Abstract

Se proporcionan oligonucleótidos antisentido. Estos oligonucleótidos antisentido son útiles en la preparación de gápmeros para la inhibición de la transcripción del ARNm de Tau. La inhibición de la transcripción del ARNm de Tau puede dar como resultado la disminución de las cantidades de proteína Tau en un sujeto, lo que permite el tratamiento de enfermedades y trastornos relacionados con la expresión de Tau, incluyendo la enfermedad de Alzheimer y las taupatías primarias.
