Este é um produto relacionado a acessórios térmicos para garrafas e latas de bebidas em geral. Refere-se o presente pedido de patente de invenção a um inédito processo (1) para produção de envelopamento térmico (2), cujo diferencial é ser um envelopamento térmico (2) incorporado a uma garrafa de bebida (G), assim como uma lata de bebida (L). Em suma, a presente invenção objetiva propor ao mercado um envelopamento térmico (2) capaz de manter a temperatura da garrafa de bebida (G) e lata de bebida (L), próxima de -6º, mesmo após a abertura delas, assim como, manter as garrafas envazadas por azeite (A) e garrafa de vinho (V), dentre outros, longe da luz, preservando o sabor do produto.

O “PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE ENVELOPAMENTO TÉRMICO INCORPORADO EM GARRAS E LATAS DE BEBIDAS E PRODUTO OBTIDO”, motivo deste requerimento de patente de invenção, refere-se a um processo (1) para a produção de um envelopamento térmico (2), o qual é incorporado ao corpo de uma garrafa de bebida (G), assim como uma lata de bebida (L), conformando um processo (1) compreendido pelas seguintes etapas:

  • - Na etapa (E1) tem-se aplicação de uma camada de poliestireno (3) de 1,5 a 2,0 mm, com cola térmica (4) em sua face interior, sendo sobreposta em uma camada de alumínio (5), em um molde primário (6), que recebe uma temperatura de trabalho ideal, para a fixação da camada de poliestireno (3) sobre a camada de alumínio (5) por meio da cola térmica (4);
  • - Na etapa (E2) um cabeçote de transferência (7) transporta a camada de poliestireno (3) fixada a camada de alumínio (5) por cola térmica (4) para um molde secundário (8), o qual é configurado pelo formato de uma garrafa de bebida (G) de 250, 600 e 1.000 ml, assim como a de uma lata de bebida (L) de 350 ml;
  • - Na etapa (E3), no molde secundário (8) a camada de poliestireno (3) fixada a camada de alumínio (5) recebe a injeção de ar, para se moldar as paredes/ configuração do molde secundário (8), tomando o formato de uma garrafa de bebida (G) de 250, 600 e 1.000 ml, assim como a de uma lata de bebida (L) de 350 ml;
  • - Na etapa (E4) tem-se o processo de extração da camada de poliestireno (3) fixada a camada de alumínio (5), com a forma de uma garrafa de bebida (G) de 250, 600 e 1.000 ml, assim como a de uma lata de bebida (L) de 350 ml;

THE “PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THERMAL ENVELOPMENT INCORPORATED IN CLAWS AND BEVERAGE CANS AND OBTAINED PRODUCT”, reason for this invention patent application, refers to a process (1) for the production of a thermal envelope (2), which is incorporated into the body of a beverage bottle (G), as well as a beverage can (L), forming a process (1) comprising the following steps:
  • - In step (E1) a layer of polystyrene (3) of 1.5 to 2.0 mm is applied, with thermal glue (4) on its inner face, being superimposed on an aluminum layer (5), in a primary mold (6), which receives an ideal working temperature, for fixing the polystyrene layer (3) on the aluminum layer (5) by means of thermal glue (4);
  • - In step (E2) a transfer head (7) transports the polystyrene layer (3) fixed to the aluminum layer (5) by thermal glue (4) to a secondary mold (8), which is configured by the shape of a beverage bottle (G) of 250, 600 and 1,000 ml, as well as a beverage can (L) of 350 ml;
  • - In step (E3), in the secondary mold (8) the polystyrene layer (3) fixed to the aluminum layer (5) receives the injection of air, to mold the walls/configuration of the secondary mold (8), taking the format of a beverage bottle (G) of 250, 600 and 1,000 ml, as well as a beverage can (L) of 350 ml;
  • - In step (E4) there is the process of extracting the polystyrene layer (3) attached to the aluminum layer (5), in the shape of a beverage bottle (G) of 250, 600 and 1,000 ml, as well as that of a beverage can (L) of 350 ml;
  • - In step (E5) there is a pressure mold (10) where the polystyrene layer (3) fixed to the aluminum layer (5) is applied under the body of a beverage bottle (G) of 250, 600 and /or 1,000 ml using thermal glue (9), which receives the ideal working temperature for fixing the polystyrene layer (3) attached to the aluminum layer (5) under the body of the beverage bottle (G) and the can beverage (L), forming a thermal enveloping (2) for both;
  • - In step (E6) there is the extraction of the beverage bottle (G) with a thermal enveloping (2), which involves all its surroundings. It is worth mentioning that the thermal enveloping (2) can be applied to different beverage bottle sizes (G), from 250, 600 and/or 1,000 ml;
  • - In addition, in step (E7) there is the extraction of a beverage can (L) with a thermal wrap (2), which involves its entire surroundings;
  • - In step (E8) there is a labeling machine (11) to use messages, logos and promotional words under the aluminum layer (5) of the thermal wrapping (2) incorporated under the body of the beverage bottle (G) and the beverage can (L).

Claims (4)

“PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE ENVELOPAMENTO TÉRMICO INCORPORADO EM GARRAS E LATAS DE BEBIDAS E PRODUTO OBTIDO”, refere-se a um processo (1) compreendido pelo emprego de uma cola térmica (4) e (9), para uma garra de bebida (G), assim como uma lata de bebida (L), garrafa de vinho (V) e garrafa de azeite (A), caracterizado por compreender oito etapas:
  • - etapa (E1) ter um molde primário (6) que recebe uma camada de poliestireno (3) de 1,5 a 2,0 mm, com cola térmica (4) em sua face interior, sobreposta a uma camada de alumínio (5); pelo molde primário (6) receber temperatura de trabalho ideal para a fixação da camada de poliestireno (3) sobre a camada de alumínio (5) por meio da cola térmica (4);
  • - etapa (E2) compreender um cabeçote de transferência (7) para o transporte da camada de poliestireno (3) fixada a camada de alumínio (5) para um molde secundário (8);
  • - etapa (E3) ter o molde secundário (8) configurado pelo formato de uma garrafa de bebida (G) de 250, 600 e 1,000 ml, assim como ser configurado pelo formato de uma lata de bebida (L) de 350 ml; ainda, pelo molde secundário (8) possuir injeção de ar, moldando a camada de poliestireno (3) fixada a camada de alumínio (5) na forma de uma garrafa de bebida (G) de 250, 600 e 1,000 ml, assim como a forma de uma lata de bebida (L) de 350 ml nas paredes do molde secundário (8);
  • - etapa (E4) ser constituída pelo processo de extração da camada de poliestireno (3) fixada a camada de alumínio (5), com o formato de uma garrafa de bebida (G) de 250, 600 e 1,000 ml, assim como o formato de uma lata de bebida (L) de 350 ml;
  • - etapa (E5) ter o incorporamento da camada de poliestireno (3) fixada a camada de alumínio (5) sob o corpo de uma garrafa de bebida (G) de 250, 600 e 1,000 ml, assim como a lata de bebida (F) de 350ml, por meio de cola térmica (9) em um molde de pressão (10), que recebe temperatura ideal de trabalho para conformar a fixação da camada de poliestireno (3) fixada a camada de alumínio (5) sob o corpo da garrafa de bebida (G) e a lata de bebida (L), conformando um envelopamento térmico (2) para ambas;
  • - etapa (E6) possuir a extração da garrafa de bebida (G) incorporada pelo envelopamento térmico (2), que envolve todo seu entorno;
  • - etapa (E7) ter a extração de uma lata de bebida (L) incorporada pelo térmico (2), que envolve todo seu entorno;
  • - etapa (E8) ser constituída por uma rotuladora (11), para empregar mensagens, logotipos e dizeres promocionais sob a camada de alumínio (5) do envelopamento térmico (2) incorporado sob o corpo da garrafa de bebida (G) e a lata de bebida (L).
“PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THERMAL ENVELOPMENT INCORPORATED IN BEVERAGE CLAWS AND CANS AND PRODUCT OBTAINED”, refers to a process (1) comprising the use of a thermal glue (4) and (9), for a beverage container (G ), as well as a beverage can (L), wine bottle (V) and olive oil bottle (A), characterized by comprising eight steps:
  • - step (E1) having a primary mold (6) that receives a layer of polystyrene (3) from 1.5 to 2.0 mm, with thermal glue (4) on its inner face, superimposed on an aluminum layer (5 ); for the primary mold (6) to receive the ideal working temperature for the fixation of the polystyrene layer (3) on the aluminum layer (5) by means of the thermal glue (4);
  • - step (E2) comprises a transfer head (7) for transporting the polystyrene layer (3) attached to the aluminum layer (5) to a secondary mold (8);
  • - step (E3) having the secondary mold (8) configured by the format of a beverage bottle (G) of 250, 600 and 1,000 ml, as well as being configured by the format of a beverage can (L) of 350 ml; furthermore, the secondary mold (8) has air injection, molding the polystyrene layer (3) attached to the aluminum layer (5) in the form of a beverage bottle (G) of 250, 600 and 1,000 ml, as well as the shape of a 350 ml beverage can (L) on the walls of the secondary mold (8);
  • - step (E4) consists of the process of extracting the polystyrene layer (3) attached to the aluminum layer (5), with the shape of a beverage bottle (G) of 250, 600 and 1,000 ml, as well as the format of a beverage can (L) of 350 ml;
  • - step (E5) having the incorporation of the polystyrene layer (3) fixed to the aluminum layer (5) under the body of a beverage bottle (G) of 250, 600 and 1,000 ml, as well as the beverage can (F ) of 350ml, using thermal glue (9) in a pressure mold (10), which receives the ideal working temperature to conform the fixation of the polystyrene layer (3) attached to the aluminum layer (5) under the body of the beverage bottle (G) and beverage can (L), forming a thermal envelope (2) for both;
  • - step (E6) has the extraction of the beverage bottle (G) incorporated by the thermal enveloping (2), which involves all its surroundings;
  • - step (E7) involves the extraction of a beverage can (L) incorporated by the thermos (2), which involves its entire surroundings;
  • - stage (E8) consisting of a labeling machine (11) to use messages, logos and promotional words under the aluminum layer (5) of the thermal wrapping (2) incorporated under the body of the beverage bottle (G) and the can of drink (L).
