Whoops, poetry had the wrong package name

This differed from the previous PyPI name. Rolling back version and
correcting the name in order to republish.

Fix broken tests

Regenerate code & fix 1 failing test

Roll back to 0.1.0 and fix some build issues

* Rename "build/" to "generator/"
* Add "publish" target
* Fix setup.py
