<![CDATA[Pada era reformasi, koalisi adalah suatu tindakan efektif dalam menghimpun kekuatan yang pada pemerolehan kekuasaan. Frasa disini yang dimaksud adalah “gabungan partai politik” Isi Pasal 6A ayat (2) UUD 1945 adalah indikator yuridis bahwa koalisi cara yang efektif, sah dan konstitusional. Koalisi partai politik di Indonesia merupakan koalisi berbasis kepentingan, bukan ideologi. Sistem koalisi di Indonesia ada di titik paradoksal, misalnya pada pasca Pemilihan Umum Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Tahun 2014, pertentangan KMP dan KIH begitu terlihat kental dan seolah tidak ada titik temu, akan tetapi hal tersebut tidak terjadi di daerah-daerah. <![CDATA[Sharia economic law (fiqh muāmalah) is the main instrument in thedevelopment of contemporary Islamic financial institutions. However, in itsapplication, there are still various kinds of problems that indicate thedominance of the ideological-normative paradigm rather than the empiricalobjective paradigm. This paper aims to unravel this problem by looking atthe implications of Immanuel Kant's philosophy in the development ofsharia economic law studies. The method used in this paper is a method of studying documentation and literature which is closely related to the object ofstudy and other references in the form of the results of previous research andtheories from v arious textbooks and analyzed with a philosophical andhistorical approach. This article finds that Kant's philosophy of criticism beginsby placing doubts on the philosophy of rationalism which accepts a prioriknowledge without criticism. But not as skeptical as Hume, Kant tried toformulate an epistemology that would allow this a priori knowledge to beaccepted. Until finally Kant found an a priori synthesis of knowledge thatbridges between rationalism and empiricism. Therefore, herein lies theurgencyof Kant's epistemological influence on the development of the study of Islamiceconomic law which tries to formulate the idea of the importance of combiningideologyand theory, between normative-idealist and historical-empirical. Thus,Islamic teachings formulated in Islamic economic law and implemented inIslamic financial institutions, with their complementary and supplementarynature, can be an instrumentfor building a value-based economic and financialsystem. ]]>

<![CDATA[In optimizing the quality of life of the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic, therole and support of family and community is very much needed. This study aimsto determine the relationship between family support and 3M compliance(wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distance) during the COVID19 pandemic in the elderly in the UPTD work area of the Talun Health Center,Cirebon Regency. This research method uses an analytical survey with a crosssectional approach. The population is the elderly in the working area of UPTDPuskesmas Talun, Cirebon Regency and the number of samples is 94 people. Thesampling technique used was purposive sampling. Sampling technique with certain considerations. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test with asignificance value of = 0.10. The results of univariate analysis showed that mostof the respondents (75.5%) received family support in the high category. Thenmost of the respondents (76.6%) are included in the 3M compliance category.Bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test shows p-value 0.001 < 0.10, so H0 isrejected, meaning that there is a relationship between family support and 3Mcompliance (wearing masks, washing hands, and keeping a distance) during thecovid 19 pandemic in the elderly in the UPTD Puskesmas Talun work area.Cirebon Regency. In future research, it is hoped that it will focus more on theapplication of health promotion related to family support]]>

<![CDATA[Taxpayers often make mistakes in determining the tax burden payable which causeslosses for both the taxpayer and the government. The purpose of this study is todetermine the appropriate and beneficial tax provisions for cooperative businessentities in determining the income tax payable. The data obtained is sourced from theCooperative PHU Report for the 2020 Fiscal Year. The method of analysis carriedout is a comparative description analysis between the calculation of corporateincome tax using Law no. 36 of 2008 and Government Regulation no. 23 of 2018. Theresults of the study conclude that cooperatives are more profitable by usingGovernment Regulation no. 23 of 2018, because the tax burden borne by taxpayersis smaller than the calculation according to Law No. 36 of 2008, with the results ofthe discussion and analysis that the Ciamis Resort PRIMKOPPOL Cooperative hasa gross turnover of less than Rp4.8 billion in one financial year. And has fulfilled therequirements according to Government Regulation no. 23 of 2018.]]>

<![CDATA[Premenopause is a physiological condition on women have entered the agingprocess characterized by decreased levels of hormonal estrogen from the ovarieswhich play a very important role in reproduction and sexuality. When enteringpremenopause, women will experience anxiety, one of is in sexual intercourse. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the correlation between premenopause andthe level of anxiety on mothers during sexual intercourse in the Batujajar HealthCenter, West Bandung Regency. The method used in this study is a correlative analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were 216women in the reproductive period until menopause at the Batujajar Health Center,West Bandung Regency, while the sample number were 68 respondents using theNon Probability Sampling technique by means of Accidental Sampling. The resultsof the study using the univariate test found that mothers who had good knowledgewere 4 respondents 6%, and those who experienced severe anxiety were 15respondents with a percentage of 15%. Meanwhile, the bivariate test using the chisquare test was found to have a correlation with the level of anxiety inpremenopausal mothers aged 40-50 with a value of p = 0.000 <ɑ = 0.05. Theconclusion of this study is there is a correlation between knowledge and anxietylevels in premenopausal mothers aged (40-50 years) at Batujajar health center. Thesuggestion of this study hopepully that the Public Health Center increasing theprovision of information or counseling periodically to mothers to increase theirknowledge and for further researchers to examine other factors. ]]>

<![CDATA[Case management is a strategy of interventions that used by health care systemsand providers to support clients, to coordinate health services, and facilitateresults, both in price and quality. The case manager is generally responsible forthe coordination and continuity of patient services or at certain services phasesclearly identified very close to the patient so that the case management model ledby the case manager is able to realize health services based on patient centeredcare. The Purpose: Knowing effectiveness role and function of case manager inimproving quality of nursing assessment in inpatient ward of MK and KB generalhospital. The method of this study: the method used is quantitative research methodusing Quantitative Experimental Design. There are two research groups namely the experimental that is given treatment and the control group as a comparison.Thenumber of samples in this study were 25 respondents for each group by collectingdata using a questionnaire. Statistical test used to determine the effectiveness ofvariables using the General Linear Model Reapeted Measure. The Results: theresults of the analysis show that there is an increase in the mean value for eachmeasurement and p value = 0,000 smaller than the value of α = 0,05. Theconclusion: The results of the analysis show that there are differences in theeffectiveness of the role and function of the case manager in improving the qualityof nursing assessment in the inpatient ward of MK general hospital.]]>

<![CDATA[Social action has the orientation of a fundamental change in the structure ofsociety. The process and results are the orientation of social action, through aprocess of increasing awareness, community empowerment, and real communityactions organized so that they can make changes to the power structure to realizethe principles of justice, democracy, and equality. Based on the observation datain the field, there are quite a several schools that are close to potential tourismobjects. This condition triggers the emergence of social action in the context ofdeveloping tourist villages to preserve the existing potential as well as improve thecommunity's economy. This research uses interview, observation, and literaturereview methods. The results of the analysis show that identification efforts in thedevelopment of tourist villages in Brebes District are needed to improve thecommunity's economy as one of the mainstays of tourism, especially increasingsupporting facilities and infrastructure as operational technical completeness. It isintended that tourist villages in Brebes District can have high competitiveness, byapplying the concept of participatory sustainable tourism and paying attention toindigeneous knowledge, social capital, and local wisdom.]]>

<![CDATA[Queer refers to the concept of nomadic identity to oppose those who have afixed identity based on a binary sex gender system. The character of thecritical approach in Queer's theory suggests that power relations in societyare very important, especially when a person positions himself or herself inthe face of a marginalized society. Madame X's film reconstructs howminorities struggle to get their equal rights in society. This study uses areview method and literature from secondary data. The results of theanalysis show that the situation felt by the transsexual community in Indonesia is represented in this film, including the community's efforts toachieve equality in society. The category of comedy slapstick as the genreused in this film actually shows the superiority of heterosexuals overtranssexuals who are considered inferior. The initial mission of equalityfor the Queer that "everyone has the right to be happy, includingtranssexuals" is actually broken by the humor that is displayed.Transsexuals are still positioned as a minority, describe discriminatorytreatment, and establish stereotypes negative. The film also has varioussocial implications which can further support the dominant ideology.]]>
