Claims (9)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES: 1 - "SISTEMA DE REDE SEGURA EM MALHA PARA COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS", se refere a uma arquitetura de rede conectável a qualquer tecnologia contendo quatro componentes principais, rede base, controlador de rede, NFP (Network Function Provider) e um nó especial de interconexão, com um ou mais rádios, com capacidade de gerenciar e atuar em outros equipamentos conectáveis, permitindo a alavancagem operacional com aproveitamento da própria rede, caracterizada por virtualizar outras redes em malha, inteligente, proprietária, altamente interconectada e gerenciada de forma semiautônoma através do respectivo nó que contém o NFP e permitir que aplicações sejam criadas a partir de sua configuração por software.
- 2 - "SISTEMA DE REDE SEGURA EM MALHA PARA COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, se refere a uma arquitetura de rede conectável a qualquer tecnologia permitir através do nó com NFP a virtualização de redes com a criação de aplicações complexas que podem ser executadas nessas plataformas caracterizada por sua arquitetura conter a rede base, constituída pela a rede "de baixo" utiizada como infraestrutura de rede para se criar a rede virtualizada e ter endereçamento fim-a-fim de todos os nós e suportar entrega de datagramas/pacotes.
- 3 - "SISTEMA DE REDE SEGURA EM MALHA PARA COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, se refere a uma arquitetura de rede conectável a qualquer tecnologia permitir através do nó com NFP a virtualização de redes com a criação de aplicações complexas que podem ser executadas nessas plataformas caracterizada por com a dita arquitetura virtualizar a mesma tecnologia sobre ela mesma.
- 4 - "SISTEMA DE REDE SEGURA EM MALHA PARA COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, se refere a uma arquitetura de rede conectável a qualquer tecnologia permitir através do nó com NFP a virtualização de redes com a criação de aplicações complexas que podem ser executadas nessas plataformas caracterizada por com a dita arquitetura para criar uma rede virtual sem fio sobre uma rede base sem fio ou não.
- - "SISTEMA DE REDE SEGURA EM MALHA PARA COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, se refere a uma arquitetura de rede conectável a qualquer tecnologia permitir através do nó com NFP a virtualização de redes com a criação de aplicações complexas que podem ser executadas nessas plataformas caracterizada por executar no próprio gateway, nó ou em servidor que orquestra, configura e controla todos os nós da rede, mudança de parâmetros de rádio e de comunicação de um nó que está fazendo a ponte entre a rede virtualizada e a rede base.
- 6 - "SISTEMA DE REDE SEGURA EM MALHA PARA COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, se refere a uma arquitetura de rede conectável a qualquer tecnologia permitir a criação de aplicações cada vez mais complexas que podem ser executadas nessas plataformas, caracterizada pela arquitetura conter controlador de rede que se comunica e coordena todos os NFPs que rodam nos nós especiais da rede virtual podendo ser o controlador ser executado em qualquer nó, seja na rede base ou em nuvem.
- 7 - "SISTEMA DE REDE SEGURA EM MALHA PARA COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, se refere a uma arquitetura de rede conectável a qualquer tecnologia permitir a criação de aplicações cada vez mais complexas que podem ser executadas nessas plataformas, caracterizada pela arquitetura conter a executar o NFP (Network Function Provider) que se comunica com O controlador da rede e troca informações de controle e dados trafegados em um ou mais rádios presentes no nó, podendo também as tecnologias da rede base e da rede virtualizada serem executadas no mesmo rádio ou a tecnologia ser virtualizada sobre ela mesma.
- 8 - "SISTEMA DE REDE SEGURA EM MALHA PARA COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, se refere a uma arquitetura de rede conectável a qualquer tecnologia permitir a criação de aplicações cada vez mais complexas que podem ser executadas nessas plataformas, caracterizada por ser o dito nó um componente físico da rede de interconexão especial, com um ou mais rádios, que executa o NFP e suporta mais de uma tecnologia de comunicação sem fio e aplicações que exportam funcionalidades para um programa remoto.9 - "SISTEMA DE REDE SEGURA EM MALHA PARA COMPARTILHAMENTO DE DADOS", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, se refere a uma arquitetura de rede conectável a qualquer tecnologia caracterizado por através do NFP ser acoplado a qualquer outro aparelho que demande uma ação, tais como, leitura de consumo, corte, de energia, água, gás, desligamento e religamento de um semáforo, corte e religamento do fornecimento de água em um determinado local (edifício, indústria, quarteirão, região e/ou etc., mais especificamente se trata de dispositivo eletrônico dotado de fonte de alimentação.3B 3A 4A 2Bg 2A 4B 5A 1A Nos 5B Mi 5C / / [| À 1 ” he 3 5 2 28 3c3 3p4D 4
