This is mostly working, but there are some issues with the minified js. Currently, control callbacks are handled with HTML attributes like |

RE the HTML event attributes not using the minified function names, we're going to skip this for now, and will be fixed when we refactor to Vue components. |

This PR will add a fully functional webpack and build configuration.
