It was reflected in Tangerang Regency’s open unemployment rate at 8.91% and its poverty rate at 5.14% in 2019. The Tangerang Regency Government launched a program to handle the economic impact, one of which was assistance to MSMEs to deal with the impact of the COVID pandemic. The Community Assistance Information System (SIBAMAS) is a tool to support the program. Pengertian Inovasi dalam konteks direktori inovasi adalah ide, gagasan, pemikiran , terobosan dal... more Pengertian Inovasi dalam konteks direktori inovasi adalah ide, gagasan, pemikiran , terobosan dalam rangka melakukan pembaharuan dalam praktik dan proses penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, sehingga memiliki nilai tambah dalam satu atau lebih aspek dan atau proses administrasi negara. Suatu ide, gagasan, pemikiran, terobosan dapat dikatakan sebagai inovasi jika memiliki unsur kebaharuan, manfaat, dapat diadopsi/ replikasi, berkelanjutan serta tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang undangan yang berlaku. Jenis inovasi administrasi negara yang disusun untuk keperluan direktori inovasi terdiri dari : (1) inovasi proses; (2) inovasi metode; (3) inovasi produk; (4) inovasi konseptual; (5) inovasi teknologi; (6) inovasi struktur organisasi; (7) inovasi hubungan; (8) inovasi sumber daya manusia. Disamping itu juga untuk memicu Kementerian/ Lembaga, Pemda, BUMN/ BUMD, Swasta, NGO (LSM) dan masyarakat untuk melakukan replikasi inovasi di bidang tata pemerintahan, pelayanan publik serta kelembagaan dan sumber daya aparatur. Untuk dapat menggunakan dan memanfaatkan Direktori Inovasi ini, maka perlu dilakukan beberapa langkah sebagai berikut: Langkah 1 : menjadikan direktori inovasi sebagai referensi untuk melakukan replikasi; Langkah 2 : memformulasikan kembali inovasi yang terdapat dalam direktori inovasi menjadi sebuah ide baru ke dalam tindakan nyata dengan: a)diawali langkah pengidentifikasian masalah yang dihadapi untuk merumuskan alternatif solusi b) mempertimbangkan ketersediaan sumber daya c) mempertimbangkan dukungan teknis; Langkah 3 : mendapatkan dukungan dan sumber daya yang tepat sesuai dengan jenis dan karakteristik inovasi yang akan direplikasi seperti komitmen pimpinan, peraturan perundang-undangan, kolaborasi dengan stakeholders, sarana dan prasarana, anggaran, kompetensi pegawai, dan teknologi informasi; Langkah 4 : menyesuaikan kembali dengan kondisi instansi seperti mendesain ulang inovasi, memodifikasi inovasi, uji terap inovasi, melatih pegawai dan memeriksa kembali prasyarat replikasi; Langkah 5 : mengimplementasikan inovasi yang telah didesain ulang, mengevaluasi dan mengukur kemanfaatan inovasi, mendokumentasikan dan mempublikasi inovasi kepada masyarakat melalui berbagai media.

This research is about the application of the "Electrical One Stop Monitoring System&... more This research is about the application of the "Electrical One Stop Monitoring System" (E-OSMOSYS) in West Java as an Integrated Electricity Monitoring and Control System. This research is significant because electricity is a basic need and is one of the main components in realizing and improving the welfare of the people as well as the intellectual life of the nation, specifically creating a just and prosperous society that is materially and spiritually evenly distributed based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The population in this study is an area that has made innovations related to electric power by utilizing technology. Meanwhile, the research subject is in West Java Province which has an innovation called the "Electrical One Stop Monitoring System" (E-OSMOSYS), an application in West Java as an Integrated Electricity Monitoring and Control System. The results of this study indicate that the application of "Electrical One Stop Monitoring System" (E-OSMOSYS) in West Java as an Integrated Electricity Monitoring and Control System has succeeded in achieving the designed objectives. With this innovation, it can support bureaucratic reform and improve policy performance and the quality of public services which are the responsibility of the agency, particularly the formation of a system for developing public service applications in the electricity sector that integrates the service processes of the business sector and electricity safety which can increase the efficiency of service duration and accuracy and resulting data integration.

Merr) after Brazil, Thailand, the Philippines and China. Abundant yields produce pineapple leaf waste as animal feed or just thrown away when in fact, it can be of high economic value and useful if processed properly. In line with the economic pillars in the Village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to achieve quality economic growth through job opportunities, innovation, and supported partnerships, the group of farmers must have a strategy for developing their pineapple products. This study uses a descriptive approach and is located in Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. Data was collected by studying documentation obtained from electronic and physical documents, field observations and interviews with pineapple farmer groups and small business actors. This study found that pineapple leaf waste can now be processed into pineapple leaf fiber. Pineapple leaf fibers can be used as handicrafts and raw materials for woven fabrics. Pineapple leaf fiber is also produced into yarn to meet domestic and foreign market demands. Pineapple leaf waste that has been produced into pineapple leaf fiber and yarn can increase people's income.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is mandatory and every company is expected to fulfil this o... more Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is mandatory and every company is expected to fulfil this obligation. Generally, the company makes and implements its CSR program incidentally and eliminates obligations. Therefore, not all the benefits of CSR programs impact the community. One of the causes is the overlapping of activities between CSR and government programs. Thus, the Muara Enim Regency established a CSR forum as part of its strategies to reconcile these prevailing dilemmas. This study aims to describe the CSR forum of Muara Enim Regency and measure the impact of the CSR forum as a form of company participation in development. This study employed the before-after comparison method and post-test without a comparison group and baseline data. The results of the study analysis revealed that the CSR forum has become one of the new sources of funding for the development of the Muara Enim Regency. The records also showed that the planning and implementation of CSR programs are more targeted as they are carried out bottom-up according to community needs. Clearly, there is no overlapping of CSR programs/activities. Furthermore, the application of the strategy resulted to the increasing commitment with the local government units, private sector, and society. With all these indicators, the researchers therefore conclude that the strategy for establishing a CSR forum is an effective platform for the private sector to participate in development in Muara Enim Regency.
Public Health Center Regional Public Service Agency: Alternative Policies for Improving Public Health Quality

However, the community remains unsatisfied specifically the health sector about the quality of basic services provided by the government. This can be seen from various health problems that are still prevailing in the region. By employing the qualitative research approach, this study sought to look at policies implemented by the government to support the development of the quality of public services. The results showed that the First Level Health Facility only provides public health services at the first level treatment such as the Public Health Center which prioritizes preventive efforts to alleviate the public health in the area of work. Records showed that the implementation of the Regional General Service Agency policy is carried out by the local governments in optimizing public services considering the flexibility and convenience based on its financial management patterns. From the experiences of implementing Regional General Service Agency management in Public Health Center, the researchers further recommend the following to improve the quality of public services: (1) Require the availability of accompanying personnel in the implementation of Regional General Service Agency; (2) Application of Regional General Service Agency flexibility, although only limited to the management of JKN capitation funds; (3) Issuance of SOPs in the management of health services; (4) Strengthening roles, tasks, and institutional functions at Public Health Center in managing Regional General Service Agency.

Selain mengembangkan kompetensi ASN, widyaiswara berhak mendapatkan pengembagan kompetensi dan belajar bersama komunitasnya. LAN sebagai pembina widyaiswara mengambangkan prototype Rumah Cerdas Widyaiswara yang membantu proses tersebut. Sistem ini menjadi metode baru LAN yang inovatif untuk mengembangkan kompetensi jabatan yang dibinanya. Pengujian prototype RCWI dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui tanggapan widyaiswara dan pengembangan sistem lebih lanjut. Rumusan permasalahannya adalah bagaimana tanggapan dari pelaksanaan pengujian penerapan dan prototype Rumah Cerdas Widyaiswara serta masukan penyempurnaannya. Dan Tujuan penulisan artikel untuk mengetahui respon widyaiswara dan mendapatkan masukkan penyempurnaan. Penulisan dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan memperoleh masukan langsung dari pengguna setelah mengujicobakan aplikasi. Pelaksanaan pengujian dan penerapan protoype ini membawakan hasil yang sangat memuaskan Fitur fitur yang dikembangkan juga sangat diperlukan. Namun masih perlu dilakukan sosialisasi menyeluruh agar kemanfaatan dirasakan dengan melibatkan APWI sebagai komunitas widyaiswara, perbaikan disfungsional aplikasi selama uji terap, integrasi aplikasi juga perlu dilakukan, pengembangan berbasis smartphone dan media influencer sehingga widyaiswara lain akan termotivasi.
