Abstract

This research examines the effect of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) application implementation on employee productivity, and evaluates the challenges that may be faced in the implementation process. The method used is a literature review, in which various related studies and theories are critically analyzed to gain a deeper understanding of this topic. The results of the literature review show that the implementation of HRIS applications can have a positive impact on employee productivity by simplifying administrative processes, increasing data accessibility, and improving internal communication efficiency. However, a number of challenges were also identified, including a lack of technological skills and understanding of HRIS systems among employees, difficulties in integration with existing systems, and problems with maintenance and technical support. This research provides important insights for organizations planning to implement HRIS applications, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive training, strong management support, and a careful implementation strategy to overcome challenges that may arise during implementation. If companies and their employees are equally prepared, the use of HRIS applications will benefit work productivity
