With the increasingly integration of automobiles into the lives of people, automobiles are not only vehicles but also bear the requirements of people on the beauty, science and technology feeling, environmental protection and individuation of automobile interiors. Wherein the luminescent decoration well meets the requirements of people. The luminous decorative pattern has more and more diversification, individuality, and luminous and whole car linkage realize different luminous modes, for example the music module, and luminous can follow different music changes, makes different whole car atmosphere, improves driver and crew's mood.
Referring to fig. 1, the touch technology of the automotive interior switch in the prior art includes a transparent frame, a film or a light-transmitting panel decoration layer 100 coated on a frame panel 300, a touch film 600, an LED lamp panel 400, and a rear cover 500. In the prior art, the touch film 600 is a sensor switch and is tightly attached to the back of the skeleton panel 300, and the touch film 600 is connected to the interface of the LED lamp panel 400 through a flexible flat cable. The LED lamp panel 400 is a forward light-emitting LED lamp bead, and can emit light of different colors through program control. The rear cover 500 is a plastic box body manufactured through an injection molding process, and realizes a light-shielding effect.
However, the touch film needs to be attached to the back of the panel, air between the touch film and the back of the panel needs to be completely pressed out in the process, if air exists between the touch film and the panel, the air is prone to being separated in a high-temperature and high-humidity state subsequently, and therefore the touch function is invalid.
Referring to fig. 2, in the related art, in the automotive interior switch physical key technology, a physical key 700 is disposed on a plastic panel 800, and a control function is performed by pressing and rotating.
However, when the physical keys are used for control, a large amount of large dust enters the key gaps in the use process of the automobile, and the circuit board of the keys is easy to cause short circuit failure if water is soaked in the panel area.
The automobile interior decoration is more and more exquisite, and touch-control film key switch technique and physical button have been unable to satisfy some customer's user demand among the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a touch-control soft interior cladding product and a vehicle, so as to solve the technical problems that in the related art, a touch-control film is attached to the back of a lamp source lamp panel, air between the touch-control film and the lamp source lamp panel needs to be completely extruded in the process, the touch-control film is in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment in the subsequent use process and is easy to separate, the touch-control function fails, the technical problem that the touch-control film is installed to the lamp panel manually and is inconvenient is solved on the premise that the space arrangement of automotive interiors is limited, the waterproof and dustproof effects of physical keys of automotive interiors are poor, and the short circuit failure of key circuit boards.
In a first aspect, the invention provides a touch-control soft interior trim cladding product, which comprises a framework assembly, a lamp panel assembly, a key assembly and a cladding assembly, wherein the framework assembly comprises a panel framework, a rear cover plate and a plurality of key guide grooves arranged on the panel framework, and an accommodating cavity is formed between the panel framework and the rear cover plate; the lamp panel assembly comprises a lamp source lamp panel which is arranged in the accommodating cavity; the key assembly comprises a film key switch and keys, the film key switch is fixed on the lamp panel of the lamp source, and the keys are embedded in the key guide grooves and abut against the film key switch; the cladding assembly comprises a cladding surface skin, the cladding surface skin is made of elastic materials, and the cladding surface skin wraps the outer surface of the panel framework.
In some embodiments, the panel framework close to the key guide groove is provided with a limiting groove, the key comprises a key panel, a limiting block extending downwards along the edge of the key panel, and a key guide block extending downwards from the middle of the bottom surface of the key panel, the limiting block is limited in the limiting groove of the panel framework, and the bottom of the key guide block abuts against the thin film key switch.
In some embodiments, the coating surface is made of a light-transmitting material, the key is made of a transparent key, the lamp panel is provided with an LED lamp near the transparent key, and the coating surface is provided with light-transmitting decorative textures corresponding to the transparent key.
In some embodiments, the membrane key switch and the LED lamp are welded and fixed to the lamp panel of the light source.
In some embodiments, the lamp panel is fixed to the rear cover plate by screw or snap-fit.
In some embodiments, the membrane key switch is a rubber switch, and the pressing mileage of the rubber switch is set to 0.5mm-1 mm.
In some embodiments, the keys are 0.5mm to 1mm above the major surface of the panel frame.

The invention provides a touch control soft interior trim cladding product which comprises a framework assembly, a lamp panel assembly, a key assembly and a cladding assembly, wherein the framework assembly comprises a panel framework 30, a rear cover plate 50 and a plurality of key guide grooves 301 arranged on the panel framework 30, and an accommodating cavity is formed between the panel framework 30 and the rear cover plate 50; the lamp panel assembly comprises a lamp source lamp panel 40, and the lamp source lamp panel 40 is arranged in the accommodating cavity; the key assembly comprises a film key switch 402 and keys, the film key switch 402 is fixed on the lamp panel 40, and the keys are embedded in the key guide grooves 301 and abut against the film key switch 402; the cladding assembly comprises a cladding skin made of an elastic material, and the cladding skin is used for cladding the outer surface of the panel framework 30 to form the light-transmitting panel surface decoration layer 10.
