Abstract

Presensi adalah dokumen yang mencatat kehadiran setiap karyawan pada suatu perusahaan atau instansi. Beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh KSPPS BMT INSAN MANDIRI yaitu personel pada devisi marketing sulit untuk melakukan presensi hadir  maupun saat keluar kantor karena tingginya aktifitas marketing yang berhubungan langsung dengan anggot/nasabah diluar kantor. Penelitian ini akan membuat aplikasi presensi online berbasis mobile android yang dapat terhubung langsung dengan sarver yang dimiliki oleh kantor. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi security pengenalan wajah guna mengurangi penyalahgunaan dan manipulasi presensi oleh karyawan, serta aplikasi ini dilengkapi fitur monitoring sehingga manager marketing dan manager oprasional dapat memantau posisi marketing secara realtime. Peneliti menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP untuk aplikasi web yang bertugas sebagai server / pusat data presensi, website mengunakan Google map API untuk memantau posisi marketing, serta laporan presensi dapat dicetak dari website. Harapan dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi presensi online berbasis mobile android dengan security pengenalan wajah dapat berjalan dengan baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan KSPPS BMT INSAN MANDIRI.

Abstract

BMT Insan Mandiri Jawa Tengah (BMT IM Jateng) merupakan lembaga keuangan yang berbadan hukum koperasi dan memberikan pelayanan simpan pinjam syari’ah kepada anggotanya. Pengelolaan jaminan di BMT IM Jateng saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dengan langkah pertama petugas kantor cabang mencatat jaminan secara manual di buku kemudian langkah berikutnya catatan yang dimiliki dikirimkan kepada petugas kantor pusat untuk di input secara manual di Microsoft Excell. Pengelolaan jaminan dengan cara manual ditemukan banyak kekurangan, kekurangan yang terdapat pada cara tersebut diantaranya adalah rawan kesalahan input, proses pencarian data dan lokasi penyimpanan jaminan menjadi sulit untuk dilakukan, kekurangan yang berikutnya yaitu memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama dalam proses pengelolaan jaminan. Jaminan merupakan suatu aset yang dimiliki oleh debitur dan diserahkan kepada kreditur sebagai pengikatan, sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku bahwa debitur dapat memperjanjikan harta yang dimiliki kepada kreditur apabila debitur mengalami kegagalan pembayaran angsuran dalam kurun waktu yang telah ditentukan, maka jaminan dapat digunakan sebagai pelunas utang debitur kepada kreditur. Oleh karena itu jaminan menjadi salah satu faktor penentu koperasi dalam melakukan analisis pembiayaan. Mengingat permasalahan di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa jaminan merupakan aset yang berharga bagi kreditur dan debitur yang harus dikelola secara baik. Penulis berusaha untuk menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen jaminan online di BMT Insan Mandiri Jawa Tengah dengan tujuan guna mempermudah proses pengelolaan jaminan, dimulai dari pengajuan jaminan oleh kantor cabang hingga penyimpanan jaminan dan pencarian data jaminan yang dilakukan oleh petugas kantor pusat.

Abstract

The need to process data and information quickly has become a widespread phenomenon and is very important to support various fields of human work. Many work sectors are now switching from manual methods to computerized systems in order to improve work results. Especially in financial institutions such as savings and loan cooperatives, computerized systems are vital considering the very large number of transactions every day. For example, the BMT Insan Mandiri Cooperative recently developed a management information system to manage employee data. The hope is that this system can improve the management of employee data owned by cooperatives. However, problems arose when cooperative HR staff were not used to using the information system, which caused difficulties in collecting employee data through the system. Therefore, there needs to be training to increase the use of HR management information systems (E-SDM). This training will be integrated into the community service program by way of practicum. The aim is for cooperative managers to use the management information system properly to improve employee data management in the cooperative.

In this study, researchers used HTML and PHP programming languages for web applications that use presence servers / data centers, webside uses Google map APIs to obtain marketing positions, and presence reports can be purchased from the webside. The hope of this research is that the online android mobile attendance application with face recognition security can run well and meet the needs of the KSPPS BMT INSAN MANDIRI.

Abstract

Digital transformation is one of the essential needs in the development of sharia cooperatives in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Rapidly developing information technology requires microfinance institutions such as cooperatives to adapt, in order to remain competitive, efficient, and relevant in meeting the needs of their members. Two main technologies that play an important role in this transformation are big data and cloud computing. This article aims to examine in depth how the use of big data and cloud computing can support the digital transformation process in sharia cooperatives. Using a literature review approach from various scientific sources, this article analyzes the basic concepts, potential benefits, case studies, and challenges of implementing both technologies in the context of sharia-based cooperatives. The results of the study show that big data can improve data-based decision making, risk management efficiency, and personalization of services to members. Meanwhile, cloud computing provides flexibility, cost efficiency, and accessibility of cooperative information systems widely, even in areas with minimal IT infrastructure. However, the success of implementing this technology is greatly influenced by the readiness of human resources, digital infrastructure, and compliance with sharia principles. This article also provides practical recommendations and a further research agenda as a contribution to the development of technology-based sharia cooperatives.

Abstract

The development of digital technology provides significant opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve the quality of their product promotions. However, most MSMEs fostered by Sharia cooperatives still face obstacles in utilizing the latest technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), as an effective and efficient promotional tool. Given this situation, this community service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the capacity of MSME members in utilizing AI technology to create more attractive product promotional content that aligns with digital marketing trends. The activity took place at Kedai Fatiya Sukodono in July 2025, coinciding with the BMT Insan Mandiri Sukodono Branch member gathering. The methods used included counseling on the importance of AI-based digital marketing, technical training on using AI applications for content design, and hands-on practice in creating promotional materials by participants. A total of 40 MSMEs from various sectors, such as culinary, fashion, and services, participated in this activity. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in creating more creative, professional, and cost-effective promotional content. In addition, participants also gained a better understanding of digital-based promotional strategies that can increase market reach. Thus, this community service activity provides a real contribution to strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in the era of digital transformation, while also supporting the role of sharia cooperatives as partners in empowering the people's economy
