Hi 👋 A little context: earlier I contributed an entry for Warsaw (PL) City Open Data, and now I’m adding Krakow (PL) City Open Data to keep expanding the list of Polish cities that offer open APIs. I believe this could be valuable for users who are exploring city-level open data sources in Europe. Thanks again for maintaining this awesome project and for reviewing all contributions 🙏 |

This pull request adds the Krakow (Poland) Open Data API to the list of public APIs.

The API provides access to various public datasets published by the City of Krakow, including:
• Transport and infrastructure
• Demographics and administration
• Culture and tourism
• Education and environment
This addition follows the same format as the recently added Warsaw entry and helps broaden the availability of Polish municipal open data sources in the repository.
