Rebase 6.18 patches to linux 6.18.35 to get all upstream security patches.
I have tested this on a Surface Go 3 with NixOS.
I don't have a working camera, but I also do not have the camera working with the current 6.18.18 patches, nor with 6.19.8, so I don't think I've introduced a new issue there.
The commits are separated out by which kernel version the change applies to as I did the rebasing.
