The sales terminal of the enterprise 16 scans and obtains the information of the one-dimensional code B22 or the two-dimensional code B32 pasted 23 on the commodity 1, or on the inner package of the commodity 1, or on the outer package of the commodity 1 by using a reader-writer device thereof, and the activation code is attached by the sales terminal of the enterprise 16 and reported to the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16, or the sales terminal of the enterprise 16 reports the activation code attached to the one-dimensional code B22 or the two-dimensional code B32 pasted 23 on the merchandise item 1 to the computer server 13 using a computer, when the computer server 13 matches it with the one-dimensional code B22 or the two-dimensional code B32 of the merchandise 1 stored in the computer server 13 and the attached activation code, the function of the test and authentication service of the computer server 13 is activated, and the computer server 13 fulfills the test and authentication service of the item 1. The activation code attached to the point-of-sale terminal when reported together is that which the enterprise 16 notifies the point-of-sale terminal when sending the merchandise 1 to the point-of-sale terminal.
The activation code is either a character string, or the identification code of the reader/writer device used by the sales terminal set by the enterprise 16 is an activation code appended to a batch of the one-dimensional code B22 or the two-dimensional code B32 stored in the computer server 13. In the process of selling the commodities of the registered trademark, there is a problem of sales management of the enterprise 16 for preventing the channel conflict, for example, the enterprise 16 sends a batch of the commodities 1 to a certain sales terminal of a sales network of the enterprise, and the sales terminal verifies and activates the detection and authentication service function of the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 on the commodities 1 one by using an activation code attached to the one-dimensional code B22 or the two-dimensional code B32 of the batch of the commodities 1 which the enterprise knows and stores in the computer server 13, so that the commodities 1 of the batch enter a to-be-sold state, the sales of the channel conflict commodities are restricted, and a lawless person cannot steal the detection and authentication authority of the commodities 1 in the logistics link of the commodities 1. Compared with the prior anti-counterfeiting technology which only allows the consumer 4 to distinguish whether the goods are the channel conflict goods, the technical scheme of the invention has better implementation effect, especially controls the problems that the inside people participate in the operation and the goods counterfeit registered trademarks are sold in a genuine goods selling channel in a mixed way, and further compresses the operable space for the anti-counterfeiting label imitating the genuine goods anti-counterfeiting information to sell the goods counterfeited with the registered trademarks. For example, restaurants in the sale of wine commodities and four-S shops in the sale of automobile accessories are all locked by the computer server 13 with the anti-counterfeiting information of the anti-counterfeiting labels 2 corresponding to the commodities 1 in the incoming goods of the retail households, so that the anti-counterfeiting information of the commodities 1 can only flow directionally through the retail households. The technical scheme of the invention improves the anti-counterfeiting technical scheme in the prior art from a new angle, and especially plays a very good restriction effect against two stubborn diseases that inside people participate in the selling process of commodities with counterfeit registered trademarks mixed in a genuine commodity selling channel. Particularly, two new anti-counterfeiting control means are added in the control means of the existing anti-counterfeiting technology, one new means is to verify an activation code, and the other new means is to hand over the anti-counterfeiting detection authentication authority of the commodity 1 to the consumer 4 in a one-to-one and oriented handover mode, so that the anti-counterfeiting measures are rigorous and reliable. In each embodiment of the technical solution of the present invention, the two measures may be applied separately or together, and are not described in detail in each embodiment.
The consumer 4 who purchases 5 the commodity 1 may store the commodity 1 for a period of time and then use the commodity, and may need to check the authentication commodity 1 on the spot where the commodity 1 is used, and may give away others or trade the commodity 1 with others, so that there is a problem that the consumer 4 needs to delay checking the authentication commodity 1, or/and a new owner of the commodity 1 needs to check whether the commodity 1 is a genuine registered trademark commodity or a fake registered trademark commodity, and the technical scheme of the present invention successfully solves the problems. The technical scheme of the invention extends the time limit of the anti-counterfeiting service of the enterprise 16 and expands the anti-counterfeiting service range to a new property right owner who can transfer the property right of the commodity 1 by the consumer 4, and sets a vulnerability which can be used by the commodity imitating the registered trademark and is prevented from being blocked in a step-by-step manner, thereby exceeding the application effect of the existing anti-counterfeiting technology. The transaction process of the commodity 1 is no longer just a payment in the traditional sense, and the enterprise 16 producing or/and selling registered trademarked commodities provides the consumer 4 with the handover of the detection authentication authority that the commodity 1 is a genuine product guarantee, and is a long-term guarantee of brand reputation as well as new content of brand services of the enterprise 16. The technical scheme of the invention is realistic, novel and creative.
The wechat tools 39 in the embodiments of the present invention include internet tools such as APP, wechat applet, etc. having a function of detecting the genuine product of the registered trademark; the WeChat tool login account is a WeChat account or a micro signal, or a login number which reflects the identity of the consumer 4 on an applet or an APP; the mobile phone number of the smart phone type device 9 in each embodiment of the technical scheme of the present invention includes identity information embodied by the smart phone type device 9 on which the SIMeID sticker card is mounted. The two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting label in each embodiment of the technical scheme comprises a three-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting label developed on the basis of a two-dimensional code technology. The RFID anti-counterfeit labels in the embodiments of the technical scheme of the invention comprise anti-counterfeit labels containing chips, such as NFC anti-counterfeit labels.
Fourth embodiment
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a structural relationship of an anti-counterfeit label for detecting and authenticating a genuine commodity of a registered trademark based on the internet.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an RFID anti-counterfeit label, which includes an RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 mounted 6 on a piece of merchandise 1, wherein an ID code representing the merchandise 1 in the RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 is unique, and a computer server 13 of an enterprise 16 that produces and/or sells a registered trademark merchandise adds an activation code to the ID code of the RFID anti-counterfeit label stored in the computer server 13 of the merchandise 1 that is distributed and sold in batches. The activation codes are determined by the enterprise 16 for batch commodities 1 according to anti-counterfeiting or/and management requirements, and each activation code is corresponding to the ID code in the RFID anti-counterfeiting label 2 of the commodity 1 in the batch. The sales terminal of the enterprise 16 uses a reader-writer device to read the RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 on the commodity 1 and then attaches an activation code to the ID code of the RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 to be reported to the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 which produces or/and sells the registered trademark commodity, or uses a computer to attach an activation code to the ID code in the RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 of the commodity 1 to be reported to the computer server 13, and when the ID code and the additional corresponding activation code of the commodity 1 stored in the computer server 13 are compared with the ID code and the activation code of the RFID anti-counterfeit label on the commodity 1 reported by the sales terminal of the enterprise 16 and matched with each other, the computer server 13 is activated to perform the detection and identification service function of the commodity 1 and perform the detection and identification service of the commodity 1. The activation code reported by the point-of-sale terminal together is the activation code of the ID code corresponding to the merchandise 1 that the enterprise 16 notifies the point-of-sale terminal when sending the merchandise 1 to the point-of-sale terminal. Optionally, the activation code reported by the sales terminal is an identification code of a reader-writer device used by the sales terminal, or the reader-writer device used by the sales terminal of the enterprise 16 is a smart phone, and the activation code is a phone number of the smart phone.
The RFID anti-counterfeiting label in the prior art has the advantages of obvious effect, convenient and fast realization of non-contact detection and identification, but the RFID anti-counterfeiting label is also an anti-counterfeiting loophole. In the logistics process of commodity 1, firstly, detection and authentication are not needed in a contact manner, so that false detection is possible, and secondly, a counterfeiter carrying the detection and authentication may be given opportunity to some people who make the detection and authentication of the subscriber identity module, so that the authority of detection and authentication on commodity 1 is easily stolen illegally. After a consumer 4 purchases 5 an article 1, the article 1 is under the control of the consumer 4, the consumer 4 legally is an applicant who first detects the article 1 and makes an authentication request to the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 which produces or/and sells a registered trademark article, or a detection authenticator which is entrusted by the consumer 4, and the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 fulfills detection and authentication services for the article 1 once or repeatedly for a smartphone-like device 9 which first detects and authenticates the mobile phone number of the article 1 or a wechat-like tool 39 which registers an account number of the wechat-like tool. The technical scheme of the embodiment excludes the permission of detecting and authenticating the commodity 1 by the smart phone device 9 of other mobile phone numbers except the mobile phone number or the micro-message tool 39 of other micro-message tool login accounts except the micro-message tool login account, which are used for detecting and submitting the authentication request for the first time, so that even the commodity of a fake registered trademark sold by imitating the anti-counterfeiting information of the anti-counterfeiting label 2 of the commodity 1 cannot obtain the detection and authentication conclusion of the fake commodity from the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 for producing or/and selling the commodity of the registered trademark.
The technical scheme of this embodiment ensures that after the sales terminal of the enterprise 16 is handed over to the consumer 4 and the commodity 1, the consumer 4 obtains the legal authority for detecting and authenticating the commodity 1, and is exclusive, so that the counterfeiting of commodities imitating registered trademarks and applying anti-counterfeiting information of anti-counterfeiting labels of genuine commodities are further restricted to obtain the authentication conclusion that the computer server 13 gives to genuine commodities. The fourth, fifth and sixth embodiments of the technical scheme of the invention are a program for verifying the activation code and an operation program for handing over the detection and authentication authority of the commodity 1, and the technical scheme of the invention has practicability and feasibility, and is novel and creative compared with the existing anti-counterfeiting technical scheme.
Seventh embodiment
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a structural relationship of an anti-counterfeit label for detecting and authenticating a genuine commodity of a registered trademark based on the internet.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides an anti-counterfeit label, which includes a two-dimensional code anti-counterfeit label 2 mounted 6 on a piece of merchandise 1, or an anti-counterfeit label 2 printed with the same two-dimensional code is further mounted 6 on a package of the merchandise 1, and two-dimensional code information representing the merchandise 1 on the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeit label 2 is unique. The two-dimensional code information of the commodity 1 stored in the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 for producing or/and selling the registered trademark commodity is added with the activation codes, the activation codes are determined by the enterprise 16 for the commodity 1 in batches according to the anti-counterfeiting or/and management requirements, and each activation code has a corresponding relation with the two-dimensional code information in the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting label 2 of the commodity 1 in the batch. The sales terminal of the enterprise 16 scans the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeit label 2 on the commodity 1 or on the package of the commodity 1 by using a reader-writer device thereof to obtain the two-dimensional code information and attaches an activation code to report to the computer server 13, or uses a computer to attach an activation code to the two-dimensional code information of the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeit label 2 on the commodity 1 and report to the computer server 13, wherein the activation code that is reported by the sales terminal is the activation code that is notified to the sales terminal by the enterprise 16 when the commodity 1 is sent to the sales terminal and corresponds to the two-dimensional code information of the commodity 1. The computer server 13 is activated when the two-dimensional code information of the commodity 1 stored in the computer server 13 and the attached activation code are compared and matched with the two-dimensional code information and the activation code of the commodity 1 reported together by the sales terminal, so as to perform the detection and authentication service on the commodity 1. Optionally, the activation code reported by the sales terminal is an identification code of a reader-writer device used by the sales terminal.
Optionally, when the consumer 4 detects and authenticates the article 1 for the first time, the computer server 13 records or/and memorizes the mobile phone number of the smartphone-type device 9 or the wechat-type tool login account 39 used by the consumer 4 to scan the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeit label 2 on the article 1 or on the package of the article 1 and report the two-dimensional code information to the computer server 13, so that the computer server 13 performs the detection and authentication service on the article 1 one or more times for the smartphone-type device 9 having the mobile phone number of the consumer 4 with the detection and authentication authority or the wechat-type tool 39 of the wechat-type tool login account.
Alternatively, when the consumer 4 purchases 5 the product 1, the sales terminal of the enterprise 16 inputs the mobile phone number of the smart phone device 9 of the consumer 4 or the WeChat tool login account number of the WeChat tool 39 of the consumer 4 by using the reader-writer device or the computer of the computer server 13, the computer server 13 records or/and memorizes the smartphone-like device 9 of the mobile phone number of the consumer 4 having the detection authentication authority or the wechat facility 39 of the wechat facility login account number, so that the computer server 13 fulfills the detection and authentication service of the item 1 once or repeatedly for a plurality of times for the smartphone-like device 9 of the mobile phone number of the consumer 4 or the wechat-like tool 39 of the wechat-like tool login account.
Optionally, the computer server 13 receives and agrees to apply for changing the mobile phone number of the smart phone device 9 to be a new mobile phone number or for changing the wechat tool login account number of the wechat tool 39 to be a new wechat tool login account number proposed by the consumer 4, the computer server 13 records or/and memorizes the above change proposed by the consumer 4, and performs detection and authentication service on the item 1 once or repeatedly for the smart phone device 9 with the new mobile phone number having detection and authentication authority or the wechat tool 39 with the new wechat tool login account number. The technical solution of this embodiment has such applications in the embodiments of the present invention, and is not described in detail in each embodiment.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, through the program of verifying the activation code by the sales terminal of the enterprise 16 and the permission of detection and identification of the commodity 1 to the consumer 4 or the consumer 4 to continue handing over the new property owner of the commodity 1 in a one-to-one and directional handing-over mode, the problems in the real anti-counterfeiting technologies are solved: 1. the commodity 1 provided with 6 the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting label 2 or the RFID anti-counterfeiting label 2 is stolen with two-dimensional code information or an ID code counterfeit anti-counterfeiting label in the logistics process to sell commodities imitating registered trademarks, but the two-dimensional code information or the ID code counterfeit anti-counterfeiting label 2 of the commodity 1 is verified without an activation code, so that the detection and identification service of the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 producing or/and selling the commodities imitating registered trademarks cannot be obtained; 2. the commodity 1 sold by channel conflict has no corresponding activation code to provide the detection and identification service which can not be verified by the computer server 13, and if the enterprise 16 uses the identification code of the reader-writer equipment of each sales terminal as the activation code for verification, the sale of the channel conflict commodity is limited; 3. even if the insiders of the enterprise 16 grasp the two-dimensional code information of the two-dimensional code antifalsification label 2 of the commodity 1 or the ID code of the RFID antifalsification label 2 and the corresponding activation code information, selling the commodities imitating the registered trademark by the anti-counterfeiting label imitating the anti-counterfeiting information of the genuine commodities and obtaining the identification conclusion that the computer server 13 replies the commodities imitating the registered trademark, the genuine commodities of the commodities 1 stolen with the two-dimensional code information or the ID code cannot be identified and replied by the computer server 13 to the identification conclusion that the commodities 1 are the commodities imitating the registered trademark, the genuine product 1 cannot be sold, or the computer server 13 finds out the commodities with the same anti-counterfeiting information and fake registered trademarks in the early stage from the big data in the process of deceiving and selling the genuine product 1, and the commodities are sold on the market and traced back to the party who manufactures and sells the fake; 4. after an individual consumer 4 purchases 5 a commodity 1, the two-dimensional code information or ID code of the commodity 1 is illegally provided without detection and identification by the consumer 4, and the fake registered trademark is sold by a fake producer, since the sales fraud is a profit that must be maintained in a certain amount, the "consumer 4" providing the true two-dimensional code information or the true ID code and the distributed receivers of the commodities of the counterfeit registered trademark need to transfer the authority of detection authentication by the smartphone-like device 9 or the wechat-like tool 39 of the mobile phone number of the few sales fraud users to the login account number, the smartphone device 9 or the WeChat tool 39 of the abnormal cell phone number registered in the account is attacked by the report of the receiver of the commodity imitating the registered trademark or by the abnormal cell phone number found in the big data calculated by the computer server 13. In the technical scheme of the invention, the reason that the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 does not fulfill the service of detecting and authenticating the commodity 1 for the smartphone-like device 9 without the mobile phone number of the detection and authentication authority or the wechat-like tool 39 of the wechat-like tool login account number is that the enterprise 16 does not have the obligation and need to have the detection and authentication service for anyone other than the consumer 4 who purchases 5 the commodity 1, that is to say, the enterprise 16 does not need to fulfill the detection and authentication service for the requirement of detecting and authenticating the commodity 1 by any person in the market. The technical scheme of the invention has the advantages of solving the problems, verifying the program of the activation code and transferring the operation program of the detection and authentication authority, and has practicability and feasibility.
Optionally, in each embodiment of the technical solution of the present invention, the enterprise 16 sets an operation program for the sales terminal to verify the activation code of the commodity 1 in batch by using a computer, but the verification process needs to be that each commodity 1 activates the detection and authentication service function of the computer server 13 for the commodity 1 through verifying the activation code one by one. Optionally, the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeit label 2 or the RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 in the embodiments of the present application includes information tracing from the raw material to the finished product.
Eighth embodiment

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an anti-counterfeit label, which includes a piece of merchandise 1, and a piece of anti-counterfeit label 2 printed with a two-dimensional code is mounted 6 on the piece of merchandise 1, or a piece of RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 is mounted 6 on the piece of merchandise 1, where two-dimensional code information representing the merchandise 1 on the anti-counterfeit label 2 printed with a two-dimensional code is unique, an ID code representing the merchandise 1 in the RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 is unique, or a piece of anti-counterfeit label 2 printed with the same two-dimensional code is further mounted 6 on a package of the merchandise 1. The computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 that produces or/and sells the registered trademark commodities stores the two-dimensional code information of each commodity 1 and is attached with a different activation code or stores the ID code of each commodity 1 and is attached with a different activation code that the enterprise 16 determines for each commodity 1 due to the need of forgery prevention or/and management. When a consumer 4 purchases 5 the product 1 of the enterprise 16, the enterprise 16 notifies the consumer 4 of a corresponding activation code attached to the two-dimensional code information of the product 1 stored in the computer server 13 or a corresponding activation code attached to the stored ID code of the product 1. The consumer 4 scans and obtains the two-dimensional code information of the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting label 2 on the commodity 1 or the package of the commodity 1 by using the smart phone device 9 with the mobile phone number of the consumer 4 or uses the WeChat tool 39 with the WeChat tool login account number of the consumer 4 to attach the corresponding activation code or read and obtain the ID code of the RFID anti-counterfeiting label 2 on the commodity 1 and attach the corresponding activation code to report to the computer server 13, the computer server 13 compares the two-dimensional code information of the commodity 1 stored in the computer server 13 with the additional corresponding activation code or compares the stored ID code of the commodity 1 with the two-dimensional code information and the activation code of the commodity 1 reported together with the consumer 4 when the two-dimensional code information and the activation code are matched with each other or compares the ID code and the activation code of the commodity 1 reported together with the consumer 4 with each other, the computer server 13 is activated and returns to the consumer 4 an authentication conclusion that the commodity 1 is the genuine commodity of the commodity 1 of the registered trademark of the corresponding brand; the computer server 13 performs detection and authentication service for the item 1 once or repeatedly for a smartphone-like device 9 having the mobile phone number of the consumer 4 with detection and authentication authority or a wechat-like tool 39 of the wechat-like tool login account. The cell phone number of the smart phone device 9 of the consumer 4 or the wechat tool login account number of the wechat tool 39 of the consumer 4 is recorded or/and memorized by the computer server 13 when the consumer 4 scans the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeit label 2 on the commodity 1 or on the package of the commodity 1 or reads the RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 of the commodity 1 with the smart phone device 9 of the cell phone number of the consumer 4 or with the wechat tool 39 of the wechat tool login account number of the consumer and reports the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeit label to the computer server 13 to verify the activation code reported together by the consumer 4. Optionally, the computer server 13 receives and agrees to the customer 4 to apply for the change of the smartphone-like device 9 of the new phone number or the wechat-like tool 39 of the new wechat-like tool login account number transferred to the detection authentication authority, and performs the detection authentication service for the item 1 once or repeatedly for many times.
The technical scheme of the embodiment is simple and clear, is simple and convenient to operate, has reliable detection and identification conclusions, is suitable for being applied to small enterprises 16, is suitable for being applied to direct marketing enterprises 16 sold in a centralized mode, and is suitable for being applied to the enterprises 16 selling commodities 1 through an e-commerce platform.
Ninth embodiment

Optionally, the computer server 13 receives and agrees to the customer 4 to apply for the change of the smartphone-like device 9 of the new phone number or the wechat-like tool 39 of the new wechat-like tool login account number transferred to the detection authentication authority, and performs the detection authentication service for the item 1 once or repeatedly for many times.

The computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 that produces and/or sells the registered trademark product stores therein the two-dimensional code information of the product 1 or stores therein the ID code of the product 1. When the sales terminal of the enterprise 16 sells the commodity 1, the sales terminal collects 5 a face image of a consumer 4 who purchases the commodity 1, and reports the two-dimensional code information on the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting label 2 of the commodity 1 or the ID code of the RFID anti-counterfeiting label 2 attached with the face image of the consumer 4 to the computer server 13 for archiving, and the computer server 13 performs detection and authentication services on the commodity 1 once or repeatedly for many times aiming at the consumer 4 with detection and authentication authority. When the consumer 4 detects the item 1 and provides the computer server 13 with a certificate identifying whether the item 1 is a genuine item of a registered trademark of a corresponding brand, the consumer 4 is connected with the computer server 13 through the internet and reports that the computer server 13 detects and scans the two-dimensional code information of the two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting label 2 of the commodity 1 or reads the ID code of the RFID anti-counterfeiting label 2 of the commodity 1, the computer server 13 and the human-computer real-time video of the consumer 4 acquire the human face image of the consumer 4 in the human-computer real-time video, and compares the two-dimension code information or ID code of the consumer 4 and the corresponding commodity 1 with the stored face image file of the consumer 4, the computer server 13 replies to the consumer 4 that the item 1 is the genuine item of the registered brand. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the elements of face image recognition of the present embodiment may be modified into iris recognition elements, fingerprint recognition elements or equivalent substitutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. The embodiment of the scheme of the invention has practicability. Compared with the prior anti-counterfeiting technology, the anti-counterfeiting method has novelty and creativity.
Eleventh embodiment
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for detecting and authenticating the genuine goods of the registered trademark by the anti-counterfeit label based on the internet.
In order to achieve the above object, as shown in fig. 3, the present invention also provides a method for detecting whether an authenticated commodity 1 is a registered trademark genuine commodity based on the internet, which is adapted to detect whether the authenticated commodity 1 is the registered trademark genuine commodity using an antifalsification label 2. The method comprises the steps that an anti-counterfeit label 2 printed with a two-dimensional code is installed 6 on a commodity 1, two-dimensional code information representing the commodity 1 on the anti-counterfeit label 2 printed with the two-dimensional code is unique, or an RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 is installed 6 on the commodity 1, and an ID code representing the commodity 1 in the RFID anti-counterfeit label 2 is unique. The method comprises that an enterprise 16 producing or/and selling registered trademark commodities or a selling terminal of the enterprise 16 hands over the authority of detecting and authenticating the commodities 1 when selling the commodities 1 to a consumer 4, and the enterprise 16 and the consumer 4 cooperate to detect whether the commodities 1 are authentic registered trademark commodities by using an anti-counterfeiting label 2. The method also comprises the steps that a website 12 which is used for a company 16 which produces or/and sells the commodities of the registered trademark to detect and authenticate the commodities of the registered trademark by cooperating with a consumer 4 through an anti-counterfeiting label 2 is arranged on the Internet, the company 16 which produces or/and sells the commodities of the registered trademark uses a computer server 13 which is used for detecting and authenticating 17 to join 14 the website 12 into the website 12 through an interface on the Internet, and the website 12 conducts access checking and clearance on the company 16 which produces or/and sells the commodities of the registered trademark and is to join 14 the website 12 according to the registered trademark which is authoritative in China or/and commodity quality management or/and information published by a supervision department. The consumer 4 operates 8 the smart phone device 9 or the WeChat tool 39 to log 11 on the website 12 on the Internet, and the end-to-end direct connection 15 is realized, wherein the consumer 4 and the enterprise 16 which produces or/and sells the commodities with the corresponding brand registered trademarks can detect and authenticate the information of the commodity 1 and communicate with each other instantly on the Internet. The website 12 does not participate in the detection and identification of whether the commodity 1 is the genuine commodity of the registered trademark, the website 12 does not have the function of detection and identification, the enterprise 16 producing or/and selling the commodity of the registered trademark cooperates with the consumer 4 to detect the activity of identifying the genuine commodity of the registered trademark by using the anti-counterfeiting label 2 and does not perform on the website 12, and the interface of the computer server 13 for anti-counterfeiting detection and identification by using one registered trademark of 17 for the connection of the computer server for anti-counterfeiting detection and identification 13 with the consumer 4 on the website 12 to perform the connection of the interface for detecting and identifying information communication connection consists of one or more different language characters. On the internet, the web sites 12 are arranged in categories according to categories of goods, such as automobile parts, electric tools, clothes, cosmetics, medicines, seeds, foods and others, or in detailed subclasses, such as cigarettes, teas, handbags, men's clothing, shoes and others; the internal structure of the website 12 is one layer or multiple layers, and the multiple layers of structures are that small categories are subdivided layer by layer in large categories of commodities; the website 12 for classifying commodities is provided with an interface of the computer server 13 for anti-counterfeiting detection and identification of the enterprise 16 for producing or/and selling the commodities of the registered trademark of the category name series and the like on the internet, so that the consumer 4 can conveniently and quickly seek and connect the computer server 13 for detecting and identifying the commodity 1 of the enterprise 16 for producing or/and selling the commodities of the corresponding registered trademark of the brand.
The website 12 in the technical solution of this embodiment is beneficial to the consumer 4 not to be confused or misled, and the website 12 plays a very correct and very convenient guiding role for the consumer 4. The website 12 does not have a function of detecting and authenticating whether or not the product 1 is a genuine product of a registered trademark, nor does the website 12 detect and authenticate whether or not the product 1 is a genuine product of a registered trademark. Optionally, the enterprises 16 joining the website 12 that produce or/and sell the registered trademark commodities use a common software tool for detecting and identifying the genuine registered trademark commodities by using an anti-counterfeit label, which is very beneficial to installing limited anti-counterfeit detection and identification programs in the smart phone type devices 9 or the WeChat type tools 39 of the consumers 4, and is beneficial to the convenient and skilled use of the consumers 4. The technical scheme of the method for detecting and identifying the genuine commodities of the registered trademarks based on the Internet is practical, novel and creative.
Twelfth embodiment
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for detecting and authenticating the genuine goods of the registered trademark by the anti-counterfeit label based on the internet.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for detecting and authenticating the genuine product of the registered trademark based on the internet further includes: the website 12 sets a threshold for joining 14, and when an enterprise 16, which investigates and checks before joining 14 or after being reported, confirms that goods of registered trademark are produced or/and sold, has a wrong competitive behavior suspicion listed in the wrong competitive law (there is a wrong competitive behavior suspicion of the second chapter of the revised version of the 2017 republic of the people's republic of China), an interface for connecting and communicating the computer server 13 and the consumer 4 must not join 14 the website 12 temporarily or quit the website 12 temporarily.
The unique name, package and decoration of the commodity of the known registered trademark are the result of creative labor, and in the using process, the manpower and financial resources are put into propaganda to ensure that the common commodity becomes the known commodity. The method is characterized in that an agent (enterprise or individual) uses names, packages and decorations similar to commodities of known registered trademarks to confuse the commodities of the known registered trademarks, purchasers mistakenly think the commodities of the known registered trademarks to form illegal competitive behaviors, and the method aims to promote own commodities or obtain other illegal benefits by utilizing good commodity reputation and popularity of the commodities of the known registered trademarks, and comprises behaviors of guiding consumers to mistakenly think the commodities of other people by confusing famous marks, quality certification, origin, registered trademarks, production or/and sales enterprise names. It is a reality in the market that several confusing actions are always generated around many goods known as registered trademarks, and other actions that may cause misunderstanding by consumers. However, the effects of the investigation and legal action of the confusion behavior are mostly not ideal, so that the pursuit of the confusion behavior for the improper benefit of the actors is the edge-wiping ball which attacks the laws of the policy of counterfeit and shoddy products, and many legal disputes of commodities entangled with famous registered trademarks are continuously appeared. The technical scheme of the embodiment avoids that some enterprises 16 producing or/and selling the commodities of the known brand and registered trademark and/or individuals with confusion behaviors in the website 12 are entangled around the enterprises 16 producing or/and selling the commodities of the known brand and registered trademark to confuse and mislead consumers by complaints of the enterprises 16 producing or/and selling the commodities of the known brand and registered trademark and/or investigation and verification of the website 12 through the investigation program added with the 14 and the improved threshold constraint condition.
An unfair competitive act such as a confusion act is an implicit act of producing and/or selling a commodity that is counterfeit with a registered trademark. In the technical scheme of the embodiment, the website 12 sets a threshold for entering the website 14, an enterprise 16 for carrying out investigation and verification on the products of the registered trademark and/or selling the products has a suspected illegal competitive behavior, so that the online interface of the computer server 13 can not be temporarily connected to the website 14 or temporarily quits the website 12, a firewall is set at the periphery of the consumer 4 and the enterprise 16 for producing or/and selling the products of the brand registered trademark, the consumer 4 can successfully detect and identify the true products of the registered trademark, and the phenomenon that the consumer 4 is confused and misled to detect and identify is reduced.
Thirteenth embodiment
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for detecting and authenticating the genuine goods of the registered trademark by the anti-counterfeit label based on the internet.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for detecting and authenticating the genuine product of the registered trademark based on the internet further includes: the websites 12 set for categorizing commodities on the internet are grouped into a comprehensive website for detecting and identifying the genuine commodities of the registered trademarks by an enterprise 16 serving for producing or/and selling the commodities of the registered trademarks by using an anti-counterfeit label 2, and the websites 12 set for categorizing commodities are listed as sub-websites of the comprehensive website. The website 12 and the comprehensive big website are provided with connection interfaces of different languages and are mutually connected, and the computer server 13 of the enterprise 16 for producing or/and selling the commodities with registered trademarks is also provided with connection interfaces of different languages and characters connected with the website 12 on the internet.
