Abstract

Asuhan keperawatan masih menjadi masalah yang seringdijumpai di rumah sakit dimana 59% rencana keperawatanmemadai, 66% pelaksanaan keperawatan memadai dan60% evaluasi asuhan keperawatan dan 62% dokumentasiasuhan keperawatan sedangkan standar penerapan akurasipada proses keperawatan adalah 100%. Berdasarkan surveiawal di ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam Perempuan RSUDDR. Pirngadi Medan terhadap 5 orang pasien, dimana 3 orangpasien menyatakan kurang puas dan 2 orang pasienmenyatakan puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuanpenelitian ini untuk menganalisis implementasi asuhankeperawatan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Desain penelitianyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei analitikdengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitianini sebanyak 70 orang pasien dengan sampel seluruh populasi.Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi binary logistic.Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh diagnosa dengan nilai sig-p0,016 < 0,05, perencanaan sig-p 0,039 < 0,05, pelaksanaantindakan sig-p 0,004 < 0,05 dan evaluasi sig-p 0,014 < 0,05terhadap kepuasan pasien, sedangkan tidak ada pengaruhpengkajian dengan nilai sig-p 0,613 > 0,05 terhadap kepuasanpasien. Selanjutnya faktor yang paling berpengaruhterhadap kepuasan pasien yaitu pelaksanaan tindakandengan besar pengaruh (OR : 9,918) atau 10 kali lipat.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ada pengaruh diagnosa,perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan dan evaluasi terhadapkepuasan pasien, sedangkan pengkajian tidak ada pengaruhterhadap kepuasan pasien. Saran bagi rumah sakit yaitudiharapkan dapat menjadi acuan agar lebih memahamipentingnya asuhan keperawatan yang sesuai dengan peraturankementerian kesehatan.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY ON INTEREST REVIEW OF PATIENTS IN SURYA INSANI HOSPITAL PASIR PENGARAIAN RIAU 2019 RAHMA DONA NIM : 1602011060 Hospital services as one of the fields of service that plays an important role. The main indicator to determine hospital standards is patient satisfaction with hospital services. Based on the results of interviews of 20 patients at the Surya Insani Pasir Pengaraian Hospital in Riau showed that all patients were still not satisfied with the services provided by the hospital so they were not interested in making a repeat visit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on the interest of inpatient visits at Surya Insani Pasir Pengaraian Hospital in Riau. The research design used in this study is Cross Sectional. The population in this study were 320 patients and samples taken by accidental sampling were 178 people. Data collection methods are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is binary logistic regression test. The results showed that professionalism has a sig-p value of .003 < .05, efficiency has a sig-p value of .000 < .05, security has a sig-p value of .003 < .05 and satisfaction has a sig-p value of .000 < .05, which means it has an influence on the interest of inpatient visits. For the facility variable has a sig-p value of .108 > .05, which means that the facility has no influence on the interest of inpatient visits. The conclusion in this study there is the influence of professionalism, efficiency, safety and satisfaction with the interest of visiting inpatients, while the facility has no influence on the interest of visiting inpatients. Suggestions for hospitals are expected to be a reference in order to better understand the importance of quality services in accordance with the regulations of the ministry of health in order to optimally improve the health services provided to patients, through increasing the professionalism of health workers, efficiency, safety, satisfaction and facilities at the hospital. Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior is essentially the basis for preventing humans from various diseases. The initial survey in Batu Godang Village, Angkola Sangkunur District related to the PBHS indicator shows that there are still many people in Batu Godang Village who have not implemented PHBS. This study aims to analyze the effect of health promotion on changes in the behavior of Clean and Healthy Living (PHBS) on the Household Order in Batu Godang Village, Angkola Sangkunur District in 2019. When collecting data, the type of research used is quantitative with the research design Quasy-Experiment with the design of this study using one group pretest-posttest. The instrument used was an observation sheet distributed to 30 respondents. The results of data analysis showed that there was an effect of health promotion on changes in labor behavior assisted by health workers (p = 0,000). There is an effect of health promotion on changes in behavior of exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0,000). There is an effect of health promotion on changes in infant weighing behavior every month (p = 0,000). There is an effect of health promotion on changes in hand washing behavior (p = 0,000). There is an effect of health promotion on changes in the behavior of the use of clean water (p = 0,000). There is an effect of health promotion on changes in behavior of the use of healthy latrines (p = 0,000). There was an effect of health promotion on changes in behavior against mosquito larvae (p = 0,000). There is an effect of health promotion on changes in fruit and vegetable consumption behavior (p = 0,000). There is an effect of health promotion on changes in behavior in physical activity (p = 0,000). There is an effect of health promotion on changes in smoking behavior (p = 0.005). Based on the results of this study it is recommended that health workers and other health promotion providers improve PHBS behavior in the household setting and can intervene again aimed at further improving hygiene to avoid various diseases

Abstract

Citra Rumah Sakit sangat bergantung pada persepsi pasien atas kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Citra menjadi pembeda antara satu Rumah Sakit dengan Rumah Sakit lainnya. RSU dr. Ferdinand Lumbantobing merupakan Rumah Sakit milik Pemerintah Kota Sibolga dengan Tipe B dan terakreditasi Paripurna. Sebagai Rumah Sakit Rujukan RSU Ferdinand Lumbantobing memiliki tingkat kepercayaan masyarakt yang rendah, hal ini dilihat dari tinkgat Bed Occupancy Ratio yang rerata di tahun 2016-2019 hanya berada di angka 32,5 %. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien rumah sakit yang menjalani rawat inap pada bulan juni 2019 di RSU dr. Ferdinand Lumbantobing Kota Sibolga yang berjumlah sebanyak 345 pasien. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa dari 4 variabel independen yang dianalisis, variabel profesi (p=0,001), efisiensi dan efektifitas (p=0,003), keselamatan pasien (p=0,001), dan kepuasan pasien (p=0,012) yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap citra RSU dr. Ferdinand Lumbantobing Kota Sibolga. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh antara variabel independen (profesi, Efisiensi & Efektifitas, keselamatan pasien dan kepuasan pasien) terhadap variabel dependen  ( citra rumah sakit).Disarankan bagi manajemen RSU dr. Ferdinand Lumbantobing Kota Sibolga perlu memberikan perhatian mendalam pada beberapa unsur kualitas pelayanan, Khususnya pelayanan administrasi, pelayanan klinis, IGD dan mengadakan pembaharuan dan penambahan sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Rumah Sakit, Rumah Sakit

Abstract

Loyalitas merupakan proses yang timbul sebagai akibat keinginan untuk setia dan berbakti baik itu pada pekerjaannya, kelompok, atasan maupun pada perusahaannya, hal ini menyebabkan seseorang rela berkorban demi memuaskan pihak lain atau masyarakat. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 74 perawat pelaksana yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap RSU Mitra Medika Medan. Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan antara pengawasan dengan loyalitas diperoleh nilai p (Sig) = 0,000, lebih kecil dari 0,05 ; maka H0 ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara pengawasan dan loyalitas perawat pelaksana di RSU Mitra Medika Medan. Hasil uji bivariat antara pengawasan dengan loyalitas diperoleh nilai p (Sig) = 0,000, lebih kecil dari 0,05 ; maka Ho ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara motivasi dan loyalitas perawat pelaksana di RSU Mitra Medika Medan. Disarankan kepada RSU Mitra Medika untuk meningkatkan pengawasan kepala ruangan dan sub bidang keperawatan kepada perawat pelaksana, dan meningkatkan motivasi perawat pelaksana sehingga loyalitas perawat pelaksana semakin baik dan RSU Mitra Medika semakin baik dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap pasien.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a disease caused by a new type of corona virus, namely Sars-CoV-2. The worsening of the corona virus outbreak requires the government to take a stance so that each individual applies health protocols. Based on data from the UPT Puskesmas Simpang Limun in Medan City, the accumulated number of covid patients from March to July 2020 recorded 21 positive people for Covid-19, 2 people died and 19 people recovered. This study aims to analyze people's behavior in applying health protocols related to Covid-19 in Sudirejo Village, Medan City. This qualitative research was conducted from August to September 2020. Data was collected by conducting interviews and documentation of 8 informants. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that public knowledge in implementing health protocols was still low, people's attitudes were also negative, because they thought that Covid-19 was an issue, besides that there were still many people who had not implemented health protocols. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of health protocols is closely related to people's knowledge, attitudes and actions. Therefore it is advisable for the Covid-19 task force to post Covid-19 prevention education posters in each region with a design that attracts attention so that people who do not use social media can read from the poster so that the public can add insight into health protocols related to covid-19.

Abstract

Infant mortality has a close relationship with the quality of maternal care, so the process of childbirth and baby care must be in an integrated system at the national and regional levels. The study was conducted at Dr. Pirngadi Hospital Medan 2019. The research aims at describing the administration and management of PONEK, describing the adequacy of PONEK HR, and describing the fulfillment of PONEK facilities. This research approach is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews. The informants of this study were the PONEK Implementation Team and the PONEK Management Team with a total of 8 people. The research instrument was the researcher himself and the collection of data through interviews and documentation. Processing and analysis of data used in the Content Analysis method. The results of the study were that the PONEK funding source comes from the Regional Public Service Agency. Incorrect PONEK Team Placement. Many PONEK Team members have not yet received PONEK training and certificates. 24-hour PONEK facilities. Blood supply of RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan is a Blood Transfusion Unit. The conclusion of the research is that management and administration are less than optimal. The PONEK executive officer does not get special PONEK incentives. The placement of Human Resources in implementing PONEK officers is not in accordance with their main tasks and functions, many PONEK Team members have not received PONEK certificate training but have provided emergency obstetric services. PONEK facilities serve 24 hours. The suggestion is that the budget for the procurement of facilities be proposed in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget / Medan Government so that the Regional Public Service Board budget obtained by the hospital can be used optimally for the need to improve PONEK training and provide special PONEK incentives for PONEK implementing officers. Abstrak Kematian bayi mempunyai hubungan erat dengan mutu penanganan ibu, maka proses persalinan dan perawatan bayi harus dalam sistem terpadu di tingkat nasional dan regional. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan Tahun 2019. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan administrasi dan pengelolaan PONEK, mendeskripsikan kecukupan SDM PONEK, dan mendeskripsikan pemenuhan fasilitas PONEK. Pendekatan penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Informan penelitian ini Tim Pelaksana PONEK dan Tim Manajemen PONEK dengan jumlah seluruhnya 8 orang. Instrument penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan metode Content Analysis. Hasil penelitian adalah Sumber dana PONEK berasal dari Badan Layanan Umum Daerah. Penempatan Tim PONEK yang tidak sesuai. Banyak anggota Tim PONEK yang belum mendapatkan pelatihan dan sertifikat PONEK. Fasilitas PONEK 24 jam. Persediaan darah RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan bersifat Unit Transfusi Darah. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu Pengelolaan dan administrasi kurang maksimal. Petugas pelaksana PONEK tidak mendapatkan insentif khusus PONEK. Penempatan Sumber Daya Manusia petugas pelaksana PONEK tidak sesuai tupoksinya, banyak anggota Tim PONEK yang belum mendapatkan pelatihan sertifikat PONEK tetapi sudah memberikan pelayanan obstetri emergensi. Fasilitas PONEK melayani 24 jam. Saran yaitu anggaran pengadaan fasilitas diusulkan dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah/Pemerintah Kota Medan, sehingga anggaran Badan Layanan Umum Daerah yang didapat rumah sakit bisa digunakan secara maksimal untuk kebutuhan meningkatkan pelatihan PONEK dan pemberian insentif khusus PONEK bagi petugas pelaksana PONEK.

Abstract

Background: Food and beverage sanitation hygiene really needs to be guaranteed of its safety, including the sanitation hygiene of home-made snacks produced by food entrepreneurs. Poor food sanitation hygiene can cause food poisoning, which is bad for buyers. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, food sanitation hygiene in small and medium businesses must be considered to avoid transmission while maintaining an entrepreneurial image in the midst of the pandemic. Objective: This study aims to analyze behavior changes including knowledge, attitudes, and entrepreneurial actions in food and beverages processing through mentoring using WhatsApp messenger media. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental approach. The population of this study was small and medium entrepreneurs specializing in food and beverage processing accompanied by an incubator in North Sumatra with as many as 35 entrepreneurs. The samples of this study amounted to 29 food entrepreneurs who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The time of the study was in July and August 2020. Data were obtained by giving questionnaires before mentoring, two weeks after mentoring, and four weeks after mentoring. The variables consisted of knowledge, attitudes, and actions, as well as assistance to use WhatsApp messenger media. The collected data were then analyzed using the Wilcoxon and Friedman test. Results: The results showed that the mentoring using WhatsApp messenger media could increase knowledge (P value = 0.000), attitudes (P value = 0.000) respondents' actions (P value = 0.015). Conclusion: The role of health workers was very necessary for the use of WhatsApp messenger based social media, including as assistants who present health promotion content, annul negative content, and make positive efforts to reconcile if there be bad communication in the WhatsApp messenger social media group.

Abstract

Pelayanan  kesehatan masyarakat yang bermutu adalah ketersediaann obat yang cukup dalam hal jenis maupun jumlah pada saat diperlukan. Oleh karena itu manajemen logistik di rumah sakit merupakan salah satu aspek penting di rumah sakit. Ketersediaan obat saat ini menjadi tuntutan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketersediaan obat di instalasi farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Pirngadi Medan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah pengelola obat sebanyak 35 orang dan dokter sebanyak 63 orang dan sampel menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael sehingga diperoleh sampel pengelola obat sebanyak 32 responden dan  dokter  sebanyak  51  responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder yang dihimpun melalui kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Faktor pengelola obat berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan obat dengan nilai thitung = 2,673 > ttabel = 2,042; 2) Faktor dokter berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan obat sesuai formularium dengan nilai thitung = 2,616 > ttabel = 2,009. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketersediaan obat dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengelola obat dan faktor dokter. Saran yang diberikan adalah pihak rumah sakit khususnya dalam pengelolaan ketersediaan obat lebih selektif dalam membuat perencanaan persediaan obat agar tidak terjadi kekosongan obat atau kelebihan obat yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang kurang optimal. Kata Kunci :  Ketersediaan Obat, Faktor Pengelola Obat, Dokter
