• publish wppm as a standard wheel (a slightly breaking change)
• build logic moved to python script+TOML
• build of wppm in the cloud via github actions (nicknamed GHA)
• build logic is re-created on the cloud via github actions
• local AI integration (onnxruntime for now)
• other hopes by decreasing order of likelyhood:
  • jupyterlab on free-threading
  • numba-0.62 / numpy-2.3
  • pip handling natively pylock.toml files (PEP-0751)
