Abstract

Medical treatment using herbal plants rarely utilized by the society, because most of them didn't know the benefit inside herbal plants. therefore needed an application to educate the society about herbal life. Application system was a product of research by a herbal expert using certainty factor. Certainty factor method was a method that to believe on an event based on expert judment. Besides educating society about the benefit of herbal plants, the expert system could help to provide a consultation. Result of expert system consultation with certainty factor was to minimize uncertainty in medical treatment using herbal plants.

Abstract

The quality of public service is an important and it must have bye the each public service institution. Includes the library as a public service institution giving service for the all visitors. This research aims to know the comparisation of Kepri Province Libraries quality service  and Tanjungpinang City Libraries quality service. The method used in this research is quantitative methods with questionnaire to 40 responden as samples. This questionnaire as an data collecting instruments. These results indicate the quality of two libraries is good. But, if they compared the service quality of  Province Kepri  Libraries is better than  Tanjungpinang City Libraries. This look from average scored  results is 152,61 points  for Kepri Province Libraries, and 150,66 points for Tanjungpinang City Libraries, in the good categoriesKualitas pelayanan publik merupakan hal yang penting dan harus dimiliki oleh masing-masing lembaga pelayanan publik. Termasuk perpustakaan sebagai lembaga pelayanan publik yang memberikan pelayanan kepada semua pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas layanan Perpustakaan Provinsi Kepri dan kualitas pelayanan Perpustakaan Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan 40 responden sebagai sampel. Kuesioner ini sebagai alat pengumpul data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas kedua perpustakaan suda bagus. Tapi jika dibandingkan kualitas pelayanan Perpustakaan Provinsi Kepri lebih baik dari pada Perpustakaan Kota Tanjungpinang. Hasil dari hasil rata-rata ini adalah 152,61 poin untuk Perpustakaan Kepri Province, dan 150,66 poin untuk Perpustakaan Kota Tanjungpinang, dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

The problem that occurs is the employee's productivity is not optimal because of the turnover indicated bank last few months either on a permanent employee, daily worker and of apprentices. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation to work productivity at Bank BRI Branch Tanjungpinang. In this study will be the population is numbering 50 people.  style of leadership with the highest average grades are in a democratic dimension, which means head of the BRI branch Tanjungpinang have democratic leadership style that is very strong in leading employees who are in their environment. The highest average value of the variable motivation is the dimension of hope, with an average value of 3.93 that is included in the category enough. The highest average value on work productivity variable is the dimension of labor efficiency, with an average value of 4.35 that is included in the very high category.That relationship / correlation between variables Leadership tightly enough (X1), and Motivation (X2) with the Work Productivity in Bank BRI Branch Tanjungpinang of 0.183 or have a direct impact of 18.8%.

Abstract

In an organization , success or failure to the performance of duties and the implementation of , influenced by leadership , through leadership and supported by organisational capacity adequate , so the good governance ( good governance ) be called off , in contrast weakness leadership is one of the reasons of the destruction of performance of the bureaucracy in indonesia .Research aims to understand the influence of leadership the school principal of the performance of teacher at junior high schools 7 tanjungpinang .The kind of research done is associative with the quantitative approach .This research do in the city tanjungpinang especially in junior high schools 7 tanjungpinang .In this research that will be the population and sample is a head of school and teachers junior high schools 7 tanjungpinang which consisted of 45 people In this research technique and an instrument the collection of the data used was interviews and questionnaires .Measurement techniques used in this research is likert scale .Analysis of the technique used is a technique analysis of the statistics parametris as the form of research is associative , with employing correlation bivariate / product moment pearson .The result of this research is that there a correlation / relationship which is very strong between variables leadership the school principal ( x ) , with the performance of teachers in public junior high schools as much as 7 tanjungpinang 0,826 or have a direct impact of 68,2 % .That means that if the leadership of the head of the school is good that the performance of teachers also look good Keywords: Leadership, Performance
