Closes #11081

This PR fixes the overflowing Follow button when usernames were long.
It also truncates usernames with ellipsis and adds a hover tooltip.

Technical

  • The "Follow" button is now fully visible and not hidden by any gradient or overlay.
  • The long usernames are displayed to truncate with ellipsis (...).
  • Implemented a hover tooltip that shows the full username on mouse hover.
  • Verified responsiveness so that UI elements (button, usernames) behave correctly on different screen sizes.
  • Tested that the "Follow" button remains clickable and accessible after the fix.

Testing

  • One can click on any book.
  • Scroll down to Lists section.
  • One can then see, long usernames are now truncated with ellipsis and follow button also does not overflow.
