VSCode is supported. It can also be self hosted on-premise.

Thanks for the contribution. I reverted the on-premise change back to the phone icon. I use it to indicate that it's available but you need to get in contact with the company to get it. Looking at the website, that appears to still be the case.

As for the supported libraries, I'll probably be changing that section soon. The idea was to show how many frameworks are automatically observed via the technology (https://github.com/apache/skywalking-java/blob/main/docs/en/setup/service-agent/java-agent/Supported-list.md). For example, using Source++ on a project with a PostgreSQL driver will automatically monitor SQL queries and whatnot.
