This aligns with other virtual method declarations in cap_dshow.hpp and silences compiler warnings (-Wsuggest-override) while improving compile-time safety.

The CI logs show warnings and failures in unrelated backends due to missing test media files. My changes are limited to cap_dshow.hpp, so these seem unrelated.
