Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-aging composition and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of malachite fiber, 10-200 parts of distilled water, a pH value regulator for regulating the pH value to 7-13, and 210-380 parts of liposome. The malachite microcrystalline fibers (with diamond-shaped microcrystalline structures) have unique microcrystalline structures (like diamonds), adsorb the liposomes containing the anti-aging functional components, effectively promote the exfoliation of aged keratinocytes, promote cell metabolism, effectively promote the synthesis of skin collagen, whiten and tender skin and delay aging.

uniformly stirring all the components of the wall material at 55-100 ℃ and preserving heat, uniformly mixing all the components of the core material and heating to 55-100 ℃, then adding the heated core material into the heat-preserving wall material mixture, uniformly stirring, shearing and emulsifying at the rotating speed of 8000-10000 r/min for 1-30 min, homogenizing for 1-10 times at 10-30 Mpa by using a high-pressure homogenizer, and cooling to room temperature.
The pH value regulator in the invention is hydrochloric acid or/and sodium hydroxide.
The anti-aging composition is characterized by comprising the following preparation methods:
mixing the malachite fibers with distilled water, pulping, adjusting the pH value to 7-13 by using a pH value regulator, adding the liposome, uniformly mixing, standing for precipitation, filtering, and taking the precipitate. The precipitate is similar to a powder, slightly moist, and may or may not be dried.
An application of the above antiaging composition in cosmetics is provided.
The invention relates to an application of an anti-aging composition, which is characterized in that the applied cosmetics are cream, lotion and solution containing the composition.
Preferably, the addition amount of the composition of the invention in the cosmetic is 0.001-60% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 1-60% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 10-60% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 20-60% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 30-60% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 40-60% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 50-60% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 0.1-50% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 0.1-40% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 0.1-30% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 0.1-20% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 0.1-10% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the preferable addition amount is 0.1-5% of the total weight of the cosmetic; the addition amount is preferably 0.1-3% of the total weight of the cosmetic.
The composition of the invention can be added after being cooled to below 60 ℃ in the preparation of cosmetics.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the malachite microcrystalline fibers (with diamond-shaped microcrystalline structures) have unique microcrystalline structures (like diamonds), adsorb the liposomes containing the anti-aging functional components, effectively promote the exfoliation of aged keratinocytes, promote cell metabolism, effectively promote the synthesis of skin collagen, whiten and tender skin and delay aging.
The invention adopts a unique process to wrap the functional components of rosemary, licorice flavonoid, twisted cactus, polygonum hydropiper and the like and then adsorb the functional components on a malachite microcrystal structure, thereby preparing the anti-aging composition with absorption promotion function.
After the composition is prepared into cosmetics, the malachite microcrystal structure can slightly puncture the cuticle and the epidermis, so that the functional components adsorbed on the malachite microcrystal structure are quickly released and directly reach the dermis, the shedding of aged keratinocyte is effectively promoted, the metabolism of epidermal cells is promoted, an absorption microchannel is formed on the skin, the absorption of other active components is enhanced, the skin is whitened and brightened, the skin is compacted and anti-wrinkle is realized, and the skin aging is delayed.
The anti-aging composition is characterized in that rosemary, licorice flavonoids, twisted cactus, polygonum hydropiper, malachite microcrystalline fiber and the like are used as main raw materials, and can penetrate into each layer of the skin epidermis to promote cell regeneration and enhance the absorption of other auxiliary active ingredients, so that the effect of delaying skin aging is achieved by utilizing the reasonable combination and combined action of various ingredients.

the preparation method of the anti-aging composition comprises the following steps:
a. preparation of malachite microcrystalline fiber
Selecting malachite, crushing by using a high-pressure roller mill, and sieving by using 80-mesh and 800-mesh sieves to obtain transparent and diamond-shaped malachite microcrystalline fibers with the length of 20-200 mu m;
b. preparing liposome:
b1, adding the polygonum hydropiper extract, the centella asiatica extract, the rosemary extract and the prickly pear extract into deionized water, and stirring and mixing uniformly to prepare a core material;
b 2: stirring and uniformly mixing phytosterol macadamia nut oleate, glyceryl stearate, tridecyl alcohol polyether-6 and licorice flavonoids at 55-100 ℃ for 5-60 min to obtain a wall material;
b3, heating the prepared core material to 55-100 ℃, adding the core material into a wall material at 55-100 ℃, stirring for 10-30 min, shearing and emulsifying at the rotating speed of 8000-10000 r/min for 1-30 min, homogenizing for 1-10 times at 10-30 Mpa by using a high-pressure homogenizer, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the liposome;
c. preparing an anti-aging composition:
adding distilled water into malachite fibers, stirring for 1-30 min, adjusting the pH value by using hydrochloric acid/sodium hydroxide, mixing for 1-30 min to keep the pH value at 7-13, adding the liposome prepared in the step b, stirring for 1-30 min at the rotating speed of 100-1000 r/min, standing for precipitation, filtering, and taking the precipitate.
The malachite fiber and the components formed by the liposome have the functions of encapsulation and combined loading, and the liposome components can react with the malachite fiber to promote the absorption of active components. The invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples below:

adding a polygonum flaccidum extract, a centella asiatica extract, a rosemary extract and a prickly pear extract into water, stirring and mixing uniformly, and heating to 55-100 ℃ to obtain a core material;
stirring and uniformly mixing phytosterol macadamia nut oleate, glyceryl stearate, tridecyl alcohol polyether-6 and licorice flavonoids at 55-100 ℃ for 5-60 min to obtain a wall material;
adding the core material into the wall material, stirring for 10-30 min, shearing and emulsifying at the rotating speed of 8000-10000 r/min for 1-30 min, homogenizing for 1-10 times by using a high-pressure homogenizer at 10-30 Mpa until the core material is uniformly wrapped by the wall material, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the liposome;
preparing an anti-aging composition:
adding malachite fiber into distilled water, stirring for 1-30 min, adjusting the pH value by using hydrochloric acid/sodium hydroxide, mixing for 1-30 min, adding liposome, stirring for 1-30 min at the rotating speed of 100-1000 r/min, standing for precipitation, filtering, and taking the precipitate.
The heat and cold resistance stability tests of examples 1 to 5 were all passed.
Each of the components of comparative examples 1-5 was prepared by removing the malachite fiber component of examples 1-5 and preparing the liposomes. The heat and cold resistance stability tests of comparative examples 1 to 5 were all passed.
Since the accumulation of free radicals is an important factor in causing aging in humans, the clearance rate of free radicals may reflect the anti-aging ability of the composition.
Free radical scavenging test
Preparing a sample to be tested: 20mg of the compositions of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were taken, respectively, dissolved in absolute ethanol and metered to 250mL to prepare 10 samples to be tested.
Preparation of DPPH solution: 20mg of DPPH (1, 1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine) is weighed, dissolved by absolute ethyl alcohol and the volume is determined to be 250mL, thus preparing DPPH solution.
And Ai group: 2mL of each of the 10 samples were added to different tubes, and 2mL of the DPPH solution was added to each tube.
Ac group: 2mL of absolute ethanol and 2mL of the above DPPH solution were added to the blank tube.
Aj group: 2mL of each of the 10 samples to be tested are taken and added into different test tubes, and 2mL of absolute ethyl alcohol is added into each test tube.
Plugging the test tube, placing the test tube at 37 ℃ for constant-temperature reaction for 1h, measuring the absorbance of each group at 519nm wavelength by adopting a spectrophotometry, and calculating the DPPH free radical clearance rate by the following formula:
the clearance was [1- (Ai-Aj)/Ac ] x 100%
Wherein Ai, Ac, and Aj represent the absorbance of the Ai group, Ac group, and Aj group, respectively.
The free radical clearance results are shown in table 2:

examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were added to different cosmetic bases, respectively, to evaluate their efficacy as application examples. The formulation of the anti-aging composition and the base material for use is shown in table 3.

the skin test experiments of 100 volunteers were performed by using application examples 1 to 5 and reference examples 1 to 5, every 20 volunteers used one group of application examples and reference examples, which were divided into a first group, the application example 1 and the reference example 1 were applied to different skin parts, the second group used the application example 2 and the reference example 2, and so on until the fifth group used the application example 5 and the reference example 5. Each group was used 2 times a day for 4 weeks, and the skin application examples were tested for increase in water content of stratum corneum and increase in collagen and elasticity using the instrument, as compared to the reference example, and the results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from the above tests, the anti-aging effect of the present invention using the malachite microcrystalline fibers is higher than that of the non-used malachite microcrystalline fibers.

6. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, wherein the pH adjusting agent is hydrochloric acid or/and sodium hydroxide.
7. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, characterized by being prepared by the following method:
mixing the malachite fibers with distilled water, pulping, adjusting the pH value to 7-13 by using a pH value regulator, adding the liposome, uniformly mixing, standing for precipitation, filtering, and taking the precipitate.
8. Use of the anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in cosmetics.
9. Use of an anti-aging composition according to claim 8, characterized in that the cosmetic used is a cream, lotion, solution containing said composition.
10. The use of an anti-aging composition according to claim 8, characterized in that the composition is added to the cosmetic in an amount of 0.001% to 60% by weight based on the total weight of the cosmetic.
