Nearly completely re-wrote it.
The old document was outdated and following it would not lead to a functioning service.
Removed unnecessary sections, added clearer step by steps, changed from Postgres to MySQL (for simplicity, changed to secrets manager instead of parameter store, Refactored most of it.
Following this should lead to a functioning WikiJS setup now.
