Notification of Pending and Adopted Changes

Notification of events relating to pending Change Requests are published in the quarterly newsletter of the ISO 639 Maintenance Agency. Information about the ISO 639 standard and the Maintenance Agency is available at https://www.iso.org/iso-639-language-code along with a link to the folder of reports of the ISO 639/MA.   

Change Request events include:

  • pending Change Requests entering the 90-day comment period
  • decisions regarding adoption, rejection or withdrawal of pending Change Requests.
