and if the background mode selected by the user is the real-time road condition mode, the display unit displays the navigation information by taking the data acquired from the camera as the background.
13. The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the presentation unit is further configured to present the navigation information using map data as a background if the background mode selected by the user is a map mode.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
the condition judging unit is used for judging whether the map background display condition or the real-time road condition display condition is met or not if the background mode selected by the user is the automatic switching mode;
the display unit displays the navigation information by taking the map data as a background when the display unit meets the map background display condition; and when the real-time road condition showing conditions are met, showing the navigation information by taking the data acquired from the camera as a background.
15. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
the condition judging unit is used for judging whether the map background display condition or the real-time road condition display condition is met;
the display unit displays the navigation information by taking the map data as a background when the display unit meets the map background display condition; and when the real-time road condition showing condition is met, the navigation information is shown by taking the data acquired from the camera as a background.
16. The apparatus according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the map background presentation condition includes:
detecting that the equipment where the navigation client is located is in a flat-laying posture; or,
detecting that the movement speed of equipment where a navigation client is located is less than a preset threshold value within a preset duration; or,
detecting that the position information of the equipment where the navigation client is located changes, but the change degree of the data of the camera in the preset duration is smaller than a preset threshold value.
17. The apparatus according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the real-time traffic status presenting condition comprises:
detecting that the equipment where the navigation client is located is in an upright posture; or,
detecting that the movement speed of equipment where a navigation client is located is greater than or equal to a preset threshold; or,
and detecting that the position information of the equipment where the navigation client is positioned changes and the change degree of the data of the camera is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value.
18. The apparatus according to any one of claims 10 to 17, wherein the presentation unit, when presenting the navigation information using data acquired from a camera as a background, specifically performs:
replacing the map layer where the map background data are located with data acquired by a camera; or,
taking data acquired by a camera as a background layer, and setting the layer where the map data is located as transparent; or,
taking data acquired by a camera as a background layer, and only displaying navigation information on the background layer; or,
and taking data acquired by a camera as a background layer, and only showing navigation information and map elements related to a route contained in the navigation information on the background layer.
