Closing this issue as many of our lint rules need to be update to match eslint's new API Changes. here are a few examples:

• github/async-preventdefault which uses context.getScope. Unfortunatly, context.getScope was removed in 9.0.0
• i18n-text/no-en which was written as a function-style rule. (Support for ESLint 9 in i18n-text/no-en)
• "filenames/match-regex" which requires meta.schema (Support for ESLint 9 in filenames/match-regex
