What does this PR do?
in dart, almost every operation on a string creates a new object in memory, previously, the
apiPathvariable in service methods was first declared in it's generic form then specific parts were modified with proper values through thereplaceAll()method called on the string, which is very inefficient and weird ! this pr removes this and instead the path is declared directly with the proper parts through a variable refrenceTest Plan
