Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides a detection device of electronic equipment, which is used for detecting the electronic equipment and comprises a carrier and a camera module, wherein the carrier comprises a bottom wall, a side wall and a reflective sheet, the side wall surrounds the periphery of the bottom wall to form a containing groove, the containing groove is used for placing the electronic equipment, the inner surface of the side wall is obliquely arranged relative to the bottom wall to form an inclined part, and the inclined part and the bottom wall form an included angle which is larger than zero degree and smaller than 90 degrees; the reflector is arranged on the inclined part and used for reflecting the received light to the outside of the bearing body so as to detect the electronic equipment; the camera module is arranged above the bearing body and used for collecting images of the position of the bearing body. The embodiment of the application can save the cost for detecting the electronic equipment and improve the detection rate.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to electronic devices, and particularly to a carrier and a detecting device for an electronic device.
Background
With the development of communication technology, electronic devices such as smart phones are becoming more and more popular. In the detection process of the electronic equipment, a worker needs to compare a picture acquired by a camera with a preset picture by means of vision so as to determine whether the electronic equipment is abnormal. Among them, when a camera captures a picture, images are generally captured from different angles by a plurality of cameras.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a carrier and a detection device of electronic equipment, which can reduce the cost and the detection rate of detecting the electronic equipment.
The embodiment of the application provides a carrier for carrying electronic equipment, including:
a bottom wall;
the side wall is arranged around the periphery of the bottom wall to form a receiving groove, the receiving groove is used for placing electronic equipment, the inner surface of the side wall is obliquely arranged relative to the bottom wall to form an inclined part, and the inclined part and the bottom wall form an included angle which is larger than zero degree and smaller than 90 degrees; and
the reflector is arranged on the inclined part and used for reflecting received light to the outside of the bearing body so as to detect the electronic equipment.
The embodiment of the application provides a detection device of electronic equipment for detect electronic equipment, include:
a carrier as described above; and
the camera module is arranged above the bearing body and used for collecting images of the position of the bearing body.
In this application embodiment, the image of supporter position can be gathered to the camera module, and the image of holding the groove position is not only gathered to the camera module, can gather the image behind the reflector plate reflection light moreover. The camera module can gather the image of different positions promptly. In the detection process of the electronic equipment, the images of a plurality of positions of the electronic equipment can be collected by one camera module, so that the detection of the electronic equipment is realized, the cost can be saved, and the detection rate is improved.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides a detection device of electronic equipment and a carrier thereof. The electronic device may be a computing device such as a laptop computer, a computer monitor containing an embedded computer, a tablet computer, a cellular telephone, a media player, or other handheld or portable device, a smaller device (such as a wristwatch device, a hanging device, a headset or earpiece device, a device embedded in eyeglasses, or other device worn on the user's head, or other wearable or miniature device), a television, a computer display not containing an embedded computer, a gaming device, a navigation device, an embedded system (such as a system in which a device with a display is installed in a kiosk or automobile), a device that implements the functionality of two or more of these devices, or other devices. In some configurations, the device is a portable device, such as a cellular phone, media player, tablet, or other portable computing device. Other configurations may be used for the electronic device, if desired.
The detection device of the electronic equipment can be used for detecting the appearance, the performance and the like of the electronic equipment.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a detection device of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The detection device 10 of the electronic apparatus may include a carrier 100 and a camera module 200. The carrier 100 can be used for carrying an electronic device, and the camera module 200 can be used for capturing an image of the electronic device. The camera module 200 may be mounted above the carrier 100.
As shown in fig. 1, carrier 100 may include side walls 110 and a bottom wall 120. The sidewall 110 is disposed around the periphery of the bottom wall 120 to form a receiving groove 130. The receiving groove 130 may be used to receive an electronic device, the receiving groove 130 may be slightly larger than the size of the electronic device, the depth of the receiving groove 130 may be larger than the thickness of the electronic device, and the depth of the receiving groove 130 may also be equal to the depth of the electronic device. In some cases, it is also possible that the depth of the receiving groove 130 is smaller than the thickness of the electronic device.
The inner surface of the side wall 110 is obliquely disposed with respect to the bottom wall 120 to form an inclined portion 140, and the inclined portion 140 and the bottom wall 120 form an included angle greater than zero degrees and less than 90 degrees, such as the inclined portion 140 and the bottom wall 120 form an included angle greater than 30 degrees and less than 60 degrees. It is understood that the inner surface of the sidewall 110 is a surface around which the receiving groove 130 is formed. The inclined portion 140 formed between the side wall 110 and the bottom wall 120 is obliquely disposed or formed with a slope.
As shown in fig. 1, the carrier 100 may further include a reflective sheet 150, the reflective sheet 150 may be disposed on the inclined portion 140, and the reflective sheet 150 may be used to reflect the received light to the outside of the carrier 100, so as to facilitate detection of the electronic device.
As shown in fig. 1, the camera module 200 is disposed above the carrier 100, and the camera module 200 can capture an image of the position of the carrier 100. Such as the camera module 200, can collect the image formed by the light L1, the light L1 is directed to the camera module 200 from the position of the receiving groove 130, or the light L1 is directed to the camera module 200 from the bottom wall 120. For example, the camera module 200 may collect an image of a display surface or a non-display surface of the electronic device through the light L1.
As shown in fig. 1, the camera module 200 may further collect an image formed by a light L2, the light L2 is directed from the reflective sheet 150 to the camera module 200, or the light L2 is directed from the inclined portion 140 to the camera module 200. The light L2 is formed by the reflection of the light inside the receiving groove 130. For example, the camera module 200 may collect an image of an outer side of the electronic device, such as an end surface of the electronic device, through the light L2.
Therefore, the camera module 200 in the embodiment of the present application can acquire images of different positions of the electronic device, so that the speed of detecting the electronic device can be increased, and the cost of detecting the electronic device can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a plan view of a carrier in the detecting device of the electronic device shown in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of the carrier in the detecting device of the electronic device shown in fig. 1. The side wall 110 may include a first side wall 111 and a second side wall 112, and an inner surface of the first side wall 111 is obliquely disposed with respect to the bottom wall 120 to form a first inclined portion 141. The inner surface of the second sidewall 112 is obliquely disposed with respect to the bottom wall 120 to form a second inclined portion 142. The light reflecting sheet 150 may include a first light reflecting sheet 151 and a second light reflecting sheet 152, the first light reflecting sheet 151 may be disposed at the first inclined portion 111, and the second light reflecting sheet 152 may be disposed at the second inclined portion 112. The camera module 200 can acquire images of different outer side surfaces of the electronic device through the first reflector 151 and the second reflector 152.
Illustratively, the first sidewall 111 and the second sidewall 112 are oppositely disposed. The first reflective sheet 151 and the second reflective sheet 152 are disposed opposite to each other. The camera module 200 can acquire an image of the outer side of the electronic device through the first reflector 151 and the second reflector 152.
The first reflector 151 and the second reflector 152 may have the same shape or different shapes. The first reflector 151 and the second reflector 152 may have the same size or different sizes. The first reflector 151 and the second reflector 152 may be inclined at the same or different angles. That is, the included angle formed by the first inclined portion 141 and the bottom wall 120 and the included angle formed by the second inclined portion 142 and the bottom wall 120 may be equal or different.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sidewall 110 may further include a third sidewall 113 and a fourth sidewall 114, the third sidewall 113 and the fourth sidewall 114 may be oppositely disposed, the third sidewall 113 may be connected between the first sidewall 111 and the second sidewall 112, and the fourth sidewall 114 may be connected between the first sidewall 111 and the second sidewall 112. The length of the third sidewall 113 may be greater than the length of the first sidewall 111, and the length of the third sidewall 113 may be greater than the length of the second sidewall 112. The length of the fourth sidewall 114 may be greater than the length of the first sidewall 111, and the length of the fourth sidewall 114 may be greater than the length of the second sidewall 112. The length of the third sidewall 113 and the length of the fourth sidewall 114 may be equal.
Illustratively, the third sidewall 113 is provided with a first notch 1131, the fourth sidewall 114 is provided with a second notch 1141, and the first notch 1131 and the second notch 1141 may be oppositely disposed. The first notch 1131 and the second notch 1141 may be the same size or different sizes. The first notch 1131 and the second notch 1141 may be identical in shape or different in shape. The first notch 1131 and the second notch 1141 facilitate the electronic device to be placed in the receiving slot 130. When the electronic device is placed in the receiving groove 130, a part of the electronic device can be exposed through the first notch 1131 and the second notch 1141, so that the electronic device can be conveniently taken out from the receiving groove 130.
For example, the third sidewall 113 and the bottom wall 120 may be disposed obliquely to form a third inclined portion, and the fourth sidewall 114 and the bottom wall 120 may be disposed obliquely to form a fourth inclined portion. The reflective sheet 150 may further include a third reflective sheet and a fourth reflective sheet, and the third reflective sheet may be disposed at the third inclined portion, and the fourth reflective sheet may be disposed at the fourth inclined portion.
The sidewall 110 is not limited to the first sidewall 111, the second sidewall 112, the third sidewall 113, and the fourth sidewall 114. Such as sidewall 110, includes interconnected first, second, and third sidewalls. A light reflecting sheet may be provided on one or both of the three side walls.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bottom wall 120 is provided with a plurality of grooves 116, the grooves 116 are spaced from each other, and the grooves 116 are formed from the first side wall 111 toward the second side wall 112. The plurality of grooves 116 may be formed from the third side wall 113 toward the fourth side wall 114. It can be understood that a plurality of the strip-shaped grooves 116 are disposed at intervals, and protrusions may be formed between the strip-shaped grooves 116 to support electronic devices. The strip-shaped groove 116 in the embodiment of the application can form a protrusion, so that the electronic equipment can be conveniently carried, and the transmission of light rays is convenient.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, carrier 100 may be provided with a plurality of fasteners 160, such as screws, pins, screws, and the like. The electronic device placed in the receiving groove 130 may be fastened by the plurality of fasteners 160 to prevent the electronic device from sliding, moving, shaking, falling, etc.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the carrier 100 may have a plurality of fixing holes 170, and the fixing holes 170 may be used for placing fixing members, such as screws, so as to fix other components to fasten the electronic device. For example, a plurality of fastening holes 170 may be disposed on the sidewall 120, such as on both sides of the first notch 1131 and both sides of the second notch 1141.
The detection device of the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail above. The principles and implementations of the present application are described herein using specific examples, which are presented only to aid in understanding the present application. Meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
Claims (11)
1. A carrier for carrying an electronic device, comprising:
the inner surface of the bottom wall is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped grooves which are arranged at intervals, a bulge is formed between every two adjacent strip-shaped grooves, and the strip-shaped grooves are convenient for light transmission;
the side wall is arranged around the periphery of the bottom wall to form a receiving groove, the receiving groove is used for placing electronic equipment, the inner surface of the side wall is obliquely arranged relative to the bottom wall to form an inclined part, the inclined part and the bottom wall form an included angle which is larger than zero degree and smaller than 90 degrees, and the inclined part is positioned on the inner surface of the side wall; and
the reflector is arranged on the inclined part and used for reflecting the received light to the outside of the bearing body so as to detect the electronic equipment;
wherein the plurality of strip-shaped grooves are formed at least from the side wall provided with the inclined part towards the direction of the side wall opposite to the side wall;
when the accommodating groove accommodates an electronic device, the reflector is located on the outer side of the periphery of the electronic device.
2. The carrier of claim 1, wherein the side walls include a first side wall and a second side wall, an inner surface of the first side wall being disposed obliquely relative to the bottom wall to form a first angled portion, an inner surface of the second side wall being disposed obliquely relative to the bottom wall to form a second angled portion, the retroreflective sheeting including a first retroreflective sheeting disposed at the first angled portion and a second retroreflective sheeting disposed at the second angled portion.
3. The carrier of claim 2, wherein the side wall comprises a third side wall disposed between the first side wall and the second side wall, an inner surface of the third side wall being obliquely disposed relative to the bottom wall to form a third angled portion, the retroreflective sheeting comprising a third retroreflective sheeting disposed at the third angled portion.
4. The carrier of claim 2, wherein the first sidewall and the second sidewall are oppositely disposed.
5. The carrier as in claim 4, wherein the sidewalls include a third sidewall and a fourth sidewall disposed opposite each other, the third sidewall and the fourth sidewall being disposed between the first sidewall and the second sidewall, respectively, the first sidewall having a length less than the third sidewall and the fourth sidewall, the second sidewall having a length less than the third sidewall and the fourth sidewall.
6. The carrier as in claim 5, wherein the third side wall is provided with a first notch and the fourth side wall is provided with a second notch, the first notch and the second notch being oppositely disposed.
7. The carrier of claim 5, wherein the interior surface of the third side wall is obliquely disposed relative to the bottom wall to form a third angled portion, and the interior surface of the fourth side wall is obliquely disposed relative to the bottom wall to form a fourth angled portion, the retroreflective sheeting including a third retroreflective sheeting disposed at the third angled portion and a fourth retroreflective sheeting disposed at the fourth angled portion.
8. The carrier of claim 5, wherein the plurality of grooves are formed from the first sidewall toward the second sidewall.
9. The carrier of claim 4, wherein the first angled portion and the bottom wall form an angle equal to the angle formed by the second angled portion and the bottom wall.
10. The carrier of any of claims 1 to 9, wherein the angled portion and the bottom wall form an included angle of greater than 30 degrees and less than 60 degrees.
11. A detection apparatus of an electronic device, for detecting the electronic device, comprising:
a carrier as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10; and
the camera module is arranged above the bearing body and used for collecting images of the position of the bearing body.
