It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
The embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 1. The disclosed embodiments may be performed by terminal devices, which may include, but are not limited to, other portable devices such as information processing apparatuses (courier terminals) applied to courier management, mobile phones with touch sensitive surfaces (e.g., touch screen displays and/or touch pads), laptop computers, or tablet computers. It should also be understood that in some embodiments, the terminal device is not a portable communication device, but may be a desktop computer having a touch-sensitive surface (e.g., a touch screen display and/or a touchpad).
The information processing method comprises the following steps:
101. a first face image is collected through a first camera.
In the case that the method in the embodiment of the present disclosure is applied to the express terminal, the express terminal may include, but is not limited to, the first camera, the transceiver, and the display screen.
The express terminal in the embodiment of the present disclosure may include a face recognition system function, may periodically collect images, and detect whether a face image is included therein by using a face recognition technology, or may perform face tracking in a scene by using the first camera.
The face recognition related to the embodiment of the disclosure is to analyze a static picture or a video sequence by using a computer, find out a face and output effective information such as the number, the position, the size and the like of the face; secondly, the face can be tracked, namely, on the premise that the face is detected, information such as the position and the size of the face is continuously captured in subsequent frames, namely, the subsequent steps. For example, the acquisition of the image may be performed periodically, for example, the first camera may acquire an image every 2 seconds, and perform a determination process on whether a human face is included to acquire a human face image. If the acquired image does not contain the face, the acquired image can be deleted, or the image can be deleted after being stored for a period of time, so that the storage space is saved.
After the first face image is acquired, step 102 may be performed.
102. Sending the first face image to a server through a transceiver; the first face image is used for indicating the server to search for first identity information matched with the first face image and determining storage position information of the express delivery matched with the first identity information.
The express terminal can communicate with the server through the transceiver. The server in the embodiments of the present disclosure, also referred to as a server, is a device that provides a computing service and can allow a plurality of terminals to access.
Specifically, the expression form of the first face image on the server side may be face feature information of the first face image. The server can obtain the face feature information of the first face image through feature extraction.
The face feature information that can be used by the face recognition system is generally classified into visual features, pixel statistical features, face image transformation coefficient features, face image algebraic features, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
For example, the embodiment of the present disclosure may extract the facial feature model through a deep learning technique to perform the steps of facial feature extraction and recognition in the embodiment of the present disclosure, so as to quickly respond to an application scenario that is required by the facial recognition.
After the server acquires the first face image, the server can search according to the first face image to acquire first identity information matched with the first face image.
The server may store a face template image set including a plurality of face template images and identity information corresponding to the face template images, where the identity information may include a name, a contact number, an address, and the like of a user. The user can bind own face and identity information through the express terminal and store the face and identity information in the server, or bind and upload the face and identity information through the mobile terminal.
When the search is needed, the server may compare the first face image with the face template image one by one to determine whether a face template image matching the first face image exists in the face template image set. The storage form of the first face image and the face template image in the face template image set in the server may be face feature information.
The face template images matched with the face template images exist, and the similarity of the two groups of face images is larger than a preset similarity threshold. Specifically, the server may store the preset similarity threshold, for example, 95% or 90%, and may calculate the similarity between two sets of face image information, where if the similarity is greater than the preset similarity threshold, the verification is passed, and if the similarity is not greater than the preset similarity threshold, the verification is failed.
And if the similarity between the face template image and the first face image is found to be greater than a preset threshold value, the verification is passed. The identity information corresponding to the searched face template image may be obtained, that is, the first identity information matched with the first face image.
For the storage position information of the express, the identity information of the user to which the express belongs can be bound during generation, the express to be received can be searched through the identity information, and then the storage position of the express is determined.
Specifically, the first identity information may be a target mobile phone number, and the server may query the to-be-received express information bound to the target mobile phone number. The express information to be received may include express information that the user has not taken the express. After determining the target mobile phone number, the information processing device may query the delivery information associated with the target mobile phone number, and then obtain the storage location information of the delivery.
The storage position information can be used for indicating the shelf information of the warehouse where the express is located, so that the express storage position can be found quickly.
After the storage location information of the express matching the first identity information is obtained, the storage location information of the express may be sent to the express terminal, and then step 103 is executed.
103. Receiving the storage location information through the transceiver; wherein, the storage position information is used for indicating the shelf information of the warehouse where the express is located.
After receiving the storage location information, step 104 may be performed.
104. And displaying the storage position information on the display screen.
The storage location information may include at least one of the following information:
warehouse identification information, goods shelf identification information, identification information of storage lattices in the goods shelf, and express delivery identification information.
Above-mentioned warehouse identification information can be used to instruct the warehouse that the express delivery was deposited, and above-mentioned goods shelves identification information can be used to instruct the goods shelves that the express delivery was deposited, and the identification information of matter storage lattice in the above-mentioned goods shelves can be used to instruct the matter storage lattice that the express delivery was deposited, and above-mentioned express delivery identification information can include but not limited to express delivery serial number, express delivery bar code etc. and be used for discerning the information of this express delivery.
The express terminal can receive the storage position information through the transceiver, and then display the storage position information on a display screen of the express terminal so as to indicate the inquired express and the storage position of the express to a user, so that the express can be conveniently and quickly found and taken out of a warehouse or taken.
Based on the foregoing description, specifically, reference may be made to a flowchart of an express query method shown in fig. 2, where an express terminal may interact with a server and a third-party service server, and the method in fig. 2 may include the following steps:
1. the express terminal detects image changes through the first camera. That is, the first camera may periodically acquire images to detect whether a user, a face, etc. appears in the scene.
2. And acquiring and sending the face image. Specifically, the acquired face image may be sent to a server, and the module 1 may be a business service module for performing face image processing, and specifically may be a face recognition software program. The module 1 described above is typically a collection of development tools used by software engineers to build application software for a particular software package, software framework, hardware platform, operating system, etc. A colloquial point refers to a toolkit provided by a third-party service provider that implements a function of a software product.
3. Based on the returned set of faces, the most likely one is filtered and selected. The module 1 can provide a face recognition function, a face group which accords with the similarity is inquired and returned, and the express terminal can determine a face picture as a face recognition result.
4. And (3) matching the face image to a module 2 of the server to obtain the mobile phone number bound to the face. As described above, the stored face image and the mobile phone number have a corresponding relationship, the module 2 may provide a cloud service for querying identity information in the server, and the server may determine and feed back the target mobile phone number of the user through the cloud service.
5. And inquiring the list of the express lists to be received of the mobile phone number. The express terminal can send a query instruction containing the target mobile phone number to a third-party service server (such as a third-party inventory management system), and the third-party service server can obtain a to-be-received express list of the target mobile phone number and feed the list back to the express terminal.
In specific implementation, a plurality of express terminals can be deployed in a plurality of areas, wherein after the face data are uploaded to the cloud platform, the face data can be distinguished and isolated through equipment numbers and the like, so that the face feature matching in a small range as far as possible is achieved, the matching speed is improved, and the false recognition rate is reduced. For example, the binding relationship between the face template image and the identity information may be released or changed as required. The equipment number can be used for acquiescently acquiring the machine number of the express terminal, if not, one express terminal can be generated when the express terminal is started for the first time to run the application program, and the uniqueness is guaranteed.
For example, other user terminal devices may communicate with the information processing apparatus through a network, and a specific manner may be that a user may interact with the express terminal through an Application (APP) installed on a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone).
General traditional scheme can only be directed against the express delivery record express delivery and go out of warehouse, can not check and lead person's identity, also can not record the express delivery and go out of warehouse and lead the structured information of person. At present, a lot of express delivery receiving and dispatching storefronts are arranged in various places, some storefronts receive and dispatch, the workload of workers is large, especially shop employees and other businesses, when a user takes a delivery, whether the user is matched with the delivery person information of the express delivery is often checked carefully without time, and the delivery person information cannot be recorded. The express delivery system can collect face images and express delivery images through the two cameras respectively, check the person for pickup and express delivery identities, record express delivery information in a delivery scene, facilitate query, remind store clerks when the delivery scene is abnormal, record the information of the person for pickup, and reduce imposition. Reference is made in particular to the description relating to fig. 3.
For example, for an express lead person in a pickup or delivery scene, if there is no corresponding face image information, prompt information indicating that personal registration information is missing may be output, for example, when a user manually inputs identity information such as a mobile phone number to perform express query, for a user who is not registered, the user may be prompted to perform face acquisition and binding of the face image information and the identity information, which may be specifically shown in fig. 5 and related description.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another information processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and an execution subject in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be the express terminal. As shown in fig. 3, the information processing method includes the steps of:
301. the first express image is collected through the second camera, and the pickup person information of the first express and the express identification information of the first express described in the first express image are obtained.
On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the express terminal in the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include the second camera, and may be configured to collect an express image.
The first express image can be understood as an image containing a first express, for example, an image collected within a camera range when the first express is delivered from a warehouse or put in a warehouse, and specifically, an image collected when a user carries the express when the first express is delivered from the warehouse or put in the warehouse. The user can hold the express delivery and stand in this express delivery terminal's image acquisition region, and express delivery terminal can carry out the collection and the discernment of express delivery image through the second camera.
The first camera used for collecting the face image and the second camera used for collecting the express delivery image in the embodiment of the disclosure can be different cameras. Illustratively, the second camera used for collecting the express delivery image may be an industrial camera, and the industrial camera is used for collecting a black-and-white image, so that subsequent identification and acquisition of express delivery order information (mainly information such as a bar code) are facilitated.
Specifically, the above-mentioned express delivery identification information that obtains the person of getting a parcel information, the first express delivery of the first express delivery described in the above-mentioned first express delivery image can include:
identifying a barcode area in the first express image to obtain express identification information of the first express;
and carrying out image character recognition on the first express image to obtain the pickup information of the first express.
Image character recognition is carried out on the collected first express image, and the information of the pickup person of the first express and the express identification information of the first express described in the first express image can be obtained.
The image character recognition in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented based on Optical Character Recognition (OCR), which generally refers to a process in which an electronic device (e.g., a scanner or a digital camera) checks a character printed on paper, determines a shape of the character by detecting a dark and light pattern, and then translates the shape into a computer character by using a character recognition method; the method is characterized in that characters in a paper document are converted into an image file with a black-white dot matrix in an optical mode aiming at print characters, and the characters in the image are converted into a text format through recognition software for further editing and processing by word processing software.
The above-mentioned carry out image character recognition to the first express delivery image of collection, mainly can carry out OCR discernment for the information on the packing (the parcel) of this first express delivery, can include express delivery list discernment, wherein include the discernment to the bar code region of express delivery list to obtain the express delivery identification information of the person's of getting a parcel information, the first express delivery of the first express delivery described in the first express delivery image. The pickup information of the first express can include the name, contact telephone, address and the like of the pickup.
Exemplarily, the identifying a barcode region in the first express delivery image and the obtaining the express delivery identification information of the first express delivery include:
performing edge detection processing on the first express image, and determining a barcode area in the first express image;
cutting a barcode area in the first express image to obtain an image of the barcode area;
correcting the image of the bar code area;
and identifying the corrected image of the bar code area to obtain the express identification information of the first express.
The edge detection involved in the embodiments of the present disclosure is a fundamental problem in image processing and computer vision, and the purpose of edge detection is to identify points in a digital image where brightness changes are significant. Significant changes in image properties typically reflect significant events and changes in properties, including (i) discontinuities in depth, (ii) surface orientation discontinuities, (iii) material property changes, and (iv) scene lighting changes. Edge detection is a research area in image processing and computer vision, especially in feature extraction.
The bar code area in the first express image can be extracted through edge detection, and is intercepted after correction in an affine transformation mode, so that the corrected image of the bar code area is obtained, and then the OCR recognition is carried out.
In one embodiment, after the image of the barcode region is subjected to the correction processing, the method further includes:
verifying whether the image of the corrected bar code area is effective or not;
and if the corrected image of the bar code area is effective, triggering the step of identifying the corrected image of the bar code area.
Further, the verifying whether the barcode information is valid includes:
judging whether the length of the bar code in the bar code area is equal to a length threshold value or not; determining that the image of the corrected bar code area is valid under the condition that the length of the bar code in the bar code area is equal to the length threshold; or,
judging whether the bar code in the bar code area meets the bar code coding rule or not; and determining that the image of the corrected bar code area is valid under the condition that the bar code in the bar code area meets the bar code coding rule.
The express terminal can judge whether the bar code in the first express image is a preset length threshold value, if not, the express terminal is invalid, for example, because of the influence of factors such as shielding and angles, prompt information for re-collecting the image can be output. For example, it can also be determined whether the barcode satisfies the barcode encoding rule to filter invalid barcode information. The bar code coding rule can be filtered according to regular matching, and can be set according to the requirements of various express companies.
The regular matching involved in the embodiment of the present disclosure is a matching filtering rule implemented based on a regular expression, which is a logic formula for operating a character string, that is, a "rule character string" is formed by using some specific characters defined in advance and a combination of the specific characters, and the "rule character string" is used to express a filtering logic for the character string.
Illustratively, the express terminal may verify the barcode information through an express inventory management interface, that is, the OCR recognition and/or the verification process may be completed through a cloud server, or may be completed locally at the express terminal.
In one embodiment, the model may be trained based on a sample image with a relatively fixed background (the input image is a gray scale image). In the embodiment of the disclosure, a smaller algorithm model can be adopted, a face recognition algorithm, an OCR algorithm and the like are integrated and run on a low-configuration open source board, so that compared with the case of running on a host and a server, the equipment expenditure is greatly saved, and the deployment difficulty is reduced.
302. And acquiring a second face image through the first camera.
The step 302 may refer to the detailed description in the step 101 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
The step 301 and the step 302 may be executed without being separated by a sequence.
Illustratively, the express delivery operation can be executed after the pickup information of the first express delivery, the express delivery identification information of the first express delivery and the second face image are obtained. The express terminal can directly record the information to confirm that the first express is delivered out of the warehouse.
The embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to a scene of express delivery pickup of a user, and the second face image can be a face image acquired by the user when picking up the express. After the express terminal obtains the second face image, authentication may be performed, that is, step 303 is executed.
303. And acquiring second identity information matched with the second face image.
The express terminal can store a face template image information set which comprises a plurality of face template image information and identity information corresponding to the face template image information, wherein the identity information can comprise names, contact telephones, addresses and the like of users. Namely, the user can bind the face and the identity information of the user through the express terminal, store the face and the identity information in the server, or bind and upload the face and the identity information through the mobile terminal. The express terminal can determine the user identity through face recognition processing of the second face image, and second identity information matched with the second face image is obtained.
In an implementation manner, the express terminal may send a second face image to the server, the server identifies the second face image, and determines a face template image matched with the second face image information in the face template image set, so as to query second identity information corresponding to the face template image matched with the second face image.
The above steps may refer to specific description of the server performing face image recognition and information matching in step 102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and details are not repeated here.
304. And under the condition that the second identity information is consistent with the pickup information of the first express, updating the storage state corresponding to the express identification information of the first express into the ex-warehouse state.
After the pickup information and the second identity information of the first express are obtained, the express terminal can compare the second identity information with the pickup information to determine whether the second identity information is consistent with the pickup information. Specifically, the user name, the contact phone number, the address and other information may be compared, if the two information are different, the two information are inconsistent, the verification fails, and step 305 may be executed. If the two pieces of information are the same, the two pieces of information are consistent, the user identity authentication is confirmed to be successful, and the storage state corresponding to the express identification information of the first express can be updated to be the ex-warehouse state.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
generating express delivery information including the delivery person information of the first express delivery, the delivery identification information of the first express delivery and the delivery information of the second face image; and sending the express delivery ex-warehouse information to a third-party management system.
Specifically, if the second identity information is consistent with the pickup information, the pickup information including the first express, the express identification information including the first express, and the express delivery outbound information including the second face image may be generated to indicate and record the details of the pickup of the express. The express delivery information may also include delivery (pickup) time and other related information, which is not limited herein.
The express terminal in the embodiment of the disclosure can interact with a third-party management system through a service interface service. For a delivery or pickup scene, the delivery information may be sent to the third-party inventory management system for registration, and the delivery or pickup may be recorded, so as to facilitate updating of inventory management.
305. And under the condition that the second identity information is inconsistent with the pickup information of the first express, outputting warning information.
If the second identity information is inconsistent with the pickup information of the first express, the verification fails, the user who picks the express away is not the pickup of the express, and the warning information can be output. The warning information may include voice information, such as a prompt: "person who gets disagreeable, please confirm! Or a preset warning tone is issued, etc. For example, the display interface may further include text information displayed on the display interface, and the like, which is not limited herein.
As shown in the embodiment of fig. 1, in an implementation manner, the express terminal may further:
acquiring a target feature tag matched with the first face image from the server, and acquiring at least one piece of target recommendation information corresponding to the target feature tag;
and displaying the at least one piece of target recommendation information on the display screen.
Specifically, the express terminal may obtain a target feature tag matched with the first face image from a server, and the server may store a plurality of feature tags for describing attributes of the face features. For example, the facial feature information of the first facial image may be obtained through a trained neural network model, that is, the facial features are extracted, and a target feature tag matched with the first facial image is determined, so as to implement directional information recommendation.
The face features are accurately extracted through face recognition to be analyzed, and feature labels of the user are determined, for example, the feature labels may include user attributes (such as gender, age, race, and the like) and user behaviors (smiling, calm, and the like). By determining one or more target feature tags corresponding to the first face image information, at least one piece of corresponding recommendation information can be acquired and displayed so as to realize targeted recommendation to the user and recommend advertisements according with the identity and state of the user.
Various feature tags and mapping relations between the feature tags and the recommendation information can be preset, and at least one piece of target recommendation information can be determined through the target feature tags. The target information recommendation method can be executed in a scene that a user inquires about express delivery or takes the express delivery, for example, the target recommendation information can be displayed while the express delivery terminal displays the storage position information for the user.
For example, the characteristic tag may be determined by recognizing the wearing of the user to recommend a corresponding advertisement, such as a similar style of clothing, and the like, without limitation.
The information recommendation can be realized based on cloud service (such as advertisement SDK). Illustratively, advertisement pulling can be realized by means of the existing delivery application program, and finally, corresponding advertisements are displayed on the express terminal.
According to the method, the facial features of the express collar personnel can be quickly tracked and captured on the premise of a common camera, and the directional information recommendation of the user is realized by acquiring the accurate feature tag.
In an implementation manner, the express terminal in the embodiment of the present disclosure may also be applied to information registration of an express warehousing scene. The method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a second express image through a second camera, and acquiring pickup person information of a second express and express identification information of the second express described in the second express image;
generating express delivery warehousing information containing the pickup information of the second express delivery and the express delivery identification information of the second express delivery described in the second express delivery image;
and sending the express delivery warehousing information to a third-party management system.
Specifically, the second express image may be understood as an image including a second express, for example, an image acquired within a camera range when the express is put in storage, specifically, an image acquired when an employee carries the express when the express is put in storage. Above-mentioned express delivery terminal is including the second camera that is used for gathering the express delivery image, and the user can take the image acquisition region that the express delivery stood at this express delivery terminal promptly, and this express delivery terminal can carry out the collection and the discernment of express delivery image through the second camera.
The method for extracting image information may refer to the specific description in step 101 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
After the second express information is obtained through image recognition, express warehousing information including the second express information can be generated, and then the express warehousing information is sent to a third-party management system for warehousing registration.
For example, the identity of the worker responsible for the second express delivery warehouse entry may be determined or registered in combination with the face recognition described above, and similarly, the face image acquisition and the identity authentication may be performed by using the camera, and the express delivery warehouse entry information may include the face image of the worker. Further, the warehousing express delivery information responsible for different workers can be queried through face recognition, which is similar to the express delivery pickup query in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and is not repeated here. By the scheme, express delivery storage is more standard and safer, and query is facilitated.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of an express delivery warehousing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and an execution main body in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be the above-mentioned express delivery terminal, and may interact with a server and a third-party service server. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include:
1. the second camera detects image changes; the camera frame data is transmitted. Specifically, as described in step 1 shown in fig. 2, the second camera is different from the first camera for face recognition, and may be an industrial camera for acquiring a black-and-white image, facilitating barcode recognition, and the like. The camera frame data is the collected express image, and can be sent to the module 3 in the figure (such as an express sheet picture cutting SDK) for processing.
2. And returning to the positive screenshot. Through the image processing service provided by the module 3, the barcode region can be cut out, the image is corrected, and the image is returned to the express terminal.
3. And sending the corrected express bill. After the correction, the express delivery information may be sent to a server, and the server may perform cloud identification on the express delivery slip through the module 4, for example, a cloud service with an express delivery slip identification function, so as to obtain the express delivery information in step 4.
4. And returning the mobile phone number, the bar code and other OCR information.
5. And (e) warehousing (express delivery number, recipient mobile phone number). The express terminal sends the warehousing information containing the express number and the recipient mobile phone number to a third-party service server (such as a third-party inventory management system server), and the third-party service server can register, so that inventory management can be accurately and safely performed.
Specifically, the binding of the human face and the identity information can be completed through the express terminal. For the express leaders in the pickup or delivery scene, if there is no corresponding face feature information, prompt information for indicating that the personal registration information is missing can be output, for example, when the user manually inputs personal information such as a mobile phone number to perform express inquiry, for the unregistered user, the user can be prompted to perform face acquisition and binding of the face feature information and the identity information.
That is, in one embodiment, the method further comprises:
receiving a query instruction containing third identity information;
responding to the query instruction, and acquiring a face template image corresponding to the third identity information;
under the condition that the face template image information corresponding to the third identity information is not acquired, acquiring a third face image through the first camera;
and sending the third identity information and the corresponding third face image to the server through the transceiver.
The user can carry out manual inquiry on the express terminal, and the user can input third identity information, triggers above-mentioned inquiry instruction, and then this express terminal can acquire the face template image that above-mentioned third identity information corresponds, wherein as before, exemplarily, the above-mentioned face template image that acquires above-mentioned third identity information corresponding can be carried out in express terminal or high in the clouds server, and this place is no longer repeated.
If the face template image corresponding to the third identity information is not found, that is, the user does not register face information, the express terminal can acquire the third face image of the user through the first camera.
Further, the third identity information and the corresponding third face image may be sent to a server through the transceiver, and the server may store the third identity information and the corresponding third face image, so as to complete the user information registration. And then, the user can finish functions of express inquiry, pickup and the like through face recognition.
Specifically, the express terminal may receive information input by the user for query, for example, the user may input the third identity information at the express terminal to query whether there is an express to be taken.
The express terminal can inquire the express information which is correspondingly bound through the mobile phone number input by the user and display the express information to the user. Specifically, a schematic flow chart of the method for binding a face and a mobile phone number shown in fig. 5 may be referred to, and the method may include the following steps, where the following steps may refer to the related description in fig. 2, and are not described here again:
1. the first camera detects image changes.
2. And acquiring and sending the face image. Wherein the server may be enabled by a module 5 (similar in function to the module 1 described above) for face recognition.
3. Based on the returned set of faces, the most likely one is filtered and selected.
4. And binding the mobile phone number with the module 6 of the face picture sending server. As described above, the stored face picture and the mobile phone number have a corresponding relationship, and the cloud service of the module 6 may be used to determine the target mobile phone number of the user.
5. And sending the binding information to a third-party service server. The express terminal can send the binding information to a third-party service server (such as an express management system), the third-party service server can store the binding information of the user, and then the user can take and inquire the express by the mode (including face recognition).
The scene is suitable for manual inquiry after a user inputs a mobile phone number, if a corresponding express bill is inquired, binding interface calling can be carried out, and face binding is carried out.
