Update ShadowMotionEvent and AndroidTestEnvironment to support Android V
In ShadowMotionEvent, nativeGetXOffset was replaced by nativeGetRawXOffset,
and nativeGetYOffset nativeGetRawYOffset. The logic for MotionEvent.split
was moved into native code, so it needs to be shadowed starting in V.
Also, the signature of AppCompatCallbacks.install was updated to include an
extra long parameter.
