replace 10% of the original calcium carbonate in use mass, the particle size of the micron iron powder is about 1 μm on average, and the allowable deviation is +/-500 nm; adding sodium stearate as dispersant in 5 wt% of micron iron powder, and coating sodium alginate film on the surface of the cigarette paper.
The coating method comprises the following steps: adding water into sodium alginate, and stirring to obtain gel-like substance for coating. The viscosity of the sodium alginate selected for coating is 650 cps; adopting screen printing to coat on the front surface, wherein the coating weight is 3g sodium alginate/m2,Drying to obtain the sodium alginate film.
When the cigarette paper is used to wrap a non-burning cigarette, the tobacco shreds are brought into contact with the front surface (i.e., the surface facing upward during production). The prepared cigarette is a cigarette sample 1.
Example 2
A cigarette paper for electromagnetic heating non-combustion cigarette is distinguished from example 1 in that: in this example 2, the amount of calcium carbonate replaced by the added micron iron powder is 20%, the average particle size of the micron iron powder is about 1 μm, and the allowable deviation is ± 500 nm; the adding amount of the sodium stearate is 10 percent of the adding mass of the micron iron powder; the viscosity of the selected sodium alginate is 650 cps; adopting screen printing double-sided coating, wherein the coating weight is 5g sodium alginate/m2。
When the cigarette paper is used for rolling and heating non-burning cigarettes, the front surface is contacted with the tobacco shreds. The prepared cigarette is cigarette sample 2.
Example 3
A cigarette paper for electromagnetic heating non-combustion cigarette is distinguished from example 1 in that: in this example 3, the amount of calcium carbonate replaced by the added micron iron powder is 15%, the average particle size of the micron iron powder is about 1 μm, and the allowable deviation is ± 500 nm; the adding amount of the sodium stearate is 7 percent of the adding mass of the micron iron powder; the viscosity of the selected sodium alginate is 650 cps; adopting screen printing double-sided coating, wherein the coating weight is 4g sodium alginate/m2。
When the cigarette paper is used for rolling and heating non-burning cigarettes, the front surface is contacted with the tobacco shreds. The prepared cigarette is cigarette sample 3.
Example 4
A cigarette paper for electromagnetic heating non-combustion cigarette is distinguished from example 1 in that: in this example 4, the amount of calcium carbonate replaced by the added micron iron powder is 12%, the average particle size of the micron iron powder is about 1 μm, and the allowable deviation is ± 500 nm; the adding amount of the sodium stearate is 7 percent of the adding mass of the micron iron powder; the viscosity of the selected sodium alginate is 650 cps; adopting screen printing double-sided coating, the coating weight is 3.5g sodium alginate/m2。
When the cigarette paper is used for rolling and heating non-burning cigarettes, the front surface is contacted with the tobacco shreds. The prepared cigarette is a cigarette sample 4.
Example 5
A cigarette paper for electromagnetic heating non-combustion cigarette is distinguished from example 1 in that: in this example 5, the amount of calcium carbonate replaced by the added micron iron powder is 17%, the average particle size of the micron iron powder is about 1 μm, and the allowable deviation is ± 500 nm; the adding amount of the sodium stearate is 9 percent of the adding mass of the micron iron powder; the viscosity of the selected sodium alginate is 650 cps; adopting screen printing double-sided coating, the coating weight is 4.5g sodium alginate/m2。
When the cigarette paper is used for rolling and heating non-burning cigarettes, the front surface is contacted with the tobacco shreds. The prepared cigarette is a cigarette sample 5.
Example 6
The cigarette prepared by the conventional cigarette paper prepared by the preparation method of the conventional cigarette paper described in the embodiment 1 is used as a cigarette comparison sample, and the gram weight of the cigarette paper of the cigarette comparison sample is the same as that of the cigarette paper of 1-4 cigarette samples. Except for the cigarette paper, other indexes of the tobacco shreds, the filter tips and the like in the comparison sample are kept the same as those of the cigarette samples 1-4.
Respectively filling a cigarette comparison sample, a cigarette sample 1, a cigarette sample 2, a cigarette sample 3, a cigarette sample 4 and a cigarette sample 5 into a smoking set which is matched in size and heated in a resistance circumferential heating mode and an electromagnetic circumferential heating mode for suction (note that the electromagnetic circumferential heating smoking set for the cigarette comparison sample is provided with a metal pipe wall, the electromagnetic circumferential heating smoking set for the cigarette sample 1, the cigarette sample 2, the cigarette sample 3, the cigarette sample 4 and the cigarette sample 5 is not provided with the metal pipe wall, and the two types of electromagnetic heating smoking sets have the same battery capacity.).

According to national standard of sensory technical requirement (GB5606.4-2005), sensory evaluation is carried out on the cigarette by a plurality of sensory evaluation personnel, the smoke quantity of the cigarette, the number of smokeable cigarettes with full battery and the miscellaneous gas condition in the smoke are mainly considered, wherein the smoke quantity is divided into 0-10 points, and the higher the score is, the larger the smoke quantity is. The sensory evaluation of six different cigarette samples is shown in tables 1 and 2.
As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, after the cigarette paper of the invention is used for manufacturing a circumferentially heated non-burning cigarette, the smoke volume can be significantly increased, the satisfaction is increased and the offensive odor is weakened no matter what heating method is adopted compared with the conventional cigarette. Particularly, when the electromagnetic heating smoking set is used for electromagnetic heating smoking set, the smoke quantity is obviously increased, and the paper burnt smell and the metal smell are basically avoided.
