Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米SiO2改性醇酸树脂,由以下质量份的原料组成:酯化催化剂8‑10份、脂肪酸1‑3份、有机酸酐1‑3份、间苯二甲酸10‑20份、二元醇1‑3份、中和剂1‑3份、六羟甲基三聚氰0.1‑0.7份、去离子水20‑80份、油酸2‑10份、新戊二醇6‑16份、山梨糖醇单油酸酯1‑9份、油溶性表面活性剂OSP100‑120份、磺酸钙5‑8份、单酸甘油酯15‑25份。本发明制得的一种纳米SiO2改性醇酸树脂,贮存稳定性好,该纳米复合树脂制成的涂层具有优异的硬度、耐磨性、抗刮伤性、抗紫外线和耐老化性,而不影响树脂的透明性和相容性;广泛应用于木器、金属、塑料等制品的表面涂装与保护。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种纳米SiO2改性醇酸树脂。
背景技术
近几年,为了满足不同的性能要求,改性醇酸树脂的品种增多,有松香、苯乙烯、丙烯酸、有机硅等改性的醇酸树脂;由于醇酸树脂存在硬度、耐磨性、耐老化性、干燥速度慢、耐久性、耐水性等诸多缺陷。
而纳米改性的复合树脂涂覆层能提高涂料的耐老化性、抗刮伤性、耐磨性、耐UV性等,但将纳米粒子直接共混添加到树脂中,纳米粒子容易发生团聚与析出,树脂粘度增大,透明性差,无法制备稳定的纳米粒子改性的树脂;若在树脂中加入经过表面改性的纳米粒子,由于有外加助剂存在,影响树脂性能下降。
CN1554689A 公开了一种提高水性醇酸树脂性能的方法,醇酸树脂直接分散在含至少一种无机纳米粒子的含水分散液中制备纳米微粒改性水性醇酸树脂,或聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂直接分散在含至少一种无机纳米粒子的含水分散液中制备纳米微粒改性水性聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂;纳米微粒指金属氧化物、金属盐以及半金属和非金属化合物或它们的复合物。但该发明是直接将纳米粒子或改性后的纳米粒子外添加法直接分散到树脂中,纳米粒子容易发生团聚与析出,造成树脂粘度增大,树脂的贮存稳定性差,透明性下降。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种纳米SiO2改性醇酸树脂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种纳米SiO2改性醇酸树脂,其创新点在于:由以下质量份的原料组成:酯化催化剂8-10份、脂肪酸1-3份、有机酸酐1-3份、间苯二甲酸10-20份、二元醇1-3份、中和剂1-3份、六羟甲基三聚氰0.1-0.7份、去离子水20-80份、油酸2-10份、新戊二醇6-16份、山梨糖醇单油酸酯1-9份、油溶性表面活性剂OSP100-120份、磺酸钙5-8份、单酸甘油酯15-25份。

一种纳米SiO2改性醇酸树脂,由以下质量份的原料组成:酯化催化剂9份、脂肪酸2份、有机酸酐2份、间苯二甲酸15份、二元醇2份、中和剂2份、六羟甲基三聚氰0.6份、去离子水50份、油酸6份、新戊二醇11份、山梨糖醇单油酸酯5份、油溶性表面活性剂OSP110份、磺酸钙7份、单酸甘油酯20份。
本发明提供的复合二元醇适用于一级乳化工艺的乳化炸药的制备,制得的乳化炸药贮存稳定,爆炸性能优良。
