Women empowerment through Woman Econamic Enterprise or Economic Enterprise which is handled by women and in Banda Aceh, has demonstrated its ability to build the economy of the members. However,only a few of Woman Econamic Enterprise in Banda Aceh which operates and only a few of Economic Enterprise which is running according to Economic Enterprise rules. Women Economic Enterprise in Jakarta Surabaya, Jakarta, Lombok and other areas have run very good and normally get over of hundreds of billions in a year. Based on their experience it does not close the opertunity for Aceh especially in Banda Aceh to develop Women Economic Enterprise, because it is one of the important place for women to empower themselves, especially in managing the economic life of the family and society to be better.

This study aims to determine the role of Da'i in fostering Community Morals in Danau Paris, Aceh Singkil District. To what extent is the role of the da'i, what are the beliefs of the minority Muslim community, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the preacher at the research location. The method used in this research is qualitative. This method is carried out in relation to existing phenomena in the field by collecting data, especially from research informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation, the research subject was the role of the preacher in Danau Paris District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The results showed that the role of the preacher used was to invite and persuade the community to do good by filling in recitations, sermons Friday, educating children by reading Al-Qur’an, delivering religious lectures based on the Al-Qur’an and Hadits, which is a foundation from Allah SWT. The results achieved by the da'i in Danau Paris District in improving and fostering community morals have progressed and given drastic changes so that the da'i is declared successful in achieving da'wah by using this role.

The development of student talents is more often found in Islamic boarding schools because Islamic boarding schools have a function other than as a religious education institution as well as a place to develop student's talents and potential holistically. One of the extracurricular activities that students are interested in is calligraphy extracurricular. This study aims to analyze the development of students' talents through calligraphy learning activities in increasing motivation to study PAI at the Raudhatul Jannah Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative data analysis methods using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that calligraphy extracurricular activities can develop students' talent in calligraphy and at the same time can also increase motivation to learn PAI. Learning calligraphy at Islamic boarding schools is carried out in a structured and organized way, starting from preparation, and teaching, to evaluation. Students who participate in calligraphy extracurricular activities get benefits such as developing skills, increasing creativity, and increasing motivation to learn PAI. However, there are still obstacles such as the lack of support from parents, the lack of adequate equipment, and the lack of time available for extracurricular activities. In order to improve the development of students' talents through calligraphy learning activities at the Raudhatul Jannah Islamic boarding school, researchers provide suggestions such as increasing the role of parents, increasing adequate equipment, and increasing the time available for calligraphy extracurricular activities.

This research explores in depth the concept of moral integrity which is the main basis for economic actors in the current context. The focus of this research is to identify ethical principles that should be upheld and behaviors that economic actors should avoid ensuring sustainability and fairness in economic interactions. A qualitative approach is used to investigate the impact of moral integrity on economic decisions. Research findings show that moral integrity must involve a commitment to values such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility. On the other hand, behavior that should be avoided includes practices that can harm society, such as fraud, corruption, and exploitation. This article provides a holistic picture of the role of moral integrity in shaping the character of economic actors and its impact on economic sustainability. The implications of this research finding can guide companies, regulators, and individuals in designing policies, business practices, and ethical guidelines that are in accordance with Islamic moral and justice principles. This research contributes to a deep understanding of moral integrity in the complex context of today's economic interactions.

Arkoun tried to suggest or introduce anachronistic as the beginning of the new Islamic model era. The representative Arab world of Islam does not recognize the world of anachronisms to accept the presence of the activities and creativity of modernity today. The essence of modernity is in fact necessary only in the methodology of open-minded Islamic societies, not converting Muslims to the Islamic worldview. Rethinking, reconstruction and renewal in the modern era are regarded as Islamic opposition due to the application of anachronisms changing the new order of Islam. Anachronism aims to devour Islamic turats (Islamic traditions) but is trapped in Islamic criticism. Islam Kaffah (Islamic perfectionist) will be brought into Islam al-yassar (Islamic Left). An anachronistic deliberation of the approaches used in the past issue of excavation of legal finalization will change according to modernity. Anachronism have been placed modernity as the creation of the advancement of all sides of human life with unlimited activities, creativity and ethos.AbstrakArkoun mencoba mensugestikan atau memperkenalkan anakronistik sebagai dimulainya era model Islam baru. Dunia Arab yang representatif Islam tidak mengenal adanya dunia anakronisme untuk menerima kehadiran aktifitas dan kreatifitas modernitas sekarang. Essensi modernitas sejatinya dibutuhkan hanya dalam metodologi membuka akal masyarakat Islam, bukan mengubah Muslim terhadap worldview Islam. Rethinking, rekonstruction dan renewal di era modern dianggap sebagai oposisi Islam akibat aplikasi anakronisme merubah tatanan baru keIslaman. Anakronisme bertujuan membaguskan turats Islam (tradisi Islam) namun terjebak dalam kritik Islam. Islam kaffah akan digiring ke dalam Islam al-yassar (Islam Kiri). Delibrasi anakronistik terhadap pendekatan-pendekatan yang digunakan pada masalah lalu tersebut tentang penggalian finalisasi hukum akan berubah sesuai modernitas. Anakronisme menempatkan modernitas sebagai penciptaan kemajuan semua sisi kehidupan manusia dengan berbagai aktifitas, kreatifitas dan ethos yang tanpa batas.

The competencies of graduates of PMI study programs are very important, especially in the Social Service and Community Empowerment Service. Therefore research is needed on the study of scientific competencies of graduates of PMI Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Ar-Raniry in the world of work. So this kajin formulates information sources in the context of work, stakeholders, and supporting skills in supporting work professionalism. This qualitative research collects data by conducting evaluations, surveys, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that social work was still not finished by workers from social worker backgrounds. PMI graduates' competencies are currently adequate and good, but there needs to be an increase and development of self-capacity. The supporting skills needed by graduates of PMI's study program are to improve the scientific field of work, to be mediated, to master information technology, even as graduates of the Da'wah and Communication Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry must be able to practice religious values and be sufficient role models in the workplace. ABSTRAK Pekerja sosial sangat berperan penting dalam membantu masyarakat untuk mendapatkan perlindungan sosial terutama di dunia industri. Pekerja sosial kerap menjadikan dirinya sebagai pendamping sosial yang hadir sebagai agen perubahan dan turut terlibat membantu memecahkan persoalan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat sekitar perusahaan. Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit PT. Lembah Bhakti yang beroperasi di Aceh Singkil memiliki kewajiban untuk memberdayakan masyarakat terutama yang berbatasan langsung dengan areal usaha yang mereka jalankan. Pada kenyataannya, perusahaan belum mampu sepenuhnya menunaikan tanggungjawab sosialnya secara baik sehingga konflik antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat sekitar kerap terjadi. Persoalan ini muncul disinyalir karena di PT Lembah Bhakti belum menghadirkan seorang pekerja sosial industri yang profesional, sehingga acapkali program-program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tidak disahuti oleh masyarakat dengan baik, bahkan tidak sedikit yang menolaknya.
