An integrative education system that harmonises material and spiritual aspects is built on the principles of justice, balance and benefit. Therefore, Islamic economic philosophy provides a framework for moral and spiritual education that produces morally and intellectually strong people. In order to deal with globalisation and create a generation that is grounded in moral principles and thinks logically, this application is essential. To incorporate Islamic economic philosophy into national education policy and create a globally competitive education system that preserves regional spiritual and cultural values, curriculum design, teacher training and stakeholder participation are necessary.

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector is an industrial sector that can be relied on as an indicator of economic stability at both the local and national levels. The existence of the phenomenon of fluctuations in the growth and contribution of MSMEs certainly needs further investigation. This study aims to examine the effect of product innovation on marketing performance with brand equity and shared value creation as an intervening variable. The research sample was taken as many as 90 UMKM culinary typical of Banten local with non probability sampling technique, data analysis using SEM-PLS method. From the research results it is known that 1) product innovation has no impact on marketing performance; 2) product innovation has a positive and significant effect on shared value creation; 3) product innovation has a positive and significant effect on brand equity; 4) the creation of shared value has a positive but significant effect on marketing performance; 5) brand equity has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. In addition, brand equity and shared value creation are able to mediate the relationship between product innovation and marketing performance

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of intercultural communication variables and ... more This study aims to determine and examine the effect of intercultural communication variables and handling customer complaints on customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection in this study was obtained through distributing questionnaires to buyers at MMTC Fruit Market. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling. The data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study concluded that intercultural communication has no partial effect on customer loyalty, with the t test results 0.970 < 1.984 with a significance value of 0.334 > 0.05. Handling customer complaints partially has no effect on customer loyalty, at a significance value of 0.590> 0.05 and a calculated t value of-0.570 < 1.984. Meanwhile, based on the F test that intercultural communication and handling customer complaints have no simultaneous effect on customer loyalty with a sig value of 0.520> 0.05 and a calculated f value of 0.658 < 3.09.

The aim of this study was to find out how the working environment, workload and communication aff... more The aim of this study was to find out how the working environment, workload and communication affect the job satisfaction of employees at CV. Putra Putri Jombang. A quantitative methodology was used in this study. 40 employees form the population of this study while 40 respondents form the sample. A saturated sample was used in this research. The data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 26 multiple regression analysis. The results show that workload has a major impact on employee job satisfaction, work environment has a significant impact on employee job satisfaction and communication has a negligible impact on employee job satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis showed 0.311 or 31.1%, which means that the variables work environment, workload and communication account for 31.1% of the variation in employee job satisfaction, while the remaining proportion is influenced by variables not included in this regression model.

This research uses qualitative methods and hermeneutic methods The purpose of this research is to find out how the Track Construction Company implements the principles of Good Corporate Governance in the novel "After All This Time" by Ollyjayzee, in an effort to solve the problems faced in working on the Sindur toll road project. We hope that this research can provide lessons and additional information to readers. The results obtained are that by implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, the Track Construction Company can avoid the problems that hinder the work on the Sindur toll road project.

Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine employee work productivity at CV Griya Alam Mulya which includes the impact of employee work productivity at CV Griya Alam Mulya, as well as supporting factors that support the achievement of optimal work productivity. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the work productivity of employees at CV Griya Alam Mulya is quite good. Although there are several obstacles that can hinder work, high morale and collaboration between employees helps overcome these obstacles and keep productivity high. This can be seen from the positive impact felt by CV Griya Alam Mulya, and the various factors supporting its work productivity.

This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing t... more This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing the issues found. This qualitative approach is based on collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. The informants for this research were four people consisting of one head of the human resources division and three non-human resources division staff. The main objective of this research is to understand the employee work environment at the Female Daily Network company, including what factors influence the employee work environment and how the Female Daily Network creates a positive work environment. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding the work environment. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that they noted differences in room arrangements at Female Daily Network, which also led to a lack of a sense of togetherness between various departments. This indirectly hinders social interaction and communication between employees from different departments within the company. This finding is strengthened by interview results which show that when problems arise in an unhealthy work environment, differences in room arrangements are one of the factors that play a role. The different room arrangements are carried out with the aim of limiting interference between divisions, so that employees can focus more on carrying out their duties.

The study aims to analyze the impact of panic purchases on unplanned purchases in Indomart stores. This research uses quantitative parallels with the type of explanatory research. The sample of the study consisted of 193 respondents and was statistically processed using a simple linear regression method using the SPSS version 26.0 application. That research shows that panic purchases influence unfair purchases at Indomart stores. The findings indicate that the anxiety and fear experienced by the people at the time of the landlord's concern for the needs of the household caused the occurrence of panic purchases. It relates to the quality of the goods and the needs of the individuals in the community to meet their daily needs so as to counteract unplanned buying tendencies at the time of shopping at Indomart stores.

This competition makes business actors implement marketing strategies with the aim of attracting consumers through purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for Mixue beverage products in the Mojosari branch. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used online questionnaires and used data processing tools in the form of IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue outlets Mojosari branch.

This research can also be used as a recommendation for the Transjakarta Party for future policies to improve the quality of Transjakarta Transportation. There is a method used in this study using a qualitative descriptive method which is divided into 2 types, namely Primary Data taken based on online surveys via GoogleForm and Secondary Data from additional information obtained from various books, journals or articles. After analyzing the opinions of the respondents, it can be concluded that the quality of the facilities provided by Transjakarta is quite good, but there are still several shelters with inadequate conditions, such as waiting areas. Therefore, the Provider must try to improve the quality of Transjakarta facilities, fully and evenly. So that users feel more secure and comfortable when using the Transjakarta mode of transportation.

The research method used is a literature study by collecting various related references related to the development of the quality of Graha Trans's logistics transportation. The results of the research are that Graha Trans carries out quality assurance by providing periodic checks on vehicles, providing training for employees to carry out standard operating procedures and creating services that make it easier for customers to track goods.

Management of office facilities and infrastructure needs to be carried out properly and periodically so that the equipment, supplies, and office space remain in good condition and ready for use. This study shows the problems that occur, such as office equipment and supplies that are not stored and cared for properly and are not checked regularly. What's more, the office equipment storage room is poorly maintained and has minimal lighting and there are leaks in the archive room. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and previous literature.

Dapat dibuktikan UMKM menjadi salah satu program pemerintah yang memperkokoh perekonomian. UMKM Zahra merupakan usaha mikro kecil menengah yang menawarkan produk berupa keripik pisang, terletak di Desa Kotarindau kecamatan Dolo kabupaten Sigi Sulawesi Tengah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi masalah serta memberikan solusi atas apa yang dihadapi pada UMKM Zahra kemudian menyusun strategi dalam pengembangan pemasaran UMKM keripik Zahra, sebagai salah satu sektor unggulan dalam membantu peningkatan perekonomian UMKM Zahra. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui proses observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian menganalisis berdasarkan SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari UMKM Zahra. Hasil penelitian ini mengetahui bahwa terdapat permasalahan pada UMKM Zahra Desa Kotarindau seperti minimnya promosi dari UMKM Zahra serta tidak adanya pemasaran pada sosial media berupa marketplace facebook dan instagram pada UMKM tersebut sehingga pengembangan pemasarannya belum terlaksana dengan baik. Sedangkan solusi yang tepat yaitu dengan menggunakan strategi WO strategi yang memanfaatkan peluang dengan mengurangi kelemahan yang ada. Kegiatan MBKM ini menghasilkan pemasaran door to door, pemasaran melalui maerketplace facebook dan akun Instagram, logo serta pembaharuan sarana dan prasarana UMKM Zahra.

The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data used is Qualitative and the data source uses a primary data source. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The informants used in this study were 20 people, consisting of Silungkang Duo Village Staff, Chairman of the Village Consultative Body, Chairman of the PKK, and community leaders in Silungkang Duo Village. The results showed that the analysis of the duties and functions of the village head and the Village Consultative Body in order to improve community services in Silungkang Duo Village, the village head has important duties and functions in improving community services in Silungkang Duo Village. The role of Silungkang Duo Village services has been good and has been adjusted to formal and legal duties and functions into one that is mandatory for a village head. The role of the Village Consultative Body in the services of Silungkang Duo Village has been good and is very helpful for the village government in environmental sustainability of development activities and controlling the potential of the village. Even the Village Consultative Body is very influential in the village rulemaking process which is carried out with the village head. This strong position can be seen from the duties and authorities of the Village Consultative Body.

In this study, the population was the community in Kubang Sirakuk Selatan Village, Sawahlunto City, totaling 30 people. With this type of quantitative research and sampling techniques using total sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Training and Community Empowerment in Business Development in Kubang Sirakuk Selatan Village, Sawahlunto City Y = 8,456+ 0,490 X1 + 0,359 X2 + e. From the t test conducted, it was found that the variable X1 Training had a significant effect on community business development in Kubang Sirakuk Selatan Village, Sawahlunto City with t count smaller than t table 0.000 > 0.05 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Variable X2 Community Empowerment has a significant effect on the development of community businesses in Kubang Sirakuk Selatan Village, Sawahlunto City 0.001 > 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the f test conducted, it was found that Community Training and Empowerment could simultaneously develop community businesses in Kubang Sirakuk Selatan Village, Sawahlunto City with f count 31.028 > f table 4.210 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. From the determination test the R Square value is 0.697, meaning that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 69.7%, while 30.3% is influenced by other variables.
