Schutzvorrichtung für Kraftfahrzeuge, Strassenbahnen u. dgl.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzvorrichtung für Kraftfahrzeuge, Strassenbahnen u. dgl. mit einem vor dem Fahrzeug angeordneten, beim Anprall niederklappenden Schutznetz zum Auf- fangen niedergestossener Personen.
Gegenüber bekannten Einrichtungen dieser Art bietet die Schutzvorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung die Vorteile, dass die Füsse der aufgefangenen Person angehoben werden, um sie vor Beschädigung zu schützen, dass ferner das niedergeklappte Fangnetz gegen seitliche Verschiebung gesichert ist und dass schliesslich die ganze Vorrichtung bei Nichtgebrauch in der Garage wenig Platz einnimmt.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Erfindung an einem Automobil zur Darstellung gebracht. Fig. 1 zeigt die Schutzvorrichtung bei hochstehendem Fangnetz in Seitenansieht, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht und Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht bei niedergeklapptem Fangnetz. Fig. 4 zeigt die Vorrichtung bei Nichtgebrauch in der Garage.
In der Zeichnung bedeutet a das Fahrzeug, b die Tragstange, c das Fangnetz mit Rahmen, cl eine mit diesem verbundene Stossstange in Form eines Bügels, dessen Ebene ungefähr normal auf die des Netzes steht, e ein am Rahmen des Netzes befestigtes Beschwerungsgewicht, das gleichzeitig ein Auge bildet, das auf den an der Tragstange b angeordneten Stift f passt ; g ist eine Zugschnur, um das Netz mit dem Rahmen in der hochgestellten Lage zu halten.
Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist die folgende : Bei Anstoss eines Körpers an das Fangnetz i- und die Stossstange cl werden diese in die in Fig. 3 dargestellte Lage gebracht. Dabei wird die Stossstange d gehoben und hebt ihrerseits die Füsse der aufgefangenen Person in die Höhe, schützt diese dadurch vor Verletzung und sichert die Person vor Herabgleiten nach vorne. Das Auge e umgreift beim Niederklappen den Zapfen/, so dass ein seitliches Verschieben des Netzes und der darin aufgefangenen Person verhindert wird. Auf dem Zapfen f ist eine Gummischeibe vorgesehen, um Erschütterungen beim Niederklappen zu verringern.
Wenn das Fahrzeug ausser Betrieb ist, kann nach Entfernen eines Stiftes od. dgl. die Trag- stange b mitsamt den von ihr getragenen Teilen nach rückwärts verschoben werden (Fig. 4), so dass der

1. Schutzvorrichtung für Kraftfahrzeuge, Strassenbahnwagen od. dgl. mit mindestens einer, über die Stirnwand des Fahrzeuges nach voine ragenden, am Fahrzeugrahmen befestigten Tragstange und einem an deren vorderen Ende in horizontale Lage herabklappbar angeordneten Rahmen mit Fangnetz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (e) mit einer bügelförmigen Stossstange (d) fest verbunden ist, die beim Niederklappen des Fangnetzrahmens (e) nach oben klappt.
