Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this service is to train elementary school teachers to implement Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematich (STEAM) Based Learning. In addition to training teachers, this service also aims to analyze the pedagogical and professional competences of elementary school teachers through the lesson study method in Surakarta. The subjects of this service are elementary school teachers in the city of Surakarta. The method used in this service starts with Workshop, Practice, and Implementation. In conducting this training, the subjects were asked to take tests related to implementing Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) Learning. The data analysis used was pre-test and post-test. The result of this activity is that there is an increase in the knowledge and understanding of teachers implementing Science, Technology, Engineering, Artand Mathematich (STEAM) Learning in Elementary School Teachers in Surakarta.Keywords: STEAM, Pedagogic, Professional, Teacher Competence

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is the use of monopoly games to improve understanding of the concept of unity. This research is a Classroom Action Research by conducting two cycles. The subject of this research is the fifth grade students of SDN Genengsari 3 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2019/2020 which has 25 students. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, tests, and documentation with data validity data analysis and triangulation. Analysis of the data in this study uses the Miles-Huberman interactive analysis model. The first cycle obtained a percentage of 69% classically, and the second cycle research with a percentage of 90% in classical terms. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the understanding of the concept of unity in 5th grade students of SDN Genengsari 3 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2019/2020 can be improved by the use of monopoly games.                 Keywords: elementary school, unity, monopoly game, civic education

Abstract

Abstract. The background of this research is the students’ of the Class X.7 learning result at low criteria. The problem statement is about how to increase the students’ of the Class X.7learning result. The purpose of this research is to increase the students’ of the Class X.7 of 1 Sumber Senior High School on Biology learning result about Animalia. The action to increase the learning result is using the BBM model (Bamboo Dancing). The result of this research showed that the average of learning result before applying the BBM model is 71,88, increased in the end of the Second Cycle on 83,29, that mean the increasing is 11,41. The completeness of learning result before applying the BBM model is 58,82%, increased in the end of the Second Cycle at 82,35%, that mean the increasing is 23,53%. On the First Cycle, the indicator of success is not reached at 80%, but on the Second Cycle increased and reached beyond of theindicator of success. According to the result of this research, the conclusion is the applying of the BBM model about Animalia is increasing the students’ of the Class X.7 of 1 Sumber Senior High School learning result on the Second Semester of the 2016/2017 Year Academic.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is improving the skill of communicating the result of the discussion by applying numbered head together model. This Classroom Action Research consists of two cycles. The subjects of this research were 20-grade 4th elementary school students in Surakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year. The data collection techniques used interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using triangulation. The analysis of the data used the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman that consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion verifying. Research data shows that the score of the skills of communicating the result of the discussion on the pre-cycle is 20,8%, in the first cycle is 41,6%, and the second cycle is 87,5%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the skill of communicating the result of the discussion ongrade 4th elementary school students in the 2019/2020 academic year can be improved through the Numbered Head Together model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of Surodadi 1 Elementary School teachers in quality learning through academic supervision with the technique of visiting the first semester of the school year 2018/2019. The study was conducted by taking the subject of teachers at Surodadi 1 Elementary School 1 totaling 12 people consisting of 10 classroom teachers and 2 subject teachers where the researchers were principals. This research was conducted for 4 months starting in July 2018 s, in October 2018.The method used in this study is the school action research method which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data obtained in the form of observation of learning devices, learning and assessment process learning in cycle 1 and cycle 2. Data analysis was done by comparative descriptive analysis that is comparing the results of observations of cycle I and cycle II. Abstract

Abstract. Permasalahan dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini adalah kompetensi guru kelas II dalam menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran tematik di wilayah binaan kecamatan Ngadirejo masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru kelas II di wilayah binaan kecamatan Ngadirejo tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 melalui bimbingan berkelanjutan. Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan hasil kondisi awal dengan hasil siklus I teknik kelompok dan hasil siklus II dengan teknik percakapan pribadi.Pada pelaksanaan bimbingan berkelanjutan secara kelompok, hasil penelitian pada siklus I perencanaan pembelajaran tematik yang dibuat oleh guru-guru kelas II masih belum maksimal maka perlu diadakan bimbingan berkelanjutan kembali pada siklus II yaitu pelaksanaan tindakan bimbingan secara individu. Hasil rata-rata kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran tematik pada kondisi awal 44 (kategori kurang). Hasil rata-rata kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran tematik pada siklus I 63,94 (kategori cukup). Peningkatan hasil siklus I dibanding kondisi awal 45,3%. Sedangkan hasil rata-rata kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran tematik pada siklus II 80,37 (kategori Baik). Peningkatan hasil siklus II dibandingkan hasil siklus I sebesar 25,7%.Kata kunci: perencanaan pembelajaran, elementary school

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the teacher's Pedagogical competence in preparing learning plans can be improved through academic supervision. The results of this study are the teacher's pedagogical competence in preparing learning plans can be improved through academic supervision. The results of research on teacher competence in developing lesson plans that have increased in each cycle. In the pre-cycle stage, the teacher'sability to formulate learning goals only reached 48% and increased to 63% in the first cycle and 78% in the second cycle. The ability of teachers to determine learning material in the precycle stage is only 63% and has increased in the first cycle to 73% and 85% in the second cycle. The ability of teachers to determine learning strategies also increased from 53% in the pre-cycle stage to 68% in the first cycle and 83% in the second cycle. The ability of teachers to choose learning media is only 58% in the pre-cycle stage and has increased to 65% in the first cycle and 88% in the second cycle. While the ability of teachers in planning evaluation of learning has increased from 55% in the pre-cycle stage to 65% in the first cycle and 85% in the second cycle. So it can be concluded that academic supervision can improve the pedagogicalcompetence of teachers in preparing learning plans in SDN Susukan 02.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in teacher performance in managing the learning administration "Learning Implementation Plan" (RRP) through managerial supervision of school supervisors at SD Negeri Sikepan 1, Srumbung District, Magelang Regency. This type of research is a study that uses a school action research (PTS) design with a qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were 6 class teachers at SD Negeri Sikepan 1, Srumbung District, Magelang Regency. The main data were obtained from the class teacher. Data collection methods by interview, observation, and documentation methods.The results showed that managerial supervision was able to improve the performance of class teachers at SD Negeri Sikepan 1, Srumbung District, Magelang Regency in managing learning administration. Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in quality and quantity. The teacher's performance in managing learning administration, the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) only reached a percentage of 60.42% (there were 3 teachers in the bad category and 3 teachers in the good category), after being given the action it increased in cycle I to 72.92% (there is 1 person, the teacher is in the bad category, 3 teachers are in the good category and 2 teachers are in the very good category) and in the second cycle it increases to 85.42% (there are 2 people in the good category and 4 teachers in the good category)

Abstract

The research aims to see the planting of the independence of early childhood through applying the system among. Data was taken at Gugus Mawar Kindergarten and Early Childhood Education, Karanganyar Regency. Data was taken in August 2018. The research subjects were 6 TK and 3 PAUD. Retrieval of data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis using interactive models. Data in the field shows that the value of independence in early childhood can be embedded through the system among the concepts applied in the learning process. The concept of the system among those applied is the concept of education where the teacher acts as a facilitator and role model for children. Planting the value of independence through among system concepts can also be applied through habituation in school life..

Abstract

Abstract. The objective to be achieved in this study is the School Action Research aims to improve teacher competency in preparing and applying the 2013 Curriculum RPP into learning through the Academic Supervision of Engineering Bills in Sidomulyo StateElementary School 03. The research subjects in this study are class I teachers up to grade VI elementary school Negeri Sidomulyo 03 UPTD Pendidikan Ungaran Timur District, Semarang Regency are 6 (six) class teachers, namely: 6 class 1 to 6 class teachers. Techniques and data collection tools through interviews, observation, and documentation methods. I and Cycle II showed a good increase in teacher competence in the preparation and implementation of the 2013 Curriculum RPP in KBM. The results of the cycle 1 action compared to the pre cycle in the preparation of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) have increased. It was concludedthat academic supervision with billing techniques can improve teacher competency indeveloping and implementing the 2013 Curriculum RPP in implementing learning inSidomulyo 03 Public Elementary School, Ungaran Timur District, Semarang Regency in2017/2018 Academic Year.
