[ Solution for solving the problems ]
The heating cooker disclosed in the specification comprises a storage box, a heating part and a control part, wherein the storage box is used for storing a heating object; the heating unit heats the heating object in the storage box; the control unit controls the heating unit, and the control unit is configured to: when specific cooking information is selected from the recipe information of the automatic cooking, the heating unit is controlled in accordance with the specific cooking information, and when an additional heating instruction for additional heating of the heating target is input in the case where cooking in accordance with the specific cooking information is completed, the heating unit is controlled in accordance with additional heating information obtained by using the specific cooking information.
According to the above configuration, when the additional heating instruction is input, the heating cooker controls the heating unit in accordance with the additional heating information obtained by using the specific cooking information selected from the recipe information for automatic cooking. Accordingly, additional heating can be performed under appropriate conditions (e.g., fire power and time) corresponding to the content of the specific cooking information selected by the user. As a result, the occurrence of automatic cooking failure due to additional heating can be suppressed, as compared with a configuration in which the user freely sets the conditions of additional heating without any reference.
When a start instruction for starting heating by the heating unit is input after specific cooking information is selected from recipe information, the control unit may control the heating unit in accordance with the specific cooking information, and input a start instruction and an additional heating instruction by operating the same operation unit. According to this configuration, the user can input an instruction to start automatic cooking and an instruction to start additional heating by operating the same operation unit. Accordingly, convenience of the user is improved.
The control unit may be configured to: when cooking according to specific cooking information is completed, heating of the heating unit is stopped, when cooking according to specific cooking information is completed, measurement of the timer means is started, when the operation unit is operated before the measurement time of the timer means reaches a predetermined 1 st time, the heating unit is started to heat the heating object, and the heating unit is controlled according to additional heating information, and when the operation unit is operated after the measurement time reaches the 1 st time, the heating unit is started to heat the heating object, and control according to the additional heating information is not executed. According to this configuration, it is possible to wait for the input of the additional heating instruction until the measurement time reaches the 1 st time, and after the measurement time reaches the 1 st time, it is determined that the additional heating instruction is not input, and it is possible to perform heating of the heating target regardless of the additional heating.
In addition, when a stop instruction for stopping heating by the heating unit is input during a period in which the heating unit is heating the heating target without performing automatic cooking, the control unit may be configured to automatically turn off the power supply to the heating cooker, and the control unit may be configured to: when the cooking according to the specific cooking information is finished, the measurement of the timer means is started, and when the cooking according to the specific cooking information is finished, the heating of the heating section is stopped, and the power supply is not turned off until the measurement time of the timer means reaches the prescribed 2 nd time. That is, in the heating cooker that automatically shuts off the power supply in response to the stop of heating, when the automatic cooking is completed and the heating is stopped, the power supply is not shut off until the measurement time reaches the 2 nd time. Accordingly, the input of the additional heating instruction can be waited for in the period of time 2.

On the front surface 4a of the main body 4, an toaster operation portion 24 and a toaster panel 28 are provided at the left side of the toaster door 8a. The oven operation unit 24 is an operation unit for performing ignition and extinction of the oven burners 20, 22 and adjusting the heating amounts of the oven burners 20, 22. The oven operating portion 24 has the same structure as the heating amount operating portion 14b of the stove burner 10.
The toaster panel 28 has a display portion 28a and an operating portion 28b. The operating states of the oven burners 20, 22, recipe information for automatic cooking, and the like are displayed on the display unit 28 a. By operating the operation unit 28b, the user can select desired cooking information from the recipe information, and input settings (e.g., heating amount, time) related to automatic cooking, and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, the surface toaster burner 20 is arranged at the top inside the toaster case 8 (i.e., at the upper side of the toaster net 8b inside the toaster case 8). The back-side toaster burner 22 is provided at the bottom side (i.e., the lower side of the toaster net 8 b) in the toaster case 8. The front oven burner 20 and the rear oven burner 22 are connected to gas supply lines (not shown). A solenoid valve 21 (see fig. 1) functioning as an on-off valve and a flow rate adjusting valve (not shown) for adjusting the supply amount of the fuel gas to be supplied to the surface oven burner 20 are provided in the fuel gas supply line of the surface oven burner 20. The gas supply line of the back-side oven burner 22 is also provided with a solenoid valve 23 (see fig. 1) and a flow rate control valve (not shown). When the ignition operation is performed by the oven operation unit 24, the solenoid valves 21 and 23 are opened, and the oven burners 20 and 22 are ignited by an igniter (not shown). In addition, by performing the flameout operation using the oven operation portion 24, the solenoid valves 21, 23 are closed, and the oven burners 20, 22 are flameout.
The heating cooker 2 further includes a control unit 50. The control unit 50 has a memory 52 and a timer 54. The control unit 50 controls the operation of the heating cooker 2 in accordance with a program 60 stored in the memory 52. For example, the control unit 50 adjusts the opening degree of the flow rate adjustment valve according to an operation performed by the user on the oven operation unit 24. The control unit 50 executes an automatic cooking process (fig. 4) described later.
In addition, the memory 52 stores recipe information 62 for automatic cooking. Recipe information 62 includes a plurality of pieces of cooking information corresponding to a plurality of kinds of cooking (e.g., grilled fish, grilled bread). Each cooking information indicates a corresponding automatic cooking process (i.e., heating amount, heating time). Each cooking information further includes additional heating information indicating an additional heating step. For example, the additional heating information in the 1 st cooking information (for example, grilled fish) is different from the additional heating information in the 2 nd cooking information (for example, grilled bread).
The power supply (not shown) of the heating cooker 2 is a dry battery. By operating the power switch 14a, the heating cooker 2 is started, and electric power is supplied from the power source to each part. In addition, in a state where electric power is supplied from the power source to each portion, the power source of the heating cooker 2 is turned off by operating the power source switch 14 a. In a state where electric power is supplied from the power source to each part and all of the burners (i.e., the stove burner 10 and the oven burners 20 and 22) are turned off, when a predetermined time (for example, 1 minute) passes without performing an operation by the user, the power source of the heating cooker 2 is automatically turned off. Accordingly, the electric power consumption of the dry cell can be suppressed. In the modification, the power supply of the heating cooker 2 may be a commercial power supply.
(Automatic cooking process; FIG. 4)
The automatic cooking process performed by the control unit 50 will be described with reference to fig. 4. The automatic cooking process is started by the start of the heating cooker 2.
In S10, the control unit 50 monitors that specific cooking information (for example, grilled fish) is selected from the recipe information 62 displayed on the display unit 28a of the toaster panel 28. When specific cooking information is selected from menu information 62 (yes in S10), control unit 50 proceeds to S12.
In S12, the control unit 50 monitors the case where the ignition instruction is input by performing the ignition operation on the oven operation unit 24. When an ignition instruction is input (yes in S12), the control unit 50 proceeds to S14.
In S14, the control unit 50 starts automatic cooking control (i.e., control of the heating amount and heating time of the oven burners 20, 22) in accordance with the specific cooking information selected in S10.
In S16, the control unit 50 monitors the completion of the automatic cooking started in S14. When the automatic cooking is completed (yes in S16), the control unit 50 proceeds to S20.
In S20, the control unit 50 turns off the solenoid valves 21 and 23 to turn off the oven burners 20 and 22. Further, at the present time, the heating amount operation unit 14b is maintained at the ignition position.
In S22, the control unit 50 displays a notification screen for notifying the user that additional heating can be performed on the display unit 18 a.
In S24, the control unit 50 starts measurement (i.e., counting) of the timer 54. Then, in S30, the control unit 50 monitors that the measurement time of the timer 54 reaches a predetermined standby time (for example, 15 seconds). When the measurement time reaches the standby time (yes in S30), the control unit 50 deletes the notification screen, and in S42 monitors the input of the ignition instruction by performing the flameout operation and the ignition operation on the oven operation unit 24. When an ignition instruction is input (yes in S42), the control unit 50 starts heating the heating target by igniting the oven burners 20 and 22 without performing additional heating processing (see S40), monitors the input of the flameout operation, and returns to S10.
The control unit 50 also performs the monitoring of S34 until the measurement time reaches the standby time. In S34, the control unit 50 monitors the case where the additional heating instruction is input by performing the flameout operation and the ignition operation on the oven operation unit 24. When the additional heating instruction is input (yes in S34), the control unit 50 opens the solenoid valves 21 and 23, ignites the oven burners 20 and 22, and proceeds to S40.
In S40, the control unit 50 executes additional heating processing (see fig. 5) described later. When the additional heating process is completed, the process returns to S10. In the modification, the process may return to S30 after S40 ends. Accordingly, the 2 nd additional heating can be performed.
(Additional heating treatment; FIG. 5)
The additional heating process (see S40 of fig. 4) will be described with reference to fig. 5. In S50, the control unit 50 resets the timer started in S24 of fig. 4 (i.e., resets the count to zero, and resumes measurement).
In S60, the control unit 50 acquires additional heating information based on the specific cooking information selected in S10 of fig. 4. Then, the control unit 50 displays the default (default) flameout time (for example, 30 seconds) indicated by the acquired additional heating information on the display unit 28a of the toaster panel 28.
In S62, the control unit 50 determines whether or not the default flameout time is changed (i.e., prolonged or shortened) by operating the operation unit 28b of the toaster panel 28. If the control unit 50 determines that the default flameout time has been changed (yes in S62), the flow proceeds to S64, and if the control unit 50 determines that the default flameout time has not been changed (no in S62), the flow proceeds to S68.
In S64, the control unit 50 monitors whether or not the measured time reaches the changed extinction time. When the measured time reaches the changed extinction time (yes in S64), the control unit 50 proceeds to S66. In S66, the control unit 50 closes the solenoid valves 21 and 23 to turn off the oven burners 20 and 22, and the process of fig. 5 ends.
In S68, the control unit 50 monitors whether or not the measured time reaches the default extinction time. When the measurement time reaches the default extinction time (yes in S68), the control unit 50 proceeds to S70. S70 is the same as S66. Accordingly, the process of fig. 5 ends.
(Effects of the present embodiment)
According to the above configuration, when the additional heating instruction is input (S34 in fig. 4), the heating cooker 2 executes additional heating in accordance with the default off-time or the changed off-time indicated by the additional heating information included in the specific cooking information selected from the recipe information 62 (S62 to S70 in fig. 5). Accordingly, it is possible to perform additional heating at an appropriate flameout time corresponding to the specific cooking information content selected by the user. As a result, compared to a configuration in which the user freely sets the additional heating time without any reference (hereinafter referred to as "comparative example"), the occurrence of automatic cooking failure due to additional heating can be suppressed. In particular, in recent years, trays (not shown) covering the upper and lower sides of the cooking material are used when cooking is performed in the oven housing case 8. In this case, even if the oven housing box 8 is opened after the automatic cooking is finished, the user cannot observe the degree of baking of the cooking raw material due to the presence of the tray. In the comparative example, the time of additional heating is generally adjusted by observing the degree of baking. Therefore, in the case of using the tray in the comparative example, the user cannot observe the degree of baking, and cannot set an appropriate time, thereby increasing the possibility of failure of automatic cooking. In contrast, according to the configuration of the present embodiment, even if the user does not observe the degree of baking, additional heating can be performed for an appropriate flameout time, and thus, occurrence of failure in automatic cooking can be suppressed.
In addition, according to the above configuration, the ignition instruction for starting automatic cooking (S12 of fig. 4) and the additional heating instruction for starting additional heating (S34) can be input by operating the same oven operation unit 24. Accordingly, convenience of the user is improved.
In addition, according to the above configuration, the heating cooker 2 performs the monitoring of S34 in fig. 4 until the measurement time reaches the standby time. Accordingly, the heating cooker 2 can wait for the input of the additional heating instruction until the measurement time reaches the standby time (yes in S34), and after the measurement time reaches the standby time, it is determined that the additional heating instruction is not input, and heating of the heating target can be performed irrespective of the additional heating (yes in S42).
(Correspondence relation)
The oven storage box 8 is an example of a "storage box". The front side oven burner 20 and the back side oven burner 22 are examples of "heating portions". The oven operation unit 24, the control unit 50, the timer 54, and the recipe information 62 are examples of "operation unit", "control unit", "timer mechanism", and "recipe information", respectively. The ignition instruction at S12 and the additional heating instruction at S34 in fig. 4 are examples of "start instruction" and "additional heating instruction", respectively. The flameout instruction is an example of a "stop instruction". The standby time is an example of "1 st time".
(Example 2)
Embodiment 2 is the same as embodiment 1 except that the processing of S52 and S54 is added after S50 in the additional heating processing.
(Additional heating treatment; FIG. 5)
In S52, the control unit 50 determines the heating amount of the additional heating. Specifically, the control unit 50 displays the 3 levels of heating amounts (for example, "weak", "medium", and "strong") indicated by the obtained additional heating information on the display unit 28a of the toaster panel 28. When any one of the heating amounts of the 3 levels is selected by the operation portion 28b of the toaster panel 28, the control portion 50 determines the selected heating amount as the heating amount of the additional heating. Note that, if the operation unit 28b is not operated, the control unit 50 determines that the heating amount is "medium", for example, as the heating amount for additional heating. Then, the control unit 50 adjusts the heating amounts of the oven burners 20, 22 according to the determined heating amounts (i.e., controls the flow rate adjustment valves). Accordingly, the heating amount of the additional heating can be adjusted according to the preference of the user.
In S54, the control unit 50 determines a heating portion to be additionally heated. Specifically, the control unit 50 displays the 3 modes of heating portions (i.e., "double sided", "front side", "back side") on the display unit 28a of the toaster panel 28. When any one of the three modes of heating portions is selected by operating the operation unit 28b, the control unit 50 determines the selected heating portion as the heating portion for additional heating. Note that, if the operation unit 28b is not operated, the control unit 50 determines that the heating portion is "double-sided", for example, as the heating portion for additional heating. Here, when the heating portion is selected to be "double sided", the control unit 50 maintains the state in which the solenoid valves 21, 23 are opened. When the heating portion is selected to be the "surface", the control unit 50 maintains the state in which the solenoid valve 21 of the front side oven burner 20 is opened, and closes the solenoid valve 23 of the back side oven burner 22. When the heating portion is selected to be the "back surface", the control unit 50 maintains the state in which the solenoid valve 23 of the back surface oven burner 22 is opened, and closes the solenoid valve 21 of the front surface oven burner 20. Accordingly, the heating portion to be additionally heated can be adjusted according to the preference of the user.
(Example 3)
Embodiment 3 is the same as embodiment 1 except that it does not have the power switch 14a and the process related to the power supply of the heating cooker 2 is different. In the present embodiment, the heating cooker 2 is started by performing an ignition operation on the stove operation portion 14 or the oven operation portion 24, or operating the stove panel 18 or the oven panel 28. In addition, in a state where the range burner 10 or the oven burners 20, 22 are ignited, the power supply to the heating cooker 2 is turned off by performing a flameout operation on the range operation portion 14 or the oven operation portion 24.
In the present embodiment, the automatic cooking process of fig. 4 is also performed. Here, when the automatic cooking is completed (yes in S16), the control unit 50 turns off the oven burners 20, 22 (S20). In this case, in the present embodiment, the control unit 50 turns off the oven burners 20, 22, but does not cut off the power supply to the heating cooker 2, and maintains the power supply from the power supply to each unit. When the additional heating instruction at S34 or the ignition instruction at S42 is not input and the measurement time reaches a predetermined maximum time (for example, 1 minute), the control unit 50 automatically turns off the power supply to the heating cooker 2. That is, when the oven burners 20 and 22 are turned off after the automatic cooking is completed, the heating cooker 2 maintains the power supply from the power supply to each part without cutting off the power supply to the heating cooker 2. The maintenance of the power supply then continues at the latest until the measurement time reaches the maximum time. Accordingly, the additional heating instruction can be waited for to be input during the time when the maximum time is reached. The maximum time is an example of "time 2".
While the embodiments have been described in detail, these embodiments are merely examples and do not limit the claims. The technology described in the claims includes a technology obtained by variously changing or modifying the specific examples described above. The following describes modifications of the above embodiments.
(Modification 1) "heating cooker" is not limited to a gas combustion type built-in stove, and may be, for example, an IH cooker or an electric oven. According to this modification, the oven housing box of the IH cooker or the housing box of the electric oven is an example of the "housing box".
(Modification 2) the process of S20 in fig. 4 may not be executed. That is, after the automatic cooking is completed, the additional heating process may be performed without turning off the oven burners 20 and 22.
(Modification 3) the additional heating instruction is not limited to being input through the toaster operation unit 24, but may be input through, for example, operating the operation unit 28b of the toaster panel 28. In general, the start instruction and the additional heating instruction may be input by operating different operation units.
(Modification 4) the determination of S30 in fig. 4 may not be performed. For example, the control unit 50 may monitor the case where the measurement time reaches a predetermined time (for example, 1 minute) after S24, and monitor the case where the additional heating instruction is input until the measurement time reaches the predetermined time. Then, the control unit 50 may return to S10 when the measurement time reaches a predetermined time. In this modification, the "1 st time" can be omitted.
(Modification 5) in each of the above embodiments, the control section 50 displays a notification screen (S22 of fig. 4). Instead of this, a notification screen may be displayed. As another modification, the control unit 50 may display a confirmation screen for confirming to the user that the additional heating is to be performed on the display unit 18a. Then, when the yes button in the confirmation screen is selected and the additional heating instruction is input, the control unit 50 may execute the additional heating process in S40. When the no button in the confirmation screen is selected, the control unit 50 may proceed to S42.
(Modification 6) in each of the above embodiments, the ignition instruction of S12 of fig. 4 is input by performing the ignition operation on the oven operation portion 24, and the additional heating instruction of S34 is input by performing the flameout operation and the ignition operation on the oven operation portion 24 (S34 of fig. 4). Instead of this, the ignition instruction and the additional heating instruction may be input by performing the same operation on the operation portion 28b of the toaster panel 28. In addition, as another modification, the oven operation unit 24 may be automatically moved from the ignition position to the flameout position when the oven burners 20, 22 are flameout. Further, the additional heating instruction may be input by performing the ignition operation only on the oven operation unit 24. In these modifications, the operation unit 28b or the oven operation unit 24 is an example of "operation unit".
(Modification 7) the processing in either of S52 and S54 of fig. 5 may not be executed. In this modification, either one of the input of the "heating amount" or the input of the "information indicating the heating location" may be omitted.
(Modification 8) the process of S62 in fig. 5 may not be executed. In this case, the control unit 50 may execute S68 and S70 after S50.
(Modification 9) in each of the above embodiments, the cooking information includes additional heating information. Instead of this, the cooking information may not include additional heating information, and the control unit 50 may calculate the heating amount of additional heating from the heating amount indicated by the specific cooking information, and calculate the heating time of additional heating from the heating time indicated by the specific cooking information. According to this modification, the calculated heating amount and heating time are examples of "additional heating information obtained using specific cooking information".
The technical elements described in the present specification and the drawings are used to achieve technical usefulness alone or in various combinations, and are not limited to the combinations described in the claims at the time of application. Furthermore, the technology illustrated in the present specification or drawings can achieve a plurality of objects at the same time, and achieving one of the objects itself is technically useful.
