As shown in fig. 5, when the plastic body 1 and the lower cover 2 are welded, one flash collector 12 is respectively arranged at the left and right outer sides of the welding seam according to the specification of the welding end face, so that flash is ensured to be collected in the collector and not to overflow out of the collector. Preferably, the collection amount of each flash collector 12 is not less than the normal flash amount during welding, and the gap between the flash collector 12 and the outer side wall of the welding rib 11 is 0.5mm ± 0.1mm.
